We had a lovely time in this spacious house. It was well equipped for 4 adults and 8 children, even when it rained an awful lot! The kids loved the outdoor space, we loved the view and the freedom it gave them to play. As with many holiday houses, the kitchen equipment was a bit odd, with only one chopping board, a tiny bin, broken teapot but loads of cutlery, wine glasses etc! But, everything was clean and worked well. We went to Bouillon, Dinant and then a couple of beautiful local river walks along the Lesse and Almarche. Highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit. Bedroom wise, would have fitted more people, but we had the dining table at full stretch I believe, with 12 of us.

Mooie grote woning in prachtige omgeving met heel veel uitgestippelde wandelingen. Minpunt: slechts 1 kleine koelkast aanwezig in keuken. Een extra koelkast in garage zou een pluspunt zijn.

Het huis was heel ruim en kraaknet. We hebben enorm genoten van het uitzicht in de tuin. Zeer geschikt huis voor een gezellige familieverblijf. Ook zijn er in de omgeving heel mooie wandelroutes. Echter koelt de koelkast niet goed, zijn de bedden dringend aan vernieuwing toe (zeer slecht geslapen) Ook is de vloertapijt boven niet echt proper en geschikt voor mensen met een allergie voor stof. Door dat er geen vliegendeur is aan de terrasdeur, komen er zeer veel muggen binnen. Als dit alles zou vervangen worden, zou het gewoon TOP geweest zijn.

Het is een mooi groot huis met een enorme tuin en is rustig gelegen. In de omgeving is voldoende te beleven zoals wandelen, leuke dorpjes bezoeken en kajakken op de lesse. Paar puntjes ter verbetering. De keuken was niet echt heel schoon en de aanvoer van warm water was via twee boilers. Dus opletten met douchen. De beschrijving van de woning klopt niet helemaal. Er is boven nog een los toilet, dus 3 in totaal wat wel fijn is met 14 personen. Daarnaast was aangegeven dat de contactpersoon op nr 27 woonde maar dat klopt niet.

Een mooi huis met een grote tuin in een zeer mooi kader van de gemeente Daverdisse. Het huis heeft alles wat men nodig heeft en het onderhoud via de contactpersoon is exemplarisch. Zij was zeer vriendelijk en zou, indien nodig, ons direct willen helpen. Alles bij elkaar terecht een aanrader.

Brandalarm is de eerste nacht per ongeluk afgegaan en de mevrouw die instaat voor het onderhoud van de woning kon ons niet helpen. Gelukkig hadden we een handige man bij die erin geslaagd is het alarm af te zetten. Er was geen beschermingsglas voor het brandalarm en zodoende is dat door aanraking in het donker afgegaan. Er is ook een probleem met de afvoer in de keuken. De sifon lekt als een vergiet. Ik heb foto's getrokken van dit probleem. Hoe kan ik die doorsturen? Ik verwacht van een huurhuis dat dat in orde is!

Het is een heel leuk en groot huis. Alles was in orde. De omgeving is ook prachtig. De BBQ is wel aan vervanging toe, deze was kapot. Spijtig dat het speelhuisje voor de kinderen er niet meer was, deze staat wel op de foto's.

Ik heb geprobeerd te telefoneren of te mailen om dit uit te stellen of te annuleren. Jullie rekenden direct 636 of 956 euro aan. Dit zijn mafiapraktijken en onaanvaarbaar omdat het volledig buiten onze wil gebeurd. Eenmaal geboekt bij Belvilla en DUS NOOIT MEER. Het is schandalig hoe jullie de coronacrisis gebruiken om cliënten te misbruiken.

Wij waren met 9 volwassen en 2 kleine kinderen. Het was prachtig weer en dan is de tuin fantastisch met een geweldig uitzicht. Het huis is ruim en overzichtelijk. Er waren genoeg voorzieningen om heerlijke maaltijden te maken en het verblijf was genoeglijk. De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen, te fietsen, te bekijken. De bakker in Redu is een aanrader. De schommel heeft een opknapbeurtje nodig. Wij gaan vast nog een keertje!

Prachtige woning in een prachtige omgeving. We waren met 10 volwassenen en 4 kinderen en plaats was geen probleem. Een zeer mooie, fijne tuin met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles was aanwezig en de aankomst en het vertrek is zeer vlot verlopen.

Tout s'est très bien passé même si nous avons dû subir quelques désagréments liés au passage dans cette location d'un groupe irrespectueux des lieux (balançoire cassée et chaises de jardin cassées, mégots de cigarettes et capsules de bouteilles de bière dans le gazon ...). La maison est très agréable avec de beaux espaces et le très grand jardin offre une vue imprenable sur Daverdisse et les bois environnants. Nous recommanderions cette maison rien que pour ce panorama !

Het huis is ruim en goed verzorgd. Wij vonden het spijtig dat er geen tuinzetels zijn en dat er geen overdekt terras is. Wij konden het zonnescherm niet openen. Wij hebben dus niet kunnen genieten van de grote tuin. De omgeving is prachtig

Heel fijne ontvangst, we waren wat te laat maar hadden verwittigd, en het was helemaal geen probleem. Het huis was zeer proper, alle kamers hadden frisse lakens klaarliggen (bijgeboekt). Het zicht en de tuin zijn absoluut prachtig! Een geweldige uitvalsbasis om in de buurt te gaan wandelen of kajakken. Het huis is groot genoeg voor 14 personen, zonder dat je mekaar voor de voeten loopt. Keuken ruim voorzien van voldoende benodigdheden om voor 14p. te koken. Een enkel minpuntje we waren met 7 koppels, maar er waren slechts 5 dubbele bedden, 1 stappelbed en 2 aparte slaapkamers met 1 enkel bed. Daar hadden we op voorhand niet op gelet -) Voor ons alvast een geslaagd weekend.

De omgeving is wondermooi. Het huis is zo fantastisch gelegen. Het had gesneeuwd, begin mei, en ook dat was een ervaring. De living, eetkamer en keuken zijn open en groot genoeg voor 14 personen, maar je kan ook het livinggedeelte afsluiten voor bvb studerende kinderen. Dit was het tweede jaar dat we gekomen zijn en wederom een prachtig ervaring.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, non pas par le propriétaire, mais une jeune femme très gentille. La maison offre de beaux espaces en particulier le living mais aussi la cuisine. Les chambres pour couples sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. La situation est exceptionnelle au calme avec un très grand jardin et une vue imprenable et plongeante - sur le village de Daverdisse. Les chevaux des prairies voisines ont été une belle attraction pour les enfants.
