Amazing host!
Breakfast in bed 🥰
We could leave our bags when going to Machupicchu
They arrange tours for you.
Nothing it was amazing 🤩

Heel vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaars.

Very responsive, kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended
Electric heaters can be purchased as it can get quite cold at night

The place is nice and clean, basic breakfast.
I booked a room with private bathroom, and the bathroom was outside of the room. I had to go outside (it gets freezing in Cusco at night) to get to the restroom. Also water temperature was crazy, one time was cold other boiling.

She, staff, is so friendly.
We could leave our luggage over there when we went to MP. Even the day we left, we had a night bus and it was possible to stay there the whole day with our luggage.
She helps with tours.
The beds are amazing comfortable. Good blankets!
The room/ building is cold.
Sometimes colder than outside. So you need to wear bit more clothes when you hang out in the room.
But the moment you lay in the bed, it’s perfect!
For breakfast, it would be little bit more comfortable to have it in the patio instead of in the room.

We had really nice stay. Great breakfast and the owners are really friendly 🥰 Our room was big and clean.
A bit cold in the room, but probably in every budget hotel in Cusco.
4.5
Really nice place 10 minutes walk from the center which makes it quite and central all together. The woman that runs the place is very welcoming, pleasant and helpful - from helping with attractions to keep our luggage while we travel. Breakfast is served to the room. We enjoyed our staying very much. Thank you for having us!!
The water pressure in the shower not very strong but is ok
4.5
The shower was freezing.

It is run by a family and they're super nice. Very clean and free water in the reception area. Breakfast was brought up to the room every morning.
The kitchen is the family's own kitchen so it's not really somewhere you can go in without asking for permission, although they let us cook there. There isn't a common area to meet others.

Perfect hosts

The host was super nice, helped me organize a day trip and kept my things in storage for free while I did the Salkantay trek. I returned for another night after that.
The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It's not luxurious, but it's cosy and nice. I was able to do laundry, and they organized my taxi from the airport (even though my flight time got changed and I arrived hours late).
It's a 20 min walk to the center, and there's a lovely market on the way, Mercado San Blas, where you can get fruit and cheap breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay here in a lovely part of town not too far away from the action but far enough that we were not hassled by people trying to get us in to restaurants/shops constantly. The host is an incredible lady with great English and she really does her utmost to help and make sure you're well looked after. We liked it so much we ended up extending our stay for a week.
Everything was great!

quiet location only 10 mins walk from the plaza and tons of restaurants and cafes
big rooms and very comfy
Jenny is a wonderful host, very helpful
this is great value for money

Pretty much everything! The hosts are just lovely and were very accommodating with our schedule around treks. The rooms are clean and good standard. The location is really nice and although a little out of the centre it is only a 10 minute walk. The hosts are available a lot of the time but if they’re away you can still talk to them on WhatsApp. Oh and the breakfast each morning is really tasty!
nothing

The hospitality of the hostess. Incredible. Everything was possible, we just had to ask.
Also, nice warm shower, clean bathroom. But most of all, the hostess was very kind.
Not really a problem at all, but maybe a bit strange to me is that the towels cost extra.
Bed was a little hard for my girlfriends taste.

Room, service, everything
Breakfast was good but they changed eggs, I didn't expect that!
4.5
The staff were very friendly and can help with your information, etc. They allowed us to leave our bags in the hostel while we went on Salkantay trek. Nice, tasty breakfast each morning.

Everything. The family.are wonderful going out of their way to help you. Our room was so cosy and comfy with everything we needed and a shower right outside our door. It was out of the hubbub of cusco but close enough to walk to San blas area. We got breakfast in the room every day with delicious fruit and bread. On days with an early trip we even got a breakfast bag! Definitely recommend.

The hostel is located 15 mins. walking distance from the center of Cusco. The room was OK.
The breakfast could have been better. There was no shampoo so I had to buy. Also they rent you the towels.

