Une belle découverte à proximité immédiate du vieux Lille!

Très bon emplacement, très bel appartement, bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Facilité d’accès et sécurisation des lieux.

La salle de bain dans la chambre, c’est ok. Mais les toilettes ouvertes dans la chambre…c’est un concept que je ne comprends pas…

Appartement confortable, très bien positionné. Quelques détails à corriger!

La situation géographique avec la proximité du centre historique et de tous les infrastructures touristiques. Le concept de l'appartement qui permet de bénéficier d'une certaine souplesse.

Le confort relatif de la literie. Les oreillers qui ne sont pas dignes d'une infrastructure pseudo hôtelière. Un problème d'eau chaude, le ballon est partagé avec l'appartement du dessus... Quand la voisine prend un bain... il ne reste plus grand chose...

Décevant et peu en rapport avec des photos plus que trompeuses!!!

La présentation de l'appartement (en fait une chambre) sur le site ne correspondait pas du tout à la réalité. Les photos, notamment, faisaient clairement apparaître un appartement plus spacieux, aux équipements convenables. Ca n'était pas du tout le cas et la déception a été grande lorsque, alors que j'ai payé plus de 100€ la nuit, j'ai pénétré dans une chambre exigüe où le lit est à 1m de la mini cuisine. Seule la salle de bains s'avérait spacieuse (presqu'autant que la chambre) et fonctionnelle. Au final et pour la 1ère fois depuis que je suis client de BOOKING, l'appartement réservé ne correspondait absolument pas à mes attentes. Très déçu!!!

Appartement grand, confortable et lumineux, situé dans une rue calme. Très bien aménagé avec un design moderne qui préserve le caractère de la maison. A proximité du centre ville (15 min à pied).

L'appartement donnant sur la rue, je suggère vu la hauteur des fenêtres de rajouter sur une hauteur supplémentaire (30 à 40 cm) un film plastique translucide pour cacher l'intérieur de l'appartement du regard des passants.

Great location, super-helpful and responsive host. Would definitely go back.

It wasn’t a problem for us but the (charming, period) staircase was steep and might be problematic for someone with large cases or mobility issues.

I didn't like the entrance to the room and how the key had to be in the lock before closing the door otherwise you couldn't use it. Stones coming away within shower

Room is okay, really nice bath which is rare.

starting from 7am constantly noises of neighbors right after door. Feels like they are literally inside. Couldn’t sleep anymore because of these noises.

it was the perfect location for our weekend in Lille.

the property had everything you needed, it was a 15 minute walk with children. The facilities were well equipped.

The area was very interesting and the place had a nice vibe.

The property had a strangely designed shower which made it impossible not to flood the bathroom when the shower was on. The shower head was also loose which made it awkward to use. It was also quite noisy when someone walked around upstairs. All in all a very nice place besides those issues.

-Apartment was spotless -Location slightly off the centre but plenty of restaurants close to it -Host is very fiendly and replies quickly

-A wardrobe with drawers is missing in the accomodation

Great communication. Excellent facilities. Well maintained and comfortable apartment with everything you need.

Parking can be a little expensive in the area, but if you are visiting by Eurostar then not a problem.

The location is perfect in Vieux Lille .

I stayed in ground floor and we could hear every single noise when people enter the building and they go thorough the stairs which is right above our room, very noisy so eventually wakes up everybody.

Lille is a fantastic city and the area we stayed in was great. Overall 10/10.

The location was fantastic, in the old part of Lille, great shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walk into the centre of Lille and car parking that was arranged was a good price, very secure and also easy to get in and out of the city to explore further. The facilities were excellent, and even though we only corresponded with the hosts by email, the information was clear and easy to follow.

There was nothing that could have been improved, everything including accommodation, cleanliness, value for money and ease of access was fantastic.

The location was great, easy access by foot to everything. The hosts were great and resolved the small issues we had quickly. They fulfilled our requests for adjoining rooms which meant our two small groups could mingle easily between rooms the whole time. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa beds. Kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. Plenty of space for the children to play.

More details of local takeaways would have been useful. A warning, rooms 3 and 4 are up a steep spiral staircase that may be difficult for some. Room 3 had the bathroom open to the bedroom with no door which was slightly impractical at night.

Good location, close to the nicer (less touristy) restaurants of the city, also easily accessible

Two main points for improvement: 1) parking your car is difficult. You could do it out on the street but expect 17 euro per day. Only after asking the owner provided access to a private car park for an additional 15 euro. Make sure you get access to this before your stay. 2) there was no door / wall between the bathroom (with the only toilet of the apartment) and the bedroom. I’m sure it looks great on pictures, but not very practical. This was apartment 3, not sure about the others.
