We had a fantastic stay and the accommodation was even better than we expected from the listing. Just awesome so be able to have a sea view sitting in the lounge and inspired to walk along the promenade each day. Matt was a great host and super helpful.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a very quiet area. A path along the seafront leads to The Bluebird Cafe, good for takeaways or for a meal looking out to sea. The beach is mainly shingle with sand at low tide.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, we don‘t miss anything. Special thanks to Matt for his great tips and the easy way to connect. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in this amazing house with direct sea view for almost one weak. From there we started our south England discovery tour with famous places like Stonehenge, Salisbury and Brighton. As well we went one day to London by train, starting from Worthing, which is only 15 minutes from the location.
If we mattered with something, Matt was always ready to support us. During bad weather conditions, the house has enough space to stay for some hours with the kids.
We already discussed to come back to this beautiful place.

We have stayed in many properties in and around Worthing in the last year in order to spend time with our family who live in Worthing and without doubt this is definitely the best by a long way. The location is wonderful with views of the sea. The apartment was spotless and every detail taken into account including dressing gowns. On-site parking which is a massive bonus for this area. Matt the owner was on hand at all times. Excellent customer service. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic 6 nights here, the location is amazing facing the sea, and for us was walking distance to family. The owner was very accommodating and arranged non feather bedding and was super responsive throughout. I will definitely come again - better than similar places in the area.

I booked this apartment mainly for a work retreat and it was perfect. It’s stylish and comfortable with lovely views. It was also a great place for relaxation - walking beside the sea (the path is just outside the garden gate) and exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. There’s a lovely beachside cafe within 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and another within 20 minutes walk.

The appartment is perfectly situated near the beach with no roads to cross. Our children were able to play in the garden also which was an added bonus.
The walk along the beach is very nice as well as the local FishΧps.
The appartment is newly renovated, very clean, very well decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. We really appreciated the large living spaces, the appartment receives lots of light and there are the views from the living spaces. The area is really quiet and peaceful.
We liked the welcoming pack as well which is a lovely touch and very useful.
From Matt we received extensive information about where to eat, what to do, and Matt answered our queries readily.
We highly recommend and woud be happy to go back ourselves, especially as a family with young children.

Excellent property
This home is exactly as pictured online. The view of the sea is beautiful from the kitchen and lounge windows. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we felt at home instantly. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to deal with. We weren’t able to figure out how to use the tv in the lounge, but we didn’t travel here to watch tv, anyway! Thanks for a really nice place to stay.

An excellent apartment by the sea.
We had a great time here and will surely come again.
This ground-floor apartment is light, spacious and well-appointed and (as has already been mentioned) “with all mod cons”.
The beach is just a few yards away and there’s a beach-front café a short walk along the coastal path. Excellent.!!

Superb beachside apartment
We had a fabulous week in this well equipped, spotless apartment. We liked being so close to the sea, beachside walks and local seafront cafes. It was our second visit and we hope to be back.

Fantastic apartment, stunning views, great holiday
The apartment fully lived up to the very high expectations we were given in the online information. The views of the sea from the apartment are accurately described as 'stunning'. Matt was a terrific host who responded rapidly to any queries we had. We'd love to come back again! We can highly recommend an early evening walk by the sea with fish and chips at the Bluebird Cafe.

Just a few steps from the beach, this apartment is in the most amazing location. It is light, spacious, and well furnished.
Cafes, restaurants and interesting places to visit are not far away. It has all the ingredients needed to make a great holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this bright and spacious flat, which was generously equipped with toiletries and the basics, and very comfortably furnished and clean throughout. Nicely located in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood, and with the bonus of sea views and pleasant coastal walks from the front door - we couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

Beautiful Apartment with Incredible Views
Welcoming, homely, clean and the most comfortable beds. Faultless and just the perfect location. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the front door. Blissful mornings, waking up to sea views. The only disappointment was that we had to leave after a fabulous 5 days! We will return 100%

It resembles a too notch hotel suite and has been kitted out as such.
The area is massively dog friendly, there are nice eateries and great food delivery options.

Superb apartment overlooking the beach
We enjoyed a lovely sunny week here in this 1st class apartment. The location is brilliant with beautiful coastal walks on the doorstep. Everything In the flat was spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend it more highly....we will be back!

A beautiful property in a fabulous location
We had a brilliant week in Sundowner! The house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with really comfy beds. The weather was patchy but being right on the beach it didn't matter, we just popped out when it stopped raining and watched the stormy sea from the cosy living room. We enjoyed windy seaside walks, a day out in Brighton, a walk to Rustington and seeing family locally. A great house to stay in and we will be back!

Bright beachfront bliss
What an exceptional place! Matt’s immaculate apartment is filled with light and unbeatably located right on the beach. We enjoyed a blissful week relaxing in this clean and comfortable place, watching the passers by and soaking up the sun on the front lawn. Daily swims in the sea, long coastal walks with plenty of fresh air and open skies. Short walks to beachside cafes – fish and chips watching the tide come in.
The flat has everything you need to make you feel at home, while being spotlessly clean and having all the little luxuries to add a special touch of indulgence – white bathrobes, TVs in every room, a bottle of wine in the fridge.
Communication was friendly and efficient; all in all an unforgettable holiday and highly recommended!

Wet wet wet windy windy windy!!
Despite the atrocious weather conditions all week we managed to have a great time. The location was just what we wanted but the weather wasn’t!! It was supposed to be a fishing holiday by the sea! The boys did get some fishing done but was very limited because of the very strong winds. Recommended for outdoor people.

A stunning beachfront apartment. Equipped with everything you need and more. Wonderful local walks, shops,cafes, restaurants and fish and chips! Within easy reach of Worthing, Goring, Amering and Rustington. Quiet and relaxing, beautifully maintained gardens quite a magical place.

Beautiful home in an excellent location!
The property was fantastic - modern, spacious, uncluttered but homely, and recently refurbished by the looks of it. There was plenty of storage, nice big bed, modern appliances, great shower, fairly good internet connection. The host was easy to communicate with and we had all the information we needed. The location was absolutely stunning - on a quiet street, right next to the beach, lovely cafe just a short walk along the seafront. Couldn’t fault it really, and would definitely stay again!

Perfect holiday in Ferring
Stunning beach front stay! This is an outstanding place for a holiday the view is superb and the facilities are excellent. Everything is in place for a perfect break, which we had. We will definitely return to Ferring and this lovely beach front rental.

Lovely, well located apartment. Easy beach access and safe for young children
This is a nicely refurbished apartment with easy access to the shingle beach and a large garden, safe for children to play on. The village of Ferring is nearby and provides shopping facilities.
Would recommend Sea Lane cafe, nice lunches and a beach front location.

Wonderful apartment in a prime location
The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and is equipped with modern tech and all the creature comforts you would expect. Although the apartment was self-catering the basics were included such as tea, coffee, biscuits, washing powder etc. Everything to allow you to catch you breath when you first arrive.
The location of the apartment is wonderful, it is located in a residential area with no passing traffic, the only sounds in the morning is the crashing waves (at high tide) and the bird song. The apartment opens out onto a beautifully manicured lawn which is wonderful for relaxing or for children who like to run around.
The village of Ferring is within walking distance and so once you have done a weekly shop, all the basics can be bought from the local shops which you can access on foot. There is a beachside cafe, a pub and local shop, all within walking distance.
The high water mark of the beach is shingle however at low tide sandy parts of the beach is exposed. The number of people on the beach is very limited and during the week it really does feel like your private beach.
