Welcome to the newly renovated “Polished Pearl” oceanfront condo at Channel Marker 203 in beautiful Surfside Beach, SC. Pristine Surfside Beach boast a “Family-Friendly” atmosphere and was voted one of the top ten best family beaches for 2018.

Surfside Beach is the first certified autism-friendly destination in the world – staff at most attractions and restaurants are trained and certified by the Champion Autism Network.

Surfside Beach is conveniently located near many popular Myrtle Beach attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, Myrtle Waves, Tanger Outlets, and Market Commons to name a few.

The luxury “Polished Pearl” is located on the second floor and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony with seating, a homelike kitchen and dining area, and an intimate living room setting with your own personal fireplace. In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool. An Outdoor BBQ Grill, Free high-speed Wi-Fi, one assigned, and one unassigned guest parking spot is available. Regrettably, no pets are allowed. Please note that our HOA does not allow trailers. Additional public parking is located nearby.

The master bedroom has a mesmerizing ocean view through a beautiful plantation shutter. The room includes a king size bed, small closet, two night stands, dresser, wall-mounted television and an en suite bathroom with a washer and dryer.

The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, which sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The room includes a small closet, one night stand, one small chest and a wall-mounted television. The guest bathroom comes equipped with a tub and shower.

The living room has a full-size sofa, two comfortable chairs, a swivel wall-mounted 4K smart television with cable, and an electric remote-control fireplace. The ambiance of the fireplace is perfect for both summer and winter months. The living room provides direct access to the private balcony and picturesque views of the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, i.e. microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal for all your cooking needs. Cookware, flatware, dinnerware, coffee maker and a toaster are provided. Five stools are located at the counter for your dining pleasure next to a handcrafted oyster shell mosaic.

For your convenience, the Polished Pearl will provide a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and all your linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms. All linens are brand new.

Our stay was far more than expected! The amenities provided were fantastic! My grandchildren ages 6, 4 and 6months loves being Oceanside and getting up In the morning looking out at the ocean! All I can say about our stay is WOW, awesome! Beautifully decorated home! Nicest of people who own the place to deal with!

The “Pearl” as we affectionately called the condo was an absolute perfect home for our week in Surfside. The space was clean and beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed. The building is quiet, and even though we were there during biker week, we couldn’t hear any street noise. Just the waves at night. Already planning our next visit!

Less than a football field to the ocean... Electric fireplace was almost real and cozy and warm. Water pressure was Awesome and hot hot showers .....again awesome... Perfect for two.... There is a very walkable restaurant nearby. 3 flights of stairs...pack light Our Google maps was 300 ft off....

We had a wonderful time. The condo is remodeled and decorated beautifully. We felt at home once we walked in and saw two pics of their precious dogs. Property is also clean and we ended up finding a binder with a lot of good information about the condo and area on our last night. Definitely will stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The decor is beautiful and tasteful. The view is spectacular. We slept so well with that ocean view staring back at us! I highly recommend staying here and we will be sure to come back asap! We had a minor hiccup when we got to the property in terms of the cleaning crew and scheduling, but the property owner (Tina) was easy to get in touch with and she had everything squared away within 20 minutes of us contacting her! Great service! I cannot complain about anything! Ms Tina, thank you for everything!

We absolutely LOVED this home! From the interior design, beautiful decor & the gazillion pillows~this place is a class act! The kitchen is very well stocked. Big bonus: it's a short walk to the local restaurants and bars. Sunrises are breathtaking!! A perfect vacation get-away!! We'll be back for sure!!

What a lovely place with a spectacular view. It’s true to what previous reviewers said. Loved the high top chairs outside to enjoy that view. Any questions we had, were quickly responded to. Beds were very comfortable. They have anything you need for cooking and cleaning up. Bring your own detergent for the laundry though. The couch is a little soft, but the living area is overall a very comfortable room. It was chilly, so we used the electric fireplace which was nice. Very nice place and responsive hosts!

This second floor condo is spacious and very clean. The owners, Tina and Matt are quick to respond to texts and calls. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The check in process was very easy. The location is convenient to many restaurants and entertainment.

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was a great experience. We had a wonderful time at this property and everything was exactly as pictured. We went over Labor Day weekend, and while the beach was busy on the weekend, it never felt crowded. By Tuesday it was quiet as can be. We loved the balcony and still being able to enjoy to ocean once the kids went to sleep. We were traveling with a 1 and 4 year old, and it was perfect for them also. Based on the photos, I wasn't sure if there would be space for the pack-n-play in the bunk bed room, but it fit perfectly at the end of the beds. I agree with another reviewer that - although BEAUTIFULLY decorated - a bit LESS decor would've given us more space to unpack without the space getting cluttered. That being said, you can tell the owners take pride in their condo and it is beautifully cared for and furnished. This was the first short-term rental I stayed in that does not provide shampoo, which was my own fault as I guess I did not read the amenities closely enough. It also would've been nice to have a few extra bath towels and washcloths. You will need to bring shampoo, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. Although some reviewers mentioned a "community closet" with beach things to borrow, we did not find that and luckily had brought our own beach toys. I hope this review is helfpul for future guests! Overall we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Tina and Matt for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Thank you for a week of relaxation and re-energizing! We enjoyed the beach and pool ~ as well as the huge assortment of restaurants all nearby and delicious. My kids enjoyed the amusement rides and go carts only a quick ride into Myrtle.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved being right on the beach. There were often fireworks which could be viewed from the balcony. The pool was a nice addition after coming off the beach. The only thing I could suggest is a few flashlights or a few more electric candles as we did lose power in a storm one night. Otherwise great and we would return! Thank you!

Condo was beautifully decorated & sparkling clean. Furniture & beds extremely comfortable & up to date. As stated, there is no elevator. So if your husband is old with bad knees be prepared to unload your car yourself. LOL
