they were not open when we got there . Locked doors, no one there

what i did not like is that i arrived infront of a closed door. There was no one there and the place was locked. we knocked and hung around for half an hour. i am out of the tourism world and this is unacceptable

Marie is an amazing host who makes sure guests are well accommodated & comfortable. The room was great, clean & neat.

The showerhead was broken making it difficult to use. Unfortunately there is a pub/bar in the next building with loud music & noise well into the next morning. This meant a sleepless night due to the noise levels.

neat and clean Morden rooms.

the location and the view is not what I expected but because of the area situated in I guess there’s nothing one can do. also key drop box is not visible and I was not informed about it, when I checked out there was no one at reception and had to leave with the keys until I was contacted to return them of which I tried to contact the numbers but could not get hold of anyone. I hope they improve on the drop box issue.

Decent for a quick nights stay but not the best experience.

The room is updated and modern, it is large and has a big tub and shower. The price was decent.

There were ants all over the bed and it seems that the sheets weren’t so clean since we found other peoples hair under the blanket.
