I loved the area of Orgiva. So many beautiful views. The apartment is exactly how it shows in the pictures. Very nice and clean. The owner is very kind with guests. I arrived to Orgiva in the middle of the night, with my husband and my children. Was Saturday night. And the owner buyed food and milk for us to have something for breakfast. Thank you Peter Richardson for everything.

The property is very well placed in the middle of Orgiva, so it is easy to access all the facilities in the town and to use local buses to visit the white villages.
The property has been renovated to a high standard and is very spacious, with a roof terrace with great views over the town.

The property was just as described - clean & tidy with everything we needed for our short stay. Peter met us & showed us round the townhouse & had helpfully left some local information for guests. We really enjoyed visiting Orgiva & surrounding area as hadn't been before. The shopping trolley & large umbrella came in handy & we also used the washing machine & got washing dried on clothes airer on wonderful roof terrace. Constant supply of hot water & good shower too. No complaints at all & wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We like to travel without hiring a car as far as possible. Orgiva offers excellent bus connections, easy access to hiking trails, a colorful weekly market, several small supermarkets, and plenty of eating out options. Peter's house is convenient to all of that. Three floors, three balconies, and even a separate laundry room. Besides its airy spaciousness, several small touches made this the best of three places we stayed: sufficient kitchen utensils so that we actually could self-cater (not always the case in rentals), a laundry basket, clothes pegs, and a refreshing lack of printed rules, so we felt trusted. Peter met us at the bus stop and helped carry bags. He also came immediately when we had a minor problem with a chirping smoke detector. We love Orgiva, and this house definitely made our return trip there especially enjoyable.

We met the owner Peter who was friendly and took the time to show us around the property. It is based over 3 floors with the main living kitchen on the second floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. There is a nice organic bakery within 100m and a piizzeria close by. The main square of Orgiva is an easy 5 minute walk from the house. There is a roof terrace offering views of Orgiva which we didn't really use, given that it was February.......
Based on our experience I would recommend this property to those who wish to be close to the centre of Orgiva.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely house for 4 weeks in November 2016, the open plan living room/kitchen/diner is on the first floor (overlooking the street and local school) its clean and comfortable, had everything we required, the views on the roof terrace are wonderful, Peter was at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Within easy walking distant to the town center, there is an excellent bakery just down the street. The town has a good selection of bars and places to eat in particular we enjoyed sitting in the town square having coffee, wine and tapas at Mario's. Molino's tucked away near the traffic lights has a great secluded courtyard, friendly staff and lovely food. For a treat try meals at The Taray Hotel. Hope to stay there again soon.
