Bom custo-benefício pra quem quer ficar no Brás.

Café da manhã bom, bastante opções e bem reposto mesmo não estando incluso na minha diária peguei para experimentar e achei que valeu bastante a pena, bom custo-benefício. Equipe bem cortês e simpática em especial do restaurante.

O banheiro muito pequeno, era até difícil de usar o vaso, mas eu sou um pouco acima da média BR de tamanho(1.95m), sem ducha higiênica também o que acho um item primário hoje em dia. A limpeza do quarto falhou em vários pontos, não tirou lixo, não limpou banheiro... parecia que só arrumava a cama.

Chuveiro excelente porém falta instruções de uso devido o desgaste não estava identificado o quente e o frio.

No segundo dia a troca da roupa de capa o lençol estava queimado e só tinha um cobertor no quarto . A maior parte das lâmpadas queimadas . A recepção poderia ser mais instrutiva pedi uma água pelo telefone fui informado que não tinha serviço de quarto que eu teria que pegar e pagar na recepção. Quando desci com o dinheiro fui informado que o pagamento era somente via pix ou cartão. Isso porque eu liguei antes .

Precisam melhorar a comunicação com clientes!

Minha estadia se resumia a estar próximo às mansões da Mooca destinadas a casamentos, Quartos grandes e bem confortáveis

Apesar de eu ter sinalizado que estava me hospedando em família com uma idosa de 82 anos com mobilidade reduzida, ao chegar o elevador não funcionou (ficamos presos) e tivemos que andar para acessar outro que ficava distante dos aposentos! Me designaram um quarto com cama de casal e eu já havia solicitado 2 de solteiro, me foi oferecido substituir posteriormente pela governança o que foi feito! Tentaram me cobrar adicional 100,00 por visitante por eu estar recebendo uma cabeleireira e uma maquiadora!!!!

Frustrante.

Conforto das camas e limpeza do quarto, apenas!

Frigobar sem nenhuma bebida, tinha que descer para comprar e pagar, restaurante fechava cedo na hora do Jantar, muitos funcionarios com má vontade, ao nos atender e resolver as solicitações, Cofre estava com problemas e não arrumaram. TV extremamente longe da cama, não dava nem para ler a legenda dos filmes dublados.

Limpio y cómodo, pero mucho por mejorar

Escogí este hotel porque fui a SP para hacer un examen y quedaba cerca del lugar del examen. El hotel está remodelado, habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias.

La habitación es súper grande, amplia. Pero el baño es diminuto. Además dice que las paredes están aprueba de ruidos, gran mentira. Las personas del cuarto de al lado parece que llegaron borrachos gritando, azotando las puertas, el uno encerró al otro en el baño y se escuchaban todos sus gritos. Además mi habitación era con vista hacia la calle principal, las ventanas son normales y se escucha todo el ruido de la hora pico en la mañana y en la tarde. Había muchas personas alojadas que iban a realizar el examen, pedimos en la recepción si era posible que el desayuno fuera servido 10-15 min antes, ya que las puertas del examen abrían a las 7 y cerraban a las 8. El desayuno solo comenzaba a las 7. Que hotel tiene un desayuno tan tarde? Pero bueno tocó desayunar muyyy rápido y pedir el Uber para salir corriendo al examen.

Quarto bem amplo, espaçoso e confortável, algumas luzes não funcionavam, mas as principais estavam OK. Funcionários educados, porém não preparados para receber hospedes de outros países.

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable with Friendly and Helpful staff.

The hotel is nice and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, especially the ladies working in the restaurant. Vivienne was very attentive and kind, always with a smile and good morning! Even though English was a barrier, I found it easy to communicate. Good spot for navigating the rest of the city (in Uber). The Cathedral, Mechado, and other neighbourhoods were not far. Also, there is a parking garage (which I did not use) that was very reasonably priced (R$15 for 12 hours).

It's not the hotel's fault, but the location isn't great compared to other neighborhoods in Sao Paulo just because there are many homeless people living close by in the area. That said, I did not feel unsafe or that the area was dangerous, but people who do not have street smarts might think otherwise.

The room was big and comfortable, they gave us free breakfast on the day when the street didn’t have power, even though it was not the hotel fault

the location is not too bad but some of the alleys do look scary and we didn’t want to explore them after sunset

located on the highway without any sound proofing. cover bed without cover so lake of hygiene we changed room because of the car noise and it turned to be smaller and the reception didn’t refund us no English at all and no water to drink unless you buy at a vendor machine that is not accepting cash and not accepting cards. weird

Very good

Chinese owned hotel, so if you been to a chinese hotel in china you will feel right at home. It was a pleasant surprise to have netflix available for free use. Comfy pillow and bed. Great location if you have a car or by taxi.

The room corridor had a strong cigarette smell. Seems a bit shady to walk around at night.

I like very good manager emerson it's a very good manager for this hotel on the staff is very good and he control everything very well and he speak English and he can we use that place and produced that Brazil very good for the tourist and I hope I can be here again in this hotel
