Ok for a 1-Night-Stopover

It was clean, also the shared bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Room had a balcony. Quiet neighborhood.

Very thin walls. When the neighbor watched television or had a phone call, it was clearly present. If someone used the hairdryer also. No lift; means that you had to climb three stories. Shared bathroom (but this was known before). Overpriced.

PRO O CONTRO?

Pulito, silenzio, comodo, anche se il bagno è in comune, lo staff mette a disposizione disinfettanti per l'igiene delle superfici. Sicuramente tornerò.

Purtroppo lo stabile non è munito di ascensore e la struttura si trova al terzo piano, un modo per allenarsi 🙂 Non sono riuscita a connettermi con il wi-fi.

Great accommodation at a great price

Tea-making facilities in the room. Great location for Via Francigena. Very friendly host.

The room was very hot during the night and could do with fan.

Exceptional

It is simple, in line with the price. So don't expect luxury. Expect functionality, friendly people, a clean place, good vibes. I really enjoyed my stay. They allowed me to check in earlier as there were no other guests checking out. Good communication. Really recommended.

I love it that it was very clean and I had all I needed! They were very aware of how to make someone feel good and there property.

Really good for the price

Good location, very clean, confortable bed and a very nice host! Good price quality relation in a good location.

Cheap, practical location, helpful host, but no air conditioning makes it very uncomfortable.

Helpful host, good location, good-sized rooms. One room also had a well-equipped kitchen.

There is no air conditioning - only standing fans. It gets very, very hot and very difficult to get any decent sleep. We had only booked one night, but we left at approx. 5am and continued our road trip earlier than planned because we couldn't sleep. Also, three separate rooms share one bathroom - though we were lucky enough to have 2 of those rooms and the 3rd room was unoccupied. No elevator to reach 3rd floor rooms - but host was prepared to help with carrying luggage.

Very clean and tidy. Very basic but had everything I needed for my 2 night stay there. Very friendly lady

No kitchen facilities in my room. A kettle may have been nice but located within walking distance from shops and cafés

Very good

It was a very good apartamnt for the money. It has everything you need. The location is in a nice neighborhood and just a short walk away from the city center. Host is very responsive and corract.

The only thing that is not so good is that you hear a lot from one room to another otherwise its very good.

During all the night long the neighbor was loud and he was drying his tshirt with the hair dry mzchine just in front of my door from 6 am until 7 am.

The host was exceptionally nice and the place just 10 minutes walking from downtown!
