Made turns at Winter Park. Hiked, played Wavelength, assembled puzzles, read books cooked and enjoyed the family in a beautiful setting.

We had a great time in this house. It's beautiful, very nice deck with fit pit, looking out to the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms.We will definately be back.

The location is perfect and the property was relatively clean. The patio was great and gas fire pit and grill all worked perfectly. It appeared the cleaning crew didn’t finish the job or make sure there were enough towels for 6 guests for 4 nights. There were NO washcloths or extra hand towels, I sent an email but never heard back. The trash from the bathroom on the lower lever was left outside the bathroom, along with the rugs/bathmats. No dish soap but guests are expected to do the dishes. So a few minor things could use some attention.
I sent the owner a note regarding the corded window coverings and my very real safety concerns.

This war a summer visit. We have been to Winter Park many times.
Great location on golf course. Equi-distant from Winter Park and Grand Lake, with Granby Ranch just across the road. Close to City Market.
Each bedroom had its own bathroom.
Accepts pets.
Owner very responsive to questions by phone
Downgraded to 4.5 stars because:
1) No TV on main level, and difficult to get regular stations
2) Inadequate parking. We had 4 cars. Overnight parking on street not allowed. Had to park one car at golf clubhouse at night, which fortunately was close, but inconvenient.
Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great almost two week stay at this fabulous home with our kids and their friends. The first week we had a few HS kids in tow to ski then the college roommates arrived for the second week to ski & board! Had plenty of room for everyone including the 2 nights they overlapped! House was great - had a supply of all the essentials which was nice. Beds were comfy, fireplace & mud room were great for winter and we love the Granby location. We skied Granby Ranch & Winter Park, walked around Grand Lake, drove the 10 miles from into RMNP and really just enjoyed family dinners and hanging out! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen! Would stay again for sure!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Quiet, relaxing area with spectacular views! Comfortable beds and bedrooms each with a bathroom, which was a nice bonus. Families with small children loved the basement toys, books, games and kid friendly kitchen items. Everything is clearly labeled or explained in the guest book…which is super helpful! The place was very clean, well stocked, and welcoming! We loved our time in this amazing home and in beautiful Granby! Made some wonderful memories! Thank you!

The drinks are great and food excellent. Also the full grocery store and gas station are at the entrance of the development .Granby is a mile down the road with several great restaurants. Skiing at Winter Park is about 30 min up the road. The great part is that there is no traffic from there to Winter Park as opposed to those coming from Denver that is always a line of traffic. Great communication with the host and a pleasure to deal with .

Every kitchen appliance and utensil we needed. We did not have to contact owner or agent a single time during our one week stay. Would highly recommend to anyone of any age group. We had three couples and room for at least one more couple, with plenty of elbow room. Third Granby rental and by far the best. Thank you!

Perfect Mountain Home for an extended family stay
This property is awesome and the homeowner was wonderful. Everything is very clearly labeled and the place is incredibly well stocked with cooking appliances and such. The location is perfect, easy access to a grocery store, the Granby Ranch resort and is on a golf course. We had three couples and 5 children under the age of 6 and all had our own space and bathrooms. There is a great kids space in the walk out basement complete with a bunk bed, trundle and family room. We had a great time and are definitely hoping to stay some day again in the future.

Home and Homeowners are AMAZING
Owners: The owners of the home are easily the most interactive owners I have encountered with a rental. It was awesome. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and even went out of their way to get some parking information for us due to having too big of vehicles to fit in the driveway. (We ended up being able to fit our 3 big trucks in the driveway and garage so parking wasn't an issue.) So huge props to the awesome home owners.
Home: The home was very nice, clean and what we expected. Bedrooms were all good sized and plenty of bathrooms and showers throughout the home. There was fresh snow so we used the hill in between the houses to sled and have fun. Behind the home is a golf course and we used the snow there to make a giant igloo. One of the perks of the location was the grocery store right in front of the neighborhood which was super convenient.
Neighbors: The neighbors in the surrounding homes were very friendly! One of them even offered anything in his garage for us to use and play with (footballs, hockey stuff etc.) and let us play with his pretty awesome pup Thor.
I would 100% recommend this home, and hopefully it is still available to rent on our next trip up because we will definitely try and make this our rental home again.

Great vacation house close to lake Granby
We've rented many houses over the years, this was one of the best overall stays we've had. We have a running joke whenever we stay places, is it really clean or is it Colorado clean, which means don't look at the corners and you'll be okay. Happy to say it was very clean, corners in all, and well-stocked with everything. We had a family gathering with six folks and one baby and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Kitchen & grill were great. We cooked every night, the kitchen had everything and I want to thank the owner for labeling every drawer and cabinet so you knew exactly what was available! usually and house rentals you go through every drawer and cabinet to figure out where the perfect pot and pan and cutting board is. Dana thought of everything, she can come to my house and label things any day!
The setup of the house worked great for us. It's a duplex but you wouldn't know it when you're inside, it was spacious and well laid out. My mom, who has had two knee replacements, had a bedroom right on the first floor, so she didn't have to take any steps which was perfect for her. The two additional bedrooms upstairs for very comfortable, I had one and my niece and nephew had one and nobody had any complaints. In fact everybody loved the beds! I should ask where they got the mattresses from, I never rent a place where I actually sleep well on the mattress, chronic back issues...and everybody thought they were great, people actually slept in a little.
The basement has a family room along with the kids bedroom that my other niece and nephew and their baby were able to stay in. Plenty of toys to keep our toddler busy, and they had plenty of room to stretch out downstairs.
The golf course property itself is lovely, it's not really built up yet so go now! Plenty of land and beautiful views, without too many houses. You are minutes from the town of Granby, and we traveled into Grand Lake and spent two days exploring the National Park. The ride is definitely worth it so don't miss seeing the park, we got a good view of a young moose on our drive.
One more thing, two thumbs up for Dana, she was great with my many questions and actually gave us a heads up that there was a car accident that might hold us up on our drive...so nice of her to let us know... thank you!!! That's above and beyond and we appreciate it. I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect mountain vacation
Location of this beautiful place is perfect - away from all the crowds on the other side of the Park. We loved hanging out on the back patio at night making s’mores and enjoying the view!
