Eclectic home in quiet neighborhood with almost everything for complete comfort! Lots of space for get-together's. Groups use our home as a meeting place for Magnolia trips, Baylor events, holidays, reunions, weddings, sporting events and work lodging. Huge back yard for pets (fees apply). Sleeps 8-9 comfortably (based on double occupancy). TV's with Roku and Spectrum cable in living room and all bedrooms. Read full amenity list below.
We almost always stay in our little backyard house when guests are in the main house. This is not to keep tabs or because we worry about the home but because I traveled several years for work and because my health isn't what it used to be. I have developed sensorial issues and have low energy due to a mystery ailment, so walking 30 steps to my little haven takes me to another world where I can sleep in, binge watch mindless tv or spend hours hunting for treasures on FB marketplace. You may see us if we go somewhere or to let the cat in and out, but otherwise we keep to ourselves so that you can enjoy use of the full back yard.
I absolutely love being a home sharing hostess, and I want to make sure you have an amazing stay in Waco! Our home is about seven minutes off I-35 and only 15 minutes from the Silos & 20 minutes from Baylor campus/stadium. Can accommodate 8-9 people comfortably. Description of four bedrooms and list of provided amenities:
Master bedroom: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Full size loft bed (REQUIRES CLIMBING LADDER)
Bedroom 3: Twin bed underneath loft bed
Bedroom/office 4: Queen bed
Living Room: Twin size fold out ottoman
*WiFi
*Bedside charging tables, lamps or clocks
*TV's with Roku in living room and all bedrooms
*Ceiling fans in all rooms
*Kitchen has most cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, food processor, toaster
Many spices & cooking oils provided
*Coffee bar with Keurig dual K-cup & traditional coffee ground pot, Instapot brewer for K-cup & espresso pods
*Filtered water & ice dispensing in fridge door
*Breakfast area seats 6 including bar seating; folding chairs available if needed
*Formal dining seats 8
*Wine glasses, rocks glasses, shot glasses etc. for guest use
*Cotton sheets on all beds
*Extra sleeping pillows on all beds
*Towels provided
*Hair appliances including hair dryers, curling irons and flat irons for guest use
*Shampoo, conditioner & body wash

This is a nice neighborhood with established neighbors. Your stay will be quiet and comfortable.
Most likely, you'll need a car to get around unless you're an avid bicyclist or runner. The closest bus stop is about 1.5 miles away.
There is a good selection of fast food and a few sit-down restaurants within a couple of miles. Feel free to ask for recommendations!
This is our home, so most of our stuff is here. We ask that you don't open any locked cabinets/doors, that you only use space allocated for guests in dressers and closets and that you treat our things with respect and care. No parking on grass or in front of the mailbox. Other than that, enjoy the house to its fullest!
