The Property was clean and comfortable. The boys absolutely loved the pool table which greatly enhanced our stay. It would be nice to have a couple more comfortable chairs in the living room to watch tv from as my husband and I are in our 70's and sitting was quite uncomfortable for watching movies. The kitchen was great, sign in fine, location great for what we did. There are a couple of major stains on the carpet that need to be dealt with, but it was clean just stained. Otherwise good stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and neighborhood. Property was very clean, bright, welcoming, and had everything we needed.
Communication with Jim was excellent. Very professional, timely, and friendly.
We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Pretty worn down, but clean enough. Pretty tight parking spot and situation. Nice location.

Great property and location. ! Beds were comfortable. Host checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Overall stay was great. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash was provided. Sheets and beds were cozy. Only minor detail is only one TV. We would have liked tvs in the bedroom but that was really no big deal.

Wonderful, quiet and slightly remote. The Metzger Townhome was a respite from the city that we needed. Clean, comfortable and with plenty of amenities. Will recommend and definitely will stay again.

Only thing i wish i would have read is rooms are on the third level. My mom is handicapped so made it hard for her to get up 2 flights of steep steps. Other than that my brother, sister, and rest of the family enjoyed playing pool and fireplace.
We would love to go back with the rest of the kids

This was a great place to stay near Portland while we were visiting my father in Tualatin who was in hospice. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and downtown. It was clean and nice and very roomy.
The only downside was a broken chair and the upstairs secondary bathroom did not drain properly.
Otherwise this was a great VRBO.

The unit was great and well appointed. We had a great time staying there as we were waiting for our new house to be ready. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. It didn't work upstairs that well. With teenagers that was a bit of an issue. But, other than that it was nice and we would stay there again.

We stayed at this property during a time of severe weather. I made an attempt to filter out issues that were out of the company’s control.
So I hope this review would still be an accurate representation as if the weather was not an issue.
The home was not clean: (feces on rug, not vacuumed, hair in beds, trash on counter).
Many things were broken and not usable: (front door, closet door to master bedroom, chair in living room).
Contact was immediately made with company (iTrip Northwest) and on duty employee asked for pictures, apologized, and said someone would contact me the next day to schedule a time to fix the issues. I did not receive a notice to schedule, instead I received a text late in the day that someone was on their way over. I canceled their response as it was not an appropriate time to come over.
No issues were immediate needs, however things were not addressed or identified to us before our stay, despite paying full price and paying a cleaning fee.
I was told to contact the company at a later time to discuss how they could make things right.
They took one night stay and offered a discount that would be discussed for the future.
I hope this review is helpful and not harmful.

This home provided a great centralized location for a December graduation. The kitchen is properly equipped.
Online it is listed as pet approved but the welcome packet in the house says that pets are forbidden.
Neighborhood was very quiet.

The property is pretty clean and comfortable. It was warm and humid when staying here so the AC was very nice to have. Neighborhood is very quiet. It would be nice if the kitchen had a baking pan/cookie sheet and some other basic amenities like baggies, foil, and some better spatulas and pans.

4 guys competing in a Portland area USTA sectionals tournament: the youngest got the sofa bed but us older players appreciated the very comfy beds in the 3 bedrooms. The downstairs pool room was great as was the recliner chairs in the living room. We had a great stay. Of note we only had 2 vehicles and there is only room to really park 1 vehicle at the townhome but there was parking across the street so no problems for us. This was a great place for us to stay and we had a great weekend. Kitchen well stocked but we only really had breakfast to do as we were away most of the day. Great location for matches at Tualatin Hills awuatic center and Mountain park Raquet club in Lake Oswego. We were just in between both locations which was great since our matches were scheduled there. This location is a little too far if matches get scheduled at Vancouver Tennis Center.

This home worked perfectly for a weekend of fun in PDX for a family wedding. The home is spacious and clean and comfy. The beds are so comfortable too! We were within walking distance of the wedding venue which was great. It was easy to access the freeways and we loved meandering around the Pearl District and Alberta Street. It was easy to check in and check out and communication with the VRBO team went smoothly. I recommend staying here.

