This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home which has been recently remodeled in a tasteful coastal theme, including all new stainless appliances. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood located just 7 miles from the Gulf and only 15 minutes from the beach where you can soak up the sun, or you can choose to relax in your heated in-ground pool. Conveniently located near shopping, theaters, and neI arby attractions, you can always find something to do, or simply choose to just relax at home. Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer, and cable TV are included. It's your vacation... so just relax. This was our 2nd time in the rental and it didn't disappoint. The property manager responded super fast to a request about a television problem and solved it for us. Pool and neighborhood was lovely!

We were only 4 miles from family. The house was exactly as listed. The pool was perfect. He only downfall was we were unable to extend our stay because it was already booked. Hope if e come again we can get The same place!

We like this home alot. The main consideration we make when choosing a site revolves around my wifes disabilities and how easy it is for her function in the home. This home checked all of the boxes and we had a very nice stay. The home was clean and organized. Paul, the property manager, was very responsive. Check in and check out were a breeze. We hope to return in the future.

The property was perfectly located near family . Very quiet neighborhood . Spacious and well stocked kitchen . Maybe an upgrade of the bed linens and bed but this house is lovely ! Plenty of room and so close to everything we needed . Wonderful host as well. Would definitely stay again !

The property was spotlessly clean and the manager response was perfect. The main bedroom mattress was damaged so half the mattress was deflated. We moved to the secondary bedroom. The inside and pool were perfect. The landscaping had not been maintained.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay for our spring break vacation. The property manager was readily available and help a lot with our problems. The beds need to be updated. Would definitely recommend people to stay in this home.

We loved the house. The pool was perfect. It was the perfect size and the screened in porch was nice. It's maybe 15 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs which was our main thing we came for. The property manager responds very quickly to questions and was very easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

When my friend said she wanted to visit her family near Brooksville, I started looking on VRBO for a place for her, her grandson and I could stay. My family lives nearby as well. When we found our way through the neighborhood, I had no idea how pleasantly surprised we were when we walked in the door. The house is beautifully decorated in a beach and nautical theme; right down to the floor rugs and hand towels. Linens and towels are part of the accommodations which isn't always the case with VRBO properties. There were all the necessary appliances and even fresh herbs and seasoning. Now the pool.... which was the perfect size and the perfect temperature for the hot days we experienced. It was super-clean and even was serviced while we were there. (You'll need to swing by a discount store to pick up a few toys, etc. though) Overall, the property was very close to everywhere we need to go. DON'T miss a chance to see the Weeki Wachee Mermaid show and the Bucanneer Bay water park. One low price includes the show and all day swimming although the lazy river costs extra. Thank you Paul for all the quick responses, too!

This was our first time renting a house in Florida, so we were a little nervous as all we were going by were the pictures on your site. When we got there, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the house was, how clean and well-equipped it was. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and the pool was kept so clean. The neighborhood was quiet with well kept properties. The best part of our week was our property manager, Paul, who was so helpful and accessible! We can’t wait to go back!

This was my second stay at this property. House is well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The decorating theme of beachy stuff throughout the entire house makes me smile. Large bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room areas, & the screened in pool is a bonus.

It was a very nice home, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The housekeeping people use very strong smelling cleaning supplies for floors towels and sheets. It is overpowering and toxic to me. I used air purifiers and vinegar to help tone down the smell and I used my own towels. The pool was a little cold and due to lots of rain kind of dirty, but I enjoyed it anyway. Everything worked well and I would stay again in future.

My wife & I spent two weeks at Paul Pavaos' VRBO in Spring Hill, FL. in May, 2021. We have family in the area who frequently joined us to enjoy the pool & deck area. It was a great place to relax. The home was very clean & inviting & the accommodations were excellent. We travel from Seattle to Spring Hill once or twice a year, and look forward to using this VRBO on our return trips.

The house had everything I could have possibly needed. The pool was perfect and very private. House was well maintained and was stocked well with everything needed. House was super clean on arrival, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and every imaginable gadget. Extra linens stocked in a small cabinet and a lot of hangers in the closet. This rental also had lots of extras. Many condos I’ve rented in past require some extra purchases as they are stripped clean after someone leaves but this house had laundry soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, extra toilet paper, and extra garbage bags all stocked for use. Someone even remembered to add some well placed nightlights in bathrooms and bedrooms. Had a great time and will rent this house again for any future visits to the area.

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking and eating. Quite neighborhood and we felt safe. My only issue was I paid to have pool heated for our stay. However pool temperature never seemed to change. We were unable to use the pool at the house. I would recommend this rental. I would also rent here again but I would not pay to heat the pool.
