Lovely place, very clean, freshly painted. Great location for what we needed.
Stairs were a problem but only because my elderly mother was with me.

We loved that it was right across the street from an excellent pub, the bus stop was right around the corner so we could travel with no problems at all. The apartment was clean and comfortable
We really had no complaints about the apartment. It was excellent, so this comment is just because they asked for something we didnt like. This was a very minor inconvenience. It was our first time in this area and the fixtures for the shower were new to us. Maybe it sounds dumb, but a brief instruction on which knob does what and which direction it goes would be helpful, but it wasnt a major issue.... just got a blast of cold water.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment in a good location.
Key box entry problem promptly resolved by lovely hosts Paul and Jill.
Forewarned about the entry stairs as it is on the first floor.
Surrounded by a variety of transportation and eating places especially the pub (trifle cheesecake and coffee) opposite. We were surprised by the very minimal noise/odors considering the location

Nice, clean flat. Great location for visiting Liverpool Hope University. Nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay here again.

This is a clean, comfortable apartment in a pleasant area of Liverpool with easy links to the city centre. Both bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen area had everything you’d expect. Bathroom was lovely.
There is parking, but on at least one occasion vans from local shops blocked access. Plenty of safe road parking nearby.
We were two couples and there was plenty of room - it might feel a bit crowded with six (sofa bed in living area).
Damage deposit (£200) was returned within 24 hours of leaving.
The hot water in the shower could have been hotter (but I do like it very hot! Everyone else was fine with it.)

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Close to all amenities such as shops, pubs and take out places. You can easily get a Uber or take the bus into the city centre. Lovely and clean! Also 6-7 minutes drive away from Alder Hay

Ideal location, on the bus route from the airport. Plenty of options for food right outside the door. Comfortable beds and spacious apartment

The location & rooms were perfect for our purposes and depite being next to a buy road it was very quiet.
We had a serious isue on our second night when a guest in the OTHER property (Flat 1) at our location tied to enter our flat. Their key appear to work in our lock. They tried multiple times, waking us up and making my family especially children feel very unsafe. They claimed they had booked Flat 2 which was clearly wrong and would not accept that we had booked even when I showed them the emails from Booking.com. Even after they got into Flat 1 they continued to make a large amount of noise.
Without this we would have no complains about or stay. Obviously their behaviour is not the owner's fault but the locks need to be checked to confirm that the keys to the flats are different. Also the key codes for the key sfaes need to be changed to be different.
Also, parking & loading at the rear was more difficult than expected and some better advice would be appreciated. We left our car parked in a neighbouring street

Everything about the property was good or very good
Easy to get to shops for provisions too.
I think the apartment needed an extra sofa/armchair.
And the bed in the smaller room was a little too soft and felt like it had sunk in the middle.
Also the walls are a little thin between the 2 apartments as we were woken I by kids running up and down the steps talking/singing very loudly.

We liked: spacious rooms, a lot of light, a plethora of utilities in the kitchen, area and view is nice, it was warm inside, good style, clean and nice bed sheets. Great place to stay. Bus stops are very close, like 2-3 minutes walk from the place.
Although it was the cleaness place I've stayed, still the were some issues: sticky kitchen table, I washed it with fairy and it cleaned it all, so I quess it was some kind of oil, and the second thing is towels - 2 of them had brown marks, I guess it's from somebody's make up. Despite that the place is really clean.
Another thing that could cause trouble for someone - noise from the street, a lot of cars are driving through roundabout , so we would recommend to take earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Everything about it. It is spacious, a home away from home, very convenient with a couple of convenience stores across the road, there is a pub (although I didn’t visit) across the road and 3-4 takeaways literally within few steps distance. Although not near the city centre, but if you are driving, there is car parking space and it’s only 15-20 minutes drive to Liverpool city centre.

Location is on abusy island, all we heard all night were police sirens. Hard to get to sleep but it was fine.

Lovely and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and everything worked without issue. The shower was fab! Staff were responsive and very helpful. We didn’t make use of the takeaways nearby but there was a good variety available.
The only thing we were nervous about was walking alone along the alley to get to the apartment entrance. It did seem to be used by locals so I’m sure completely unnecessary nerves!
There is apartment parking at the door but often the alley was blocked at night at one end with a van so we chose to park at the Whetherspoons.

The host was very helpful, sge immediately returned my messages. she was very helpful about the entrance and exit and other things.The flat was very clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. Also, the view is wonderful.

I loved the location as it was very close to the venue we had attended and the people around the apartment were very nice.... all liverpudlians are nice, which is why I married one! The responce was for each query was very fast, so great communication and friendly. The apartment as a whole was clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay
The shower thermostat was problematic as had trouble turning it, so had to have very hot showers. The toilet was very small and only could either get back or front in at a time when I sat on it. As I travelled with four kids it would have been nice to have been able to park in designated parking for the flats, but unfortunately someone parked in the middle and did not allow for me to park. I did flag this and was advised to call 101, but really didn't feel it was my place to call the authorities on behalf of apartment