Yeni and her lovely family truly care about people and they do everything possible to help you out and make your stay comfortable
Due to problems with my missing luggage I had to change my bookings several times and Yeni took it always with a smile and arranged everything in my favor :)
They also have an oxygen bottle for emergencies if you get altitude sickness. Yeni is first aid trained for those situations
•location
It‘s a bit out of the center (10 min walk to plaza de armas) which I really liked because you automatically can explore the city and some hidden places during your daily walks
You also can enjoy a good view of the city from up there
Because of it’s location it’s very quiet most of the time, so can enjoy a good night sleep
All in all I absolutely recommend this hostel if you don’t mind being not in the middle of the action
Really nothing. I mean sometimes my shower had not enough water pressure, but that’s nothing which really bothered me.

Great and welcoming hosts that help you with everything you need. Big, beautiful rooms.

We are a couple in early 30s and stayed here for one night at the beginning of November.
We really liked the area: it is quiet and clean. The street is a culdesac, so no through traffic. Within a couple minutes walk are a nice supermarket, and a fruit market with a food court.
Our room was spacious. The shower was hot with good water pressure/volume. The breakfast was nice and beautifully served - we had a 7 am bus to Puno so it was exactly what we wanted: quick and not too much.
The hotel personell was friendly and nice, we especially liked the young man who served breakfast and helped us fit into our taxi with 4 backpacks.
4.5
The room was cozy and clean, also we had a seperate bath that was cleaned everyday. The hot water was running proberly. The personal was very friendly and helpfull and brought us breakfast to our room.

They were very welcoming to us & let us extend our stay twice! It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay and an easy walk into Cusco.
Showers weren’t the best, in our last room it was always cold
4.5
Perfect location , the beds were extremely confortable, warm shower , and our host was very kind and attentive.

Staff was very helpful with the activities we wanted to book and questions we had. Very nice little family holding the place and a great location for visiting the city and San Blas area.
The hot shower was not always reliable.
4.5
Our host was absolutely amazing! She was so kind to let us store our bags while we were doing our Salkantay trek and then again she took care of our bags while we went to the Amazon!
Rooms are very clean! WiFi works very well for those who are working and traveling! Breakfast includes fruits, jam, coffee, bread and egg.

Great owners and staff, good location close to the San Blas Market, cozy rooms and hot shower. Nice breakfast in the room. Thank you so much for such a great stay and all your help :-)
4.5
Very nice host. Always ready to help for everything.
The toilet had a foul smell. The host offered me to use another toilet though.
4.5
The hosts were simply amazing. Very friendly and always ready to help their customers. We booked all our tours with them which simplified everything a lot. Soul comforting breakfast which was always brought to the room with a smile regardless of the hour. Their kid was a cutie pie. We felt at home.
4.5
- very large rooms
- comfy bed
- the owners are so kind and helpful in booking trips/answering any questions we had
- great Wi-Fi
- we didn’t always have hot water in the morning but we did at night
4.5
walking distance to the main areas (although not super close)
it was cold, no heating and we did get woken up around 5am every morning by either the little boy or a man talking really loudly on his phone right in the central part of all the accommodation.
4.5
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 6.30am and were able to leave our bags in storage until our check in. The room and bathroom were both really clean. There was hot water from the shower. Breakfast was served in the room and included bread with butter and jam, eggs, x2 fruits, coffee or tea. The location was about a 10/15 minute walk from the centre but was a lot quieter. You could buy water from reception for a good price. You could also do laundry.
Although the shower was hot, the pressure was quite weak. It still did the job though!
4.5
We stayed again after our Inca trail trek and our bags had been kept in the luggage storage. We were in a different room and it was perfect. The shower was powerful and hot, there was even a small downstairs area with a sofa and kitchen unit. The hotel let us stay until 5pm on the check out day for only 30 soles extra.
Nothing :)

Excellent service, the staff was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean and neat
