The sheets had stains. The sink was dirty. There was too much noise in the premises. To top it all off someone opened our door while we were sleeping 😭😞

They took my money without me staying there!
It was late and nobody opened. The reply was that because it is late, they are closed. Why taking my money?

Nothing
Everything. There was no one to receive me. The place looked very suspect, and me traveling alone as a woman, I left immediately and I want a refund.

Actually, nothing.
This is a "rent a room" and not a guest house. Tv not working, no kettle, noisy guests, not enough parking, etc.

We ended up not staying the night, and had to look for other accommodation. Firstly the bell at the gate is not working, and the telephone number on bookings.com also not. Luckily someone else opened the gate and called someone to meet us. When we introduced ourselves he asked how many rooms we booked, then took us to the rooms which was not like on the website at all. Paid more for the "family" room, which we didn't get. The rooms where not clean, bedding in my room looked like the rabbits that we saw outside slept in the bed. With their footprints on the duvet cover. The rooms also did not smell fresh. What made us left though was the fact that the one room could not lock at all - and the other one took the "manager" a few minutes to sort the lock out. Just did not feel safe. Asked for a refund, but now not even Bookings.com can get hold of the guesthouse.

As you enter the room, it had a unwelcoming smell, like someone was smoking in the room.
The next morning at 7 or 8 the people next door were playing loud music and you could hear everything they were saying, they were loud.

Lack of parking space.
Had to go ask for toilet paper, twice
Outside rooms has paperthin walls that left me litterally traumatized and scarred for life.
Didnt have a key to my outside room which was left open after cleaning.
No cleaning on the sunday.
Struggled with wifi throughout.
Was one of the first guests to stay at this guesthouse and i saw that they were new to the industry, and wished them well. But 3 years later they are still getting the basics wrong.
I wish you well, hope you can improve....
