This property is a two bedroom/1 bath duplex and can sleep six comfortably.
There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. Cooking ware is supplied for your personal use! There is a private washer and dryer room located in the basement for you to use!
The living room has a flat screen smart tv with access to Netflix. Along with each bedroom equipped with a smart TV as well! You will be able to use the TV during your stay along with high speed wireless internet.
This property is a side by side duplex. With completely separate entrances and no shared living space. You will have complete privacy with no shared common areas. Entry into the property is controlled by a wireless electronic smart lock that will generate a unique entry code that only works during your stay.
We also have a pack and play available for your tiny travelers in the bedroom closet.There is 2 parking space on the property to park. If you need additional parking for more cars, there is off-street parking in front of property.
The unit is a 1897 house with lots of charm. There will be 13 stairs to get to the bedrooms in the property. We do not allow smoking in the unit, nor do we allow pets. TV channels are spotty at best, but don't worry, Netflix is all queued up and ready to watch! The other side of the property is rented out to 3 responsible professionals. Please try to be respectful them. We look forward to you staying at our airbnb!

This place was incredibly prepared was you. Waters in fridge, ice in trays in freezer, tons of extras in closets and bathroom, etc.

This was our first experience in Ames using VRBO. The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. Close to downtown, campus town and places to eat. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. When we had issues unlocking the door (user error...LOL) Ryan called me immediately to check on us. My only regret was that we did not have time to take advantage of the bicycles and scooters :( :)

Clean, easy to access property. Thoughtful accommodations and touches- Love a personal note and a souvenir! Nice bedding, comfortable living room. Bedrooms share bathroom walls and was a little disruptive at night.

Close to ISU Campus
The home was conveniently located to the ISU campus which allowed us to walk to the football game. We were also able to walk to local grocery store. Nice to have a home close to the campus when visiting students.

Perfect for an extended stay in Ames
This townhome was perfect for my work trip in Ames. It’s a 5 minute drive to campus and even less to downtown. Everything you need is very close. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. And though decor was less important to me, this home is adorable!

Great Location
Used this location for a weekend visit to our college student. It's a very convenient location. Short drive, only 10 minutes from campus. Grocery store and bus stops were conveniently around the corner. We enjoyed the flat screen TV's in each room and the little amenities like shampoo and toothbrushes provided. Also, with COVID19, we did a weekend of just hanging out without going anywhere, and this provided us with an area upstairs for our child to study for a few hours, as well as convenient food pickup and delivery from our location. Will definitely use this property again!

A Charming Cottage
The property is very well maintained, well decorated and conveniently located. The owners make sure to provide thoughtful touches to make their guests feel welcome. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Perfect for our needs
We brought our son and his friend over for ISU Freshman Orientation. With two other kids not attending, we were looking for a place they could spend the day while we were busy. This was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was nice and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for the breakfast and lunches we made. Beds were comfortable and the house was bright, cheery, and nicely decorated. It is a short drive to campus. We look forward to return visits in the coming years as we travel to Iowa to see our son!

My 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren and me stayed here while visiting family in the area. Location was amazing. The home was adorable and had all the comforts of home.

Clean, comfy in a good location
This property is very well-equipped, quaint and cozy. Good location near shopping and a manageable walk to Jack Trice or Hilton. Owners are very responsive.
As described, this property is original, older construction with 13 steps to the bathroom which is located upstairs. (Could be difficult for older folks to navigate)
Overall we would look to stay here again for an ISU football weekend.
