It’s a lively downtown at less then 1 mile. Very quiet place

The location was centrally located for us. Uber ride to Broadway was only $8-13. We enjoyed watching the tug boats and badges going up and down the river.

Great location, easy walk to Broadway and even easier to explore Germantown!
3.0
although we were allowed to gain entry two hours early, the condo was not the cleanest; empty water bottle under bed, crumbs on stovetop, outdated, chips in walls, at first appears to be a sketchy part of town(industrial) but it ended up being nice and quiet. expensive for what you get; but the outdoor pool was the best part;

Lovely property. Our adult son was with us and the accommodations fit perfectly for our needs. Modern furnishings were very comfortable. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the river was very nice. You could walk to Broadway where clubs line the street. Although we chose to Uber since the days were long. Many places to tour. Ryman Center, Johnny Cash Museum, Country Music Hall of Fame, and many others. I’ve had joint replacements and the steps to second floor were doable. Free parking a plus.
Tommy, the owner, was prompt to reply to any questions we had and very easy to work with. We definitely would return on our next visit to Nashville Thanks English and Tommy.

The location was great! However, there were several condition issues that were disappointing:
Unit was very dirty. Dirty dishes in cabinet, dust everywhere like it hadn't been touched in months, broken chairs on patio, the sheets on one of the beds didn't fit, several missing or burnt out light bulbs. Won't be back, that's for sure.

Great beds!! More lights would be helpful. Great location to downtown and the river view was lovely. Worked great for us. We appreciated the covered parking.

The place is in a fairly decent location to get to downtown honky tonks. It was about a 15 min walk and Uber/Lyft drivers were always a couple minutes away. The front of the condo/apartment complex looked a little sketchy and there were some homeless that camped out across the street from the parking lot, but we never felt threatened. The back balcony that looked out onto the river was very pleasant. We saw woodchucks, raccoons, and cardinals. Unfortunately, there were no chairs on the balcony so we weren’t able to sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. The house was clean but could benefit from a deeper cleaning (build up of bugs on windowsill, dark fingerprint smudges near door handles, etc.). There are basic supplies in kitchen, but if you really plan to cook, you may need a kitchen with more accommodations. The living room was very cozy with a couch and loveseat. Plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen chairs were actually wood stools (no back or padding) and were not comfortable to sit on for long. Overall, it was a nice stay, owner was very friendly, and Nashville was a lot of fun!

2 retired couples. Perfect location to walk through Germantown and to the downtown location. The unit was clean and quiet.

We had a great stay here for Taylor Swift! Easy walk to venue. A little bit longer walk (20/25 minutes) to 5th/Broadway but weather was great and it was perfect ! Great place to spend time downtown ! Unit was very comfortable and clean.
4.0
It was a comfortable place for four people to stay with all the amenities we could need.
5.0
The condo was very convenient to get everywhere! Close rides to Opry, 3rd and Lindsley, Museums, Broadway (probably walkable in warmer weather) and a lot of great places to eat. Rare to find two KING beds for two couples! Place had everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again on our next trip! Add Jonathan’s to your places to eat along with Unhitched Brewing which we’re easy walks.

Condo is ideally situated for downtown and Germantown excursions. Fair amount of road construction in and around the area but we were still able to get around okay. Condo is as shown in photos and advertised. Would dry stay here again.

We had a great time in Nashville. This was the perfect location to stay. It was quiet and served all our needs and was in walking distance of everything or a short uber ride. Thanks again for everything, you made everyone easy and accommodating.

Good location. Comfortable beds.

We were very comfortable in our stay at this location for a few nights. There are a couple flights of stairs as others had mentioned, but they were easy to climb. I appreciated the covered parking, as well as the availability of parking. The beds were comfortable, however the frames were creaky. Definitely plenty of space for two couples. It was very easy to get an Uber down to Broadway from this location and the ride is not too long.

The pros: The location was convenient to Broadway (although I suggest taking an Uber since the parking is ridiculous)! The bed was wonderful! I even asked Tommy what kind it was so I can buy one. It’s location on the Cumberland River was interesting. In warmer weather, the deck would be a nice spot to have coffee in the morning.
Now, to the cons. Be prepared to climb long, steep stairs! Our party of four seniors, two with bad knees, had a hard time with these! Bring your own coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. This is the only VRBO we’ve ever used that didn’t supply these things, so we weren’t prepared for that. The shower was completely off the rails in one of the bathrooms so showering was a mess! There was no soap or shampoo in the showers which has also always been supplied in VRBOS we've stayed in previously. The cleanliness could have been improved. Housekeeping didn’t appear to have changed the sheets on the master bed. Very disconcerting! If this is improved, the property would have been rated higher.