This is a rather narrow house on three floors – – really two floors and a garage – – that my family found acceptable, but with some drawbacks and disappointing elements. The biggest disappointment was the so-called recreation room, a.k.a. family room. In truth, it was an unheated garage with some furniture in it, door leaned up against one of the unpainted cement walls and other things that you would never have an a family room including the exposed heating system for the house – – but also lacking plugs, except at one end of the garage, and the other. We had chosen this property over another one that we would’ve preferred, because it had a pool table, and our son, especially likes pool, as do we. To be fair, the pool table was fully equipped and excellent, but it was cold down there, and when we complained about the false advertising involved in claiming it was anything other than a garage, the company representatively spoke to kept insisting it was advertised as a “converted garage.“ That was patently untrue..(unlike other VRBO properties we’ve been in where you could communicate with the owners, this one is just run by a management company.) After much back-and-forth, the representative, offered to put a space heater in the garage, which did not arrive until the next day. When we discovered that in the main living room, a large, very modern, looking, and important lamp was not working because the lightbulb was out, we asked for a replacement bulb — which came with the space heater the next day. In the interim, we took a lightbulb out of a ceiling light and put it in that lamp, so we would have adequate lighting. In the living room, there were two rather cheap recliner chairs that were also rather old with cracked, worn Naugahide.
All these things relate to our review that this is an acceptable property, but with reservations. One other mistake that was on our part, not managements, was that we didn’t notice that instead of twin beds in the third bedroom, it had only a double bed. We thought of asking for a cot, but there wouldn’t be a room in that small bedroom for a cot and a double bed. As a result, two siblings, four years apart had to sleep together in one bed. At all other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at the third bedroom generally have had two or more single beds. It’s on us that we missed this point, but I flag it for anyone reading this review.

This condo is really good in great condition. Had lots of good amenities and was in a great location centrally located to all of the areas of PDX. The only negatives were that there wasn’t room for any parking other than one car. We wanted to have my dad over and there was no place for him to park. only other negative is that they had a pool table which I know is an awesome amenity but it’s in the garage and that area was not heated so we didn’t really use that area. But all of the rest of it was great and when we had any issues, the property manager communicated with us quickly and efficiently. Would definitely rent again. His.

One TV in the living room, memory foam beds, great pool table. Furniture in living room is dated and the place could use some TLC. Water pressure in master is not good but better in hall bathroom. It is a nice townhome in a nice neighborhood. However, we had no heat the first night. I notified the manager and the response was, “thanks for letting us know”. That night it snowed, temperatures below freezing. The thermostat’s batteries went out and turned off the heat. I replaced the batteries with no offer to reimburse me after letting them know. The gas stove and gas fireplace had issues igniting. The managers response was “let us know if it happens again”. That could be improper pressure in the line or a gas leak. We felt like they did not care about our well being with the unprofessional responses. We never heard from them again.

We rented this property to visit the Oregon zoo then get some Voodoo donuts then to the zoo light show then head downtown to have a nice dinner then to the winter wonderland light show everything was 15-20 minutes away so nice of a location the property was quiet and very comfortable I would totally recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Portland.
This is a very clean property very well done.
Thank you

We found sticky red wine on the living area floor, we cleaned it up.
Fireplace didn’t work at all. The kitchen counter by the coffee maker was very dirty, as was the vent for the heating. If we heated the living area then the upstairs bedrooms were way to warm. There were smells in the bedrooms that were of a chemical nature., also the beds were not very comfortable. Mold on the baseboard by the toilet. We left a day early because of the situation. The place was generally rundown as the furniture was really trashed. We have photos to document all of the above and have shared with the property manager

Great great location… do not let the dark road on a late night arrival fool you! In the day time it’s a great location! Other than roads mot super clearance the street address hard to find, the beds are welcoming! Look wayyyyy into the garage! It’s fun doen there!

Good Base Camp for work
Great spot for basecamp work in Woodburn. Enough rooms and a nice communal entertaining area. One suggestion, the previous stay put their trash in bags in the pool table area, which is where they are supposed to. But the weren't picked up so that area kinda stank like trash the first night. I would recommend suggesting another area to leave our trash as not to sour that nice area to hang out. Other than that, the place is well-appointed and spacious and would definitely stay again

Convenient and Clean!
This was the perfect base for forays to OMSI, the Rose festival, and Washington Square Mall, and to help our son move in Lake Oswego. It is located near several of the main travel corridors, but is quiet, not to mention well appointed, and clean.

The condo at Lizzie Court was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was great-- easily accessible to downtown and wine country. The folks at iTrip went the extra mile to welcome us and were readily available to answer questions. I will definitely book through iTrip again

Great Portland Area Visit
Great townhouse convenient to all area attractions and local shopping. Our family of five stayed for almost a week visiting Portland and hiking in the area. The Metzger townhouse was a great location in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to shopping and highways. The house was clean and very well equipped. The owner responded immediately to questions and requests.
