Perfect comfortable stopover opposite the station.

Brilliant location for us getting off a train late evening and heading back out on a train the next morning. You can see the hotel as you come out of the main entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great a/c. Staff were very helpful when we realised we only had 1 towel. Perfect stopover. Good breakfast.

If I’m being really fussy I would ask for a thinner pillow. They were quite ‘chunky’. My husband thought they were perfect so I’m obviously awkward!

Pretty average really but met expectations for this price

Staff were always friendly, especially the restaurant team, and the breakfast was great. Laundry service was excellent and the location is ideal for the station.

Room could be cleaner, shower head gross, debatable whether duvet had been changed from previous guest, hairs everywhere. Mattress very, very soft. Evening meals not the best, chicken tikka wasn't fresh and despite ordering butterscotch icecream, without checking with me they brought me strawberry instead, completely melted, clearly hadn't seen the inside of a freezer for ages, bizarre. View looks out three foot to a concrete wall but to be expected at this price and location.

Hotel is good but road was narrow with dirty water always on road 24 hours exactly in front of lodge always when ever we book cab we have to go to main road charges too high 5k for 2 days staff is polite

Very good

The location is perfect just opposite to the railway station, the breakfast was very good, room size was also very good, it was comfortable overall

Bed linens were bit old and not super clean with some dirt marks and the bathroom was not that super clean either

Okay place, well located by the station

Really good shower pressure. Very close proximity to train station. Staff helpful- helped us arrange a taxi. Wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast was good. Restaurant quite tasty (thali was nice)

Smelled strongly of cigarettes in the bathroom. A couple of cockroaches scurrying about. Linen and towels a bit over used. Linen had stains and hairs on it. Towels off white. Pillows very firm, not comfortable for me but others may like firm pillows.

A modern hotel directly across the road from the train station.

The hotel and room were very modern, with secure door locks (keycard) and AC. While there was no view, it was better to have no outside noise. Beds were comfortable, tv had cable channels and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was good. The hotel was perfect for catching a train as it was directly across the road.

The wifi was not good in the rooms.

Fantastic clean mid-range hotel, perfect for a short stay

Super hotel! We stayed twice, both times for one night. The rooms are bright, very clean, modern, well-furnished and equipped with kettle and safe, have an amazing shower, very comfy bed. The staff is fantastic, professional, helpful and flexible (they allowed us to have a very late check-out so that we could keep the room until our night train) The location is super convenient, right in front of the train station. Breakfast buffet was also very nice. Thank you, wish all hotels were like this! Great value for money.

Nothing. We had problems with a smelly drain in the bathroom but this was addressed very promptly by the hotel staff.

Room cleanliness and beds.

The Room that was given had AC that had fungus smell. AC and the vents need to be cleaned. Bathroom was damp too.