Great location, only 5 minutes to downtown area. Located on 2nd floor walk up, The condo is very well kept and clean. Was in touch with owner before we arrived and he answered all our questions. Two great bed rooms and nice to have 2 full bathrooms too. Wi-Fi was great, full kitchen if you want to cook or store beverages / snacks ect. Perfect for 4 of us and our stay from thurs. to Sunday. Hope to visit again! Thanks so much.

Nice property and perfect for two couples. Short Uber ride to downtown.

We had 2 couples coming to Nashville for 1st time and stayed here. This place was about a mile to Broadway. We didn't walk but it a $8-$15 Uber ride. The place was very clean and big enough for 2 couples. The beds were memory foam, which don't work for my back, but were comfortable to everyone else. The water was hot and water pressure was ok. Nice deck overlooking the river was a plus. Nice kitchen with a big refrigerator. There was plenty of parking. Communication with owner was easy and he picked up right away when the VRBO APP was not cooperating. We would stay here again when coming back to Nashville.

We found this property to be very comfortable and accommodating. It was clean, quiet, walking distance to Broadway however we did Uber the last 2 days of our stay. It appeared safe and we enjoyed the Cumberland views. I would definitely check out these properties again. Thank you.

Enjoyed the pool during the day and Broadway in the evening. Property wasn’t as clean at you might expect for the price of the cleaning fee but it was still and enjoyable get away.

We had a great time staying at this property. Very clean and spacious and so close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I and our close friends visiting Nashville to celebrate the ladies birthdays and our friends anniversary. This was our first visit to the ‘Ville’ and we found the city to be very clean and friendly. The property was very clean, as described, and about a 25 minute walk to Broadway. Uber and Lyft were easily called, friendly and clean.
All round great choice for us newbies to Nashville!

Lovely space! Pictures look just as it does it real life. Tommy was quick and clear to communicate with me when we had a question. Reading reviews, the balcony does indeed seem like it could use some repair, but it felt sturdy. I didn’t see any strange people around the area (as one review mentions) but if you are doing some walking in a new area always keep your eyes open. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. Only downside is noise. There seemed to be quite a few bnb properties around and you could hear folks coming in late. Obviously that has nothing to do with the listing directly but something I always like to know. Other than that one thing it was absolutely lovely and would recommend this listing.

A quiet place to return to after a choatic day or night on Broadway. Photos accurately depict the property. Easy check-in and good communication from owner. The walk to Broadway is exactly one mile. There are a couple blocks that don't seem very welcoming, but it is very close to the local police and sheriffs stations. And if you want to eat and drink off of Broadway, I would highly recommend Tailgate Brewing and Von Elrod's, especially for Bluegrass Brunch. We went twice!

Adult Trip
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect for our adult little get away. Little further away from the town which was nice to get away from the mix but only a 10min drive and about a 30min walk. We really enjoyed the view of the river as well.

First time in Nashville
Outside steps to condo need to be power washed, clean throw up, and garbage.. and outside deck needs to have cobwebs removed.. inside was nicely updated and had everything we needed

Easy to Broadway
We stayed for CMA Fest, communication was great with property owner! Others at the pool commented about their unit not being clean, ours was great. AC was wonderful.

Nice place!
Clean and had everything we needed. The walk to Broadway was longer than I thought and not sure if I would want to do it at night as it has dark, unpopulated areas. Fast walk to the Musicians Museum! Great communication with hosts and enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and cozy
Overall, it was a great experience. I would def rent this place again!!!

Concert Weekend In Nashville
The property was an easy walk to Broadway and an easy Uber back if we didn't feel like walking back. The Condo was nice and the pool area looked good, unfortunately it was cool over the weekend so we didn't use the pool at all. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay here again!

Great location!
We had a great girls weekend. The condo is in a great location. We walked from the condo to downtown Nashville every day. Tommy was very responsive to all our questions.
