We really enjoyed ourselves, if I had money I would book us again for Easter holidays

I like the friendliness of the staff, starting from the reception to the kitchen. Cleanliness and it's in a quiet location. We enjoyed ourselves 💃💃

Their breakfast is the same, I don't know if it's because I'm used to hotels that make buffet

I was robbed and taken for a ride

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment but when got there were told there was a double booking hence we got 2 uncomfortable standard rooms and still had to pay the original amount of the 3 Bedroom apartment. When I asked why am I not paying an amount for the 2 rooms, was told they tried calling me.

Vom Flughafen super schnell erreichbar, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer zwar klein und etwas laut in der Nacht, aber absolut ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte.

The bed quality,cleaners don't clean the bathrooms,toilet paper was only provided once while we stayed there and the other guests didn't have proper manners at night as they would scream and make noise while we was sleeping.

Overall, lovely experience, will definitely return.

The bathroom needs maintenance, the shower head and holder to be replaced. Should relook at getting "bath towels" and for guests.

The Netflix in room 138 wasn’t working, called reception, they asked one of the staff members to help with the Netflix, he couldn’t help. My spouse and I could hear the people in the other room (137) having sex due to the door between the two rooms 137 a 138

overall a good place to stay with good location and spacious rooms.

Great location. very friendly staff. good safety. room size very good.

the electricity load shedding was not great but hotel kept us updated as to schedule. they should look into more back up power solutions for long term. the Breakfast area was cold as both doors were open and wind came inside. would be good idea to label the various pastries.

never again at The Nichol, there staff let them down with TERREBLE SERVICE

Love the property and have been there twice now in a month. Location suits me and my wife.

The air-con did not work… manager came to look and informed me that the tecnition will come and have a look. Only to let a staff member deliver a ridiculous fan to the room, that could not be plugged into any plug in the room. Had to sleep in the noice the aircon made and without a fan. PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. i do have a video and pictures to staff my complaint. Willing to share it with them for a comment if the manager will be able to sleep in that noise

The facility location is in excellent area next to all restaurants. The managers and staff are accomodative.

The Loadshedding: plugs dont work. It does not seem like there is generator backup though the lifts continue to work.

Comfortable, spacious and central

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The security is good and the location is very central, near to freeways. The unit is very spacious. The breakfast is nice and the beds are comfortable.

The advert on Booking.com is misleading as we expected to have a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a coffee machine, iron etc which we didn't have. In fact the room is very basic with no dishwashing liquid or dishtowels and sparse kitchen utensils. There were also no wine glasses. When we queried about the washing machine, the staff couldn't help us until the manager could be consulted, which was two days after we checked in. We then did get a washing installed and had some items washed by the hotel for free.

The check in was very efficient and the staff were very helpful. The room was stunning.

The room needs a cheese grater. The room could do with wash up cloths to clean counters in kitchen while cooking, also there was no dishwasher liquid
