Location was great. Room was bright and airy, albiet a little small. Great cafe downstairs. General ambiance was great
We had booked parking just around the corner, but found we could not use it as our car was to large for the elevator.

Room was exceptionally clean with a lovely little balcony overlooking the street. Location was perfect. Loved having the little restaurant in the hotel.
Perhaps a bit more emphasis on pre booking parking. Luckily we did but it truly is necessary to know in advance.

Detalles en la habitación y el personal muy atento
Que la habitación era interior y que el bar de la terraza era autoservicio
6.0
Entrance foyer, café restaurant, decor and interior design.
Size of bedroom which was really cramped for two friends. Lack of individual space or furniture to accommodate luggage or personal items. Poor reading light. The twin bed was too hard.

Great location and it had a nice contemporary feel with helpful friendly reception and staff.
Would recommend definitely.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
Nothing.

Friendly staff, perfect location in the pedestrian area of the historic city center
Too expensive for the standard and old room you get - no breakfast included. We paid almost 200€ for one night and this was overpriced for this facility.
6.0
Location, historical building
Very old building lacks modern amenities; difficult to get in late at night; staff lied about availability for a second night, forcing us to move to hotel next door

The hotel was originally a palace and it beared the features of a palace as we walked into the hotel, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and stylish. The staff were helpful, the hotel restaurant was very nice with a nice menu, with breakfast options. The roof terrace was very nice, relaxing and a good addition. Cadiz has a huge amount of history and this hotel complimented the stay nicely, well recommended. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel, who very welcoming herself, a well travelled lady who has a good idea about giving the tourist a nice stay experience.

Location was in the middle of the city, only pedestrian streets. Hotel personnel was very friendly, room was pretty and clean. In the room was dog bed, bowls and treats for the dog. We where pleased with everything.

Located in the Old Town, so you are exploring and sightseeing as soon as you step out of the front door. The hotel itself has been modernized and is quite striking.

Great location in Central Cadiz.
Small room and noisy overnight, the double glazing didn't seem to shut out the noise from the street below.
8.0
Reception staff were great.
rooms facing the street can be noisy because even the smallest conversation seems to travel up to the rooms.

On walking distance from everything, superb location. Very doable from the train station on foot. Very comfortable bed and shower, I'd recommend booking a room with a window on the outside for light and blocking of sounds in the hotel. We had a warm welcome and front desk staff was very friendly.
It was noisy. There was ongoing construction in the hotel which we weren't notified of. The sound of drilling and hammering went through the entire hotel and we had to flee the noise and go out. Another thing is that the doors to each room are quite loud on closing so we kept being woken up by it. Cafe was ok, but recommend going elsewhere for breakfast.

A perfect location and wonderful service. We could not have been made to feel more welcome from the arrival glass of cava to the advice from reception. The rooftop with bar was a delight to watch the sunset or see the old town from above!
everything was perfect

- The hotel is well located and if you park in the port it's just 7 min walk there
- The terrace is amazing and you can get up on it in the morning, take a notepad and enjoy the rooftop view of the city
- There's a balcony with a view on the street (though it's hard to call it balcony if it's 30 cm wide :))
- Good quality sleep
- The room size is average and nothing special for a luxury hotel in the city centre
