Location is good, 20 min walk from ski lift but there is a shuttle bus they run. Great climbing wall on-site, nice swimming pool. Big rooms on two levels
Milk with coffee in room. Some hooks by the door to hang things (especially required when skiing).

nice place, beatifull architecture, great staff, climbing wall in reception is a good idea
we had big problem with the payment! we paid twice the amount, first after recieved mail from booking.com. and second in hotel who said not having payment. The customer service of booking is a real disaster, very hard to communicate with them. after two weeks still not solved! bitter end of very nice holiday

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were incredible - hope they get a nice end of season bonus ;) everyone was so happy to help, and the manager greeted everyone every morning - visitors and staff alike, which I really appreciated.
Can’t fault the place at all really, I just hope prices stay reasonable as I would love to visit again.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms and beautiful overall facility. Top notch service as expected from a 5 star facility and more…thank you Camp Zero for a brilliant stay. We hope to come back soon.

Sportscoriented hotel with every possible luxury.
Very pricey food and activities, so be prepared for sn expensive stay. But in most cases it is well worth the price difference to those of champoluc.

CampZero was absolutely fantastic. The amenities were great, especially the pool, climbing wall and wellness centre, and the food was delicious. However, the best thing about the hotel was the service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It was 5-star luxury without any of the pretentiousness.

breakfast was badly run, orders took a long time and were often wrong and the senior member of staff was very rude. This was the worst part of the hotel service

Great architecture, staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are very nice, breakfast was excellent and we especially appreciated the fact that they drove us anywhere free of charge.
Traveling with 2 children, we sometime felt as if we were a nuisance to the staff not adhering to the many rules especially at the pool. E.g., children are blocked for the last two hours of the day (6pm-8pm) but even during the day we were ask to keep to one line of the pool because two other people wanted to swim and needed the other two lines (it’s a giant pool and we are civilized people who make sure their children respect others). Food at the restaurant is a little overpriced but also very good.
