excellent location, right on the beach, beautiful sea view from the room.
recently renovated, nearby options for restaurants
include excellent breakfast and great service both at the reception and the restaurant.
we came before full season's opening, so not sure how it will be the beach amenities but there is great potential for that as well.
nothing. generally, especially when open off season, it could do with some indoor services - spa, wellness

Very clean, close to the beach, decent size room with great view. Private beach is a big plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall great experience.
Water pressure in the shower was quite low but it was off-season so maybe thats one of the reasons as only a few room were taken.

All good, they have improved several things since my last stay. I enjoyed the renovated beach area and the room facilities, plus the improved service during breakfast.
4.0
It was clean, comfortable, silent. Also, a good location.
The hotel design was basic, definetly not much, but since it was clean, we could let it slide.
Breakfast ends at 10 (which is too early for a holiday location), but the big problem was that when certain things were over, you had to specifically ask a waiter to bring some more (for instance plates, glasses, water bottles, bread, etc). That was also very difficult because most waiters were out of sight.
For sure the price is too high for what they offer. It is a very good hotel only in comparison to the others in Mamaia, not per se.
3.5
The location of the hotel is close to the beach and most of the rooms have a sea view. Rooms are clean and modernly furnished.
Unprofessional staff. Almost all employees were new and unprepared for customer interaction. The restaurant's services are very bad, we waited half an hour for a soup for lunch, and in the end, the waiter apologized for not being able to serve it. The staff on the beach is very slow too, it takes a long time to bring you a drink from the bar. the services at the reception are not good either at the end of the stay they wanted to bill us for some restaurant services that we had not done, it turned out to be a mistake.

location, parking included, breakfast
In the first day, we stayed 2 hours at the beach and after that we decided to take the lunch at the hotel rather than going to another place.
Bad decision!
After 10 minutes, no person came to us to give us the menu, I had to ask for it.
After another 5-10 minutes some guy came to us to take the order…then the wait started …10 minutes, 20 minutes..the drinks ordered were not served…another 10 minutes …(in this time, all the guests from other tables were served with drinks, with lunch - the first dish, even the second dish).
So, after almost 40 minutes since we arrived (me, my wife, my son) I’ve decided to ask the waiter that picked our order, what is the status of our order.
I was stunned when he answered me…I’m very sorry mister, we are very crowded (not true), but he will check.. nothing after another 5 minutes, so, I ask him to come to us …He asked me, again, I’m sorry mister, what is your order?!!!!! Really ?!! after almost 40 minutes, you are asking me about what is my order????? are you for real??? Me: check your book list what I ordered!!!!! He was not able to find what he noted!!!! I told him to bring us very quicly the beef soups because my son is very hungry!!!!!! They brings us the soups, without any tableware!!!! Without our ordered drinks!!!
