Spacious Home with Exceptional Host

We had a fantastic stay at this very spacious house, perfect for our large group. Each of us enjoyed the comfort of our own space, while the living rooms and yard provided great spots for gathering and BBQs. Kleanthis is the most helpful host we've ever met. He greeted us upon arrival, allowed us to check in early since there were no previous guests, made restaurant reservations for us, shared excellent advice on dining and exploring, and promptly attended to every minor request we had.

There was wine left for us in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. However, it would have been even better to have some basic essentials like salt, oil, coffee, and tea available, at least for the first morning.

Fantastic vacation at villa Kristia

Our holiday in the villa was great. The house was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the owner, who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He introduced us to the house, but also told us about the local culture. He was very friendly and caring. Being in a villa like this made our vacation extraordinary. We definitely want to go back there. I recommend everyone to visit this villa.

Very chilled family break in Paphos - thank you!

Incredible host - nothing was too much trouble and he was available with quick responses and recommendations for restaurants etc. The villa is huge and in a party of 7 adults it was great. The air conditioning was a real bonus as it was hot when we there last week. The pool was brilliant - warm and regularly cleaned by the pool person. There are plenty of seating areas for dining and lounging outside - even a lemon tree which hangs over one of the seating areas. The Gas BBQ was great for nights eating at the villa. All of the facilities you need for a home from home are available - washing machine, TVs, Hairdryers etc etc! There a little taverna and a couple of small supermarkets within a 5/6 minute walk.

Only minor things. The benefits of being so conveniently located to Paphos mean that the property is in a slightly more built up area. A blind fell down in one room but the owner sorted it out promptly!

1000% recommended, the owner of the villa, very friendly, helped us with everything we needed, (restaurants, taxis, etc.) He was waiting for us with delicious fruits, wine and donuts, (this is very nice) the villa is equipped with everything you need to a spectacular holidays, the villa is close to everything, it is very well located and in a very quiet area,recommended for those who want to enjoy a beautiful villa,thanks to the owner for being an excellent host.I have no words to describe that it fulfilled all our expectations in everything I'm sure we'll be back, I don't doubt it.. we love this place

Great stay

Villa was amazing and exceeded all expectations. Very spacious, and big enough for our large family of 13. It was very clean and all the facilities were amazing. The hosts were brilliant, very quick to communicate. They even left us some welcome treats and drinks which was very kind of them. Our return flight was at night so the hosts very kindly allowed us to remain at the villa until we were ready to head to the airport, something we highly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return to this villa if we go as a large group again.

Pool was a little cold but due to the time of the year we went (April). Mattresses on the bed were quite hard and not so comfortable to sleep in.

Comfortable place but needs updating, cups need to be replaced, most of them are chipped or cracked.

The location was great and the host Kleanthis was great, very helpful...

Hot water system should have been running enough for large groups....

overall a nice relaxing stay.

the property was lovely and the host was fabulous. the bed in the room upstairs was so uncomfortable I had to keep changing beds to sleep in as was the bed downstairs in the front bedroom.

Beautiful place and the owner was very supportive. Plenty of space and you have everything you need. It's a shame it genuinely was really cold when we went so didn't try the pool. We took taxis mainly however going to bar street actually isn't that long walking.

The place is quite and relatively close to downtown It was roomy, and had nice facilities We rented it for a groop of 18 Y.O. kids who went on to a wedding party and they loved it Pool is a cool feature The host is very accomodating and super nice and helpful There is a shop nearby

Pool-table is a gonner, table-tennis table is a gonner Checkout is really early for a bunch of teenagers after a party Taxi service is spars at this area

Fantastic

The Whole property was outstanding...plenty of rooms. Swimming pool was a gift as kids loved it. All Toilets and Rooms very spacious. Would recommend it to any big families or coming with friends could easily accommodate .

Excellent stay, immaculate property and very friendly and helpful.

The whole of the Villa was fantastic, table tennis table, the pool, showers, the games, and kitchen were my favourites.

Nothing, we loved all of it.
