It’s in a great location, short walk to the main strip! And tucked away so it isn’t super busy. The bathrooms are brand new and a total plus! The showers were a tiny bit temperamental but still did the job :) the caravans were fantastic! Mattress on the bunk beds were a bit too thin and I ended up using the futon but it was still fine :)
The mattresses could be a little better and if this place had a pool I’d never ever leave! Otherwise a really great place to stay.

The location was great, near the beach and relatively quiet. Staff were friendly.
The photos of the caravan on the website are completely different to what we experienced. On the website it looked new, clean and shiny. The decking was old and mouldy, the outside table was dirty and had not been wiped down, the umbrella was also mouldy. Weeds & grass around the sides was a little unattractive. One window was broken, making it very cold at night. I would expect the management to keep the caravan and surrounding area up to date and clean for their guests.

The caravan itself was very cute and well presented.
Some of the crockery and cutlery were dirty. There was no hot water or plug for the sink The T V didn't work beyond turning on. There was no plug socket for the bedside light and although pans were provided there was nowhere to use them. At nearly $300 a night it was a real let down and expensive.

Great game room. Love the retro style of the caravan, very well designed and awesome atmosphere. Staff gave us peace but also very helpful and the bathroom was spectacularly clean
I can with two kids. The older was 13. He couldn't fit in the bunk bed, they're quite narrow. Lucky I was able to sleep there and I was comfortable but would be good to know, perhaps kids are meant to he younger for the booking, just in case we are 4 people so I could share the double bed with another adult.

The caravan was very clean.
I had booked a specific caravan but was given a different one without being told. The bathrooms were often messy and had no toilet paper.

Good option for a group travelling on a budget. Good location relatively close to the beach, restaurants and grocery shopping as well as bus stops. Cozy caravan with a nice and fairly well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Relatively clean caravan and facilities. Friendly staff. Good value for the money compared to price ranges in Australia.
The caravan has a shower without hot water, but no bathroom. Poor wifi connection. No place to really sit an eat indoor, meaning that you will be sitting on the bed or sofa with only a tiny table. Sleeping sofa was dirty.

The toilet doors kept us all night.
The fridge was making running all night
