Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.

I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance.

The townhouse was a great set up for two families to spend time together in Philadelphia. It was clean, well decorated, and had plenty of space for all of us. We were a group of nine, four adults and five children. Loved the long table in the kitchen to gather at for breakfast. It was an easy trip into the old city, about 10-15 minutes to sights and restaurants. The neighborhood was more residential. It was quiet even though the highway runs right behind the townhouse.

There were a group of 9 of us in Philly for a convention. This house was large enough to accommodate us all without feeling crowded. It was very clean. The dining table was much larger then it looks in the pictures. The couches are large and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable and much nicer then most other rentals. We had 4 cars with us but free parking was not that hard to find. I would stay here again next year if all do the convention again.

The house was great for a three week stay with a dog and a garage! The garage was amazing although it did look like plenty of parking nearby (although in some directions parking at night would be less than ideal). I think most people use it as a weekend large get away so when we needed items for our stay the property manager sent them the following day. I would suggest pillow cases be available for beds instead of the shams as I'm sure they aren't washed that often. There is a kennel across the street so at times there were a lot of barking dogs, but they all looked happy going in! The freeway is on the other side so definitely bring your ear plugs. We could have used some throw blankets for the beds/couch as well.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was beautiful and well stocked!! The only issue we faced was parking. We had 4 cars and thought there would be more street parking. We will definitely be staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Great spot in Philly...can tell it is an up-and-coming area. Had a group of friends together for the weekend. Tons of restaurants and bars close by, and you can walk to the casino. The place is perfect to spread out. Lots of stairs, so be prepared for some cardio. Parking was no problem, it is a busy area, but you can find something very close.

Less than our expected

We stayed because of the reviews, however it didn’t quite measure up to our expectations. Location wasn’t the best…The place was exceptionally clean but very worn in certain areas of the home and the attention to detail was very minimal (cords hanging from mounted T.V. , toilet tissue rack appeared to be broken, towel rack in one of the guest bathrooms was clearly replaced with very sloppy work, very thin wash cloths and towels, only one tv to be watched in the entire house, bed linen very thin see through sheets). Entire house could use an inside paint job. Lighting in bathrooms was very dim.

Northern liberties is a super cute neighborhood and Nate’s place is a short walk to some amazing little restaurants, breweries and a short ride to the stadiums and anything you’d want to do with a group of friends in Philly! Great communication, easy in and out and overall great stay.

Had a wonderful weekend here with a group of friends and my brother. Perfectly located in that it's a 10 min walk or less to lots of amazing stuff in Fishtown, as well as the train, which we used to get down to a Sixers game! Place was clean and a great size for our group and Nate was quick to respond to all our questions and even accomodated us with an early check in and let us stow our luggage for an extra couple hours! Would def recommend to anyone.

This place was the highlight of our family trip. Nathan (the Host) was great with communication because he was quick to respond and accommodated us with changes in the booking process. The Home was beautiful and clean and had plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a great time during our stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful property and the friendly owner, Nate! My family, a group of 12, enjoyed our 2-night stay comfortably! Very clean and spacious. Great location in Northern Liberties! We walked (5-15 mins) everywhere — to a concert venue, restaurants, brewery, coffee, etc! Street parking was easy for our group and we had 5 cars total (1 parked in the garage). My only constructive feedback is for more kitchen supplies and items, like more glassware for large groups and to provide dish towels, as we cooked one night in. Overall fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone + stay again!

It is much bigger than anticipated!! In the kitchen/dining area and living space. It was a great stay. Everyone that goes should be ready for a lot of stairs, though it wasnt an issue for our group. Highly recommend if you have a big group. The only down side was there wasnt a bathroom for the basement bedroom with three beds. But we made it work! Would definitely recommend.

This was a very nice place that had been newly renovated but it was a little noisy being close to the highway and next to a dog kennel on the other side. Short walk to Northern Liberies and Foshtown made up for it.

Superb house for a big group!

We were a group of eighteen adults, and three children, and we were looking for a house that can comfortably accommodate all of us. We anticipated that because of the pandemic, and the size of our group, we will be cooking our breakfasts, and ordering take out for most of our meals. This home was the perfect sanctuary for our big family. There were 4 rooms, and 3 bathrooms, despite being in the middle of the city, the house offered a garage – primeparking spot for one vehicle. And despite traveling in four different cars, our family did not have a hard time finding parking spots. In fact, we were able to park three other cars easily outside of the property. This home boasts of spacious bedrooms and comfortable queen beds, superbly clean and updated toilets, a functional kitchen, with an added bonus of having a washer and dryer in the unit, as well, as a rooftop with city views. If we desired to have an outdoor dinner set up in the property, we could have easily done it in the rooftop. As for our breakfasts, our family cherished our time spent in the fully equipped and modern kitchen, preparing quick meals, as we were all eager to explore the city. This home is also close to so many of the city’s attractions. It was so convenient to head out to the city, and come back after a day of exploring to a home that certainly offered many comforts. Restaurants, and bars were all within a five-minute drive, which was convenient in ordering take-out food. Overall, we rate this home five stars in terms of convenience, cleanliness, functionality, value for money, and most of all, for having a superb host. Nathan was just such a joy to deal with, and he was very accommodating. We could not have wished for a better host! If we would headback to Philly again, we will definitely stay here!

Overall the house was clean. Nathan was excellent in communication and accommodating our requests. A lot of traffic noise at night, located next to a major highway and RR. It would help to have a better description of levels and beds. Difficult for people who have limitations climbing stairsA lot of stairs.

This home was super spacious and beautiful . It was clean with modern and elegant decor . I love the location because it had access to many stores. , restaurants and bars within walking distances . My cousin suggested this place because she booked here in February . Recommend this place for large groups looking for a comfy and safe trip. Our host was also very helpful and responded to us quickly .
