Internet chafa junto con su aire acondicionado

El trato del personal

1* que tienen la red del Internet limitada 2* el aire acondicionado es viejo y hace mucho ruido aparte enfría muy poco, eso esta pésimo.

No me avisaron de la política de registro de la segunda persona. Y no fueron nada flexibles. Gran insistencia en cobrar más. Cobraron una reserva de dos personas y solo pude utilizar la habitación yo.

La habitación muy bonita pero en la regadera la puerta del cancel no cierra bien necesitan arreglarla

Nadie del personal está capacitado para dar una respuesta o orientarte a como poder solucionarla, la alberca estaba sucia, es un hotel caro para el servicio que ofrecen....

El lugar esta bien, cerca de lugares de interés

Nos dieron la habitación una hora después, la recepcionista muy grosera, ni siquiera dio explicaciones de nada. Me hicieron cargo doble de la habitación y hasta la fecha no obtengo respuesta.

Comoda estadia en Monterrey

El hotel esta muy ubicado en el centro de Monterrey, excelente acceso a locomoción, supermercados, tiendas, cajeros y casas de cambio cercanas, se puede ir a pie a esos lugares, para sitios mas lejanos existen taxis y uber, En cuanto a las instalaciones son de muy buen nivel y bien mantenidas, la piscina es pequeña pero muy linda, tiene un buen gimnasio equipado, el restaurant tiene una buena carta, aunque es costoso, pero bien atendido, el desayuno continental debe ser mejorado pocas opciones, se debe pagar extra para un mejor desayuno, aunque no es tan importante porque alrededor existen opciones de restaurant, en general es un muy hotel totalmente recomendable el personal es muy amable.

El desayuno podría ser mejor a partir de la tarifa que cobran.

Atención a cama y alberca

Olis riquísimo y la comida tmb muy deliciosa, me gustó el hotel

Me hubiera gustado más que la alberca estuviera más limpia, se veía opaca y algo turbia el agua... las sábanas de la cama tenían como huellas de zapato y manchas de sangre

A 3 star hotel prices needed. Definitely not worth the money at what it was.

The cocktails were of good quality. The staff was very friendly. Very comfy beds.

The hotel is not of 5 star quality. The restaurants food was very bad, once it was inedible. Having paid a breakfast buffet, telling you it turns out that you cant eat most of the food is ridiculous.

I felt very safe they have people always watching property and cameras and are really help full and clean and restaurant is a plus but didn’t not like that breakfast 🍳 wasn’t included other that great spot for me but I’m sure not the spot for everyone .

Pool and garden are amazing. Room is spacious and comfortable. Had an amazing view from my room too.

Reception slow and not well organized. Rooms are old and not always fully functional.

Great location with pool and breakfast

Staff was friendly and pool area is nice. Breakfast was good although 85 Pesos extra had to be paid for the hot buffet. Location is downtown.

Although there is air conditioning in the room the air doesn't change at all. Air conditioning was very noisy. As it cannot be turned on during the night due to the noise it got very damp in the room.

In general is a great hotel to stay, room was great as well

Swimming pool water was cold and is closed by 8 pm which is too early, public jacuzzi had too much chlorine, the way the cleaning lady knocks in the morning is annoying, is too loud, another thing I didn't like is you can't turn off lights while resting in bed, you have to stand up and go to the entrance to turn them off then go back to the bed stumbling in the dark

Would not recommend. Hotel feels run down.

Staff was not friendly. My room was not ready upon arrival and I had to follow up regarding it. The area advertised for my room feels unsafe.
