Location is everything, and you can't beat the location of this house - just minutes from the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. Explore the nearby Robinson or Perico Preserve, with biking/walking trails, scenic kayaking, and excellent fishing. Relax on the magnificent white sands of Holmes Beach or join in a sand volleyball game. Go horseback riding on the beach just 5 minutes away. Spend time relaxing or fishing off the backyard dock, where you might just get a visit from manatees! Live in luxury at our beautiful, newly renovated home, with 5 furnished bedrooms and 3 full baths. Our home includes 4 kayaks to navigate the beautiful canals of the Island. Or you can stay back on the dock and fish the canal with the fishing equipment provided. Enjoy a game of tennis at the nearby courts using our tennis rackets, or explore the island and nearby Manatee River views with the bicycles provided for endless touring. After your bike ride, kick back and get that vacation tan on one of the patio loungers, or cool off and take a dip in your very own private pool. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on your private dock over looking the canal and watching the fish jump in the warm morning sun. We do have a boat lift and can discuss your needs for that. The house is functionable, but wouldn’t rate it 5 star. Looks like the “renovations” consisted of new flooring and some shiplap, but not much else. When we arrived, the two garbage cans were overflowing. Not sure why the cleaners couldn’t have seen that. When we went to take out the garbage a few days later, it was filled with maggots. Not something I expect to deal with on vacation. The furniture is acceptable, but again not 5 star. For a sectional in the family room, there was one small side table, so not conducive to having a drink/coffee while sitting there bc there’s nowhere to put a glass down. Pots and pans were so worn and mismatched. As were lin The ceiling grates in the bedrooms were moldy and dirty. The grill was also filthy…whoever grilled last had some sticky sauce like teriyaki and was burnt onto the grates, so we had to deep clean before we could grill. Pool toys in the bin were unusable as they needed to be inflated and the only pumps in the garage were for bikes so we had to buy a pump and new rafts. The bin and the toys were filthy and the boogie boards were cracked and broken. Towels and linens were old and worn. The outdoor area was nice, thankfully bc we spent most of our time there. I have used VRBO for more than 30 years. I’m always pleasantly surprised when we get a home that is truly furnished as a real home, not with towels, dishes, utensils from 15 years ago. This home has so much potential but needs a deep clean and paint. Wouldn’t go back.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It’s conveniently located to everything you need and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. There were seven of us, plus an infant, and we had plenty of room. The pool is great too!

Our 4 generation family enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The neighborhood was great for biking, kayaking in the bayou, and swimming in the heated pool. The nearby Robinson Preserve has a fantastic play place for young children, biking and walking trails for young and old. The proximity to various beaches and restaurants was so convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect home for a family gathering with adult children. Private rooms for everyone; spacious kitchen and relaxing spaces. Sadly the weather didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and wonderful outdoor activities. Maybe next time. Would certainly recommend this property.

House smells of mold under the kitchen sink . There was not 1 piece of toilet paper/paper towels in the entire house. The pool was dirty, we cleaned out the leaves when we arrived we were told it was the time of the season however for the remainder of our stay no leaves got in the pool . Furniture chairs all mismatched and uncomfortable. We had to plug in the televisions to get them to work …. It just seemed as though the house was not prepared for our stay very disappointing

***** It was a WOW experience in this house. From the moment you enter you feel the warmth of a cozy home, with inspirational messages on the walls, and a simple but beautiful decoration. I rented this house for a family reunion. We were 4 couples, a teenager , a toddler and a infant, and we settled perfectly. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of my family including the child, enjoy reading inspirational books available. There were also board games and puzzles. One of the things we enjoyed the most was having a BBQ next to the pool. Some of my family enjoyed kayaking, others tried fishing, although they didn't get anything, lol... and others rode the bikes; all this provided in the house. Jill was always in contact with me, answering my questions fairly quickly in a very respectful manner. When we did the check-out and before returning to our respective homes we went to see the famous and wonderful beaches of Ana Marias Island, which is quite close to the house. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jill. I am already recommending this house to my friends because I know they will not regret it.

We booked a week stay for a family celebration. House was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the backyard had the most relaxing views. There were plenty of things for the kids to do on property with kayaks and fishing poles provided.

Our family came together with the family of our son's fiancé for the first time. We had the proposal at the beach on Anna Maria Island and then grilled out by the pool to get to know each other better. Turned out great! It is a nice house, very accommodating for a group. Very nice setting.

I cannot put into words how perfect the house and location was for our trip. The home was much larger than I anticipated from the photos and listings. We had eight adults and it felt very spacious. Jill was amazing and very prompt when I thought I locked us out. I miss sitting on the dock watching the manatee and fishing. The location was great. It is a quiet neighborhood close to everything you would need. Thank you Jill and would definitely stay with you again if we vacation in Bradenton again.

This was a good spot for the age ranges we had. We had teens, 50, 60, and a 75 year old. The house didn’t have any steps for our parents to deal with so that was a plus. We weren’t far from the beaches at all. A couple things to note… the ceiling fans were not coming with the remotes, and some of the lights were not turning on with the designated switch. All in all the experience was good.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation to Florida. Three generations had plenty of space to gather for meals and fun in the sun. Everyone took turns cooking in the spacious and well eqiupped kitchern. The house also allowed us to have privacy when we wanted time to ourselves. We took advantage of the fishing equipment and have photos of our grandchildren with the fish they caught on the canal dock. The yard was spacious and private, and the pool accomodated us all. There was ample seating and lounge furniture, both covered and uncovered by the pool, along with floats and toys. Great restaurants and beaches, as well as a nature preserve and national park were minutes from our convenient location. Everyone took turns cooking in the well equipped and spacious kitchen. We look forward to another stay at this location in the future.

4 adults enjoyed a week of relaxation and sunshine. Walked the neighborhood every morning and visited many of the surrounding preserves and the beach. The pool and dock were great and we often found ourselves just hanging at the house. The house and contents were as advertised. Try Danny’s Pizzeria - we ate there 3 times!

The property was perfect for our family of 5 couples - much roomier than the pictures show. Huge kitchen allowed ample room for multiple "chefs" - it seems to be the best place for all to gather & chat during meal prep. Large patio around the heated pool was great for R & R from nearby activities. Jill was a super host - responded promptly to our requests & questions. We'd stay there again in a heart beat!
