Air con was new and quiet. Check in was smooth and easy. Rooms are large!

Needs a few finishing touches such as shower curtain, pipes sticking out need boxing in, etc. When the pool is finushed it will be a wonderful site!! (Though pool was not advertised because its unfinished).

Very good but would of been nice if we had of been told about swimming pool situation before checkin.

Good location for all the northern beaches which are lovely (short drive). Good taverna’s a short drive away. Hot tub was nice Rooms very comfortable and nice apartment with beautiful views of sunrise and garden. Lovely Lemon trees baring free fruit!

Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of use due to builders not finishing properly apparently.

Good

The apartment was clean and with a nice small terrace. It is very close to Petani beach.

The garden has a big potential but it looked a little bit neglected. There were here and there building materials. Our kids were initially very happy to play in the small tree house but found some trash inside.

it has a very large bath, room looks good. Also is a cool place, the air coditionel is not needed. near to Petani beach

Pet-friendly policy, the view over the valley, the size of the apartment, the terrace, a lot of hangers in the closet. AC in all the rooms. Bathrooms were nice and spacious.

We had three requests and only one was resolved: to have some sharp knives in the kitchen because they were totally missing. The second one, to bring us a drying rack. Most of the apartments had one, and we also needed to dry our towels and clothes. Well... we had to hang them on the furniture inside and outside. The third one, the door knob was broken at 2 of the doors and sometimes working at the third door. Impossible to have privacy in a two bedrooms apartment :) In a week, the apartment wasn't cleaned not even once. The furniture in the bedrooms is so old and kills a lot of space, it's way too big, unnecessarily big, bad-smelling and ugly. You should really take that out, just add a small wardrobe and a desk/table and let the people enjoy the real size of the room without having to squeeze between the bed and the furniture. The kitchen was not well equipped at all.

We would love to come back.

The garden was beautiful and the area around the hotel owas very quiet. We enjoyed the wonderful view from our apartment. The equipment was simple but sufficient and great for the price.

Maybe a shower curtain would be nice for the bathroom or a glas protecting the floor to get wet.

The bed in the living room has been way to small for an adult of 1.91m of length so we had to put some chairs in order to create some more space and sustain one of my friend foots :))

A comfy and happy stay

I left my washing there and they returned it!! I had a lovely comfortable warm evening outside working into the dusk on my laptop. In the morning it was beautiful over the valley. Great friendly staff.

Near are very nice beaches petani and agia eleni. Big room with well equipped kitchen Helpful English speaking person of contact

Small shower cabin Short beds for a person >185 cm It can be noisy as is it next to the road and a crossroad There was a problem with running water for 3 days in a row- they said it was a regional problem but it was very uncomfortable

A very comfortable and relaxing stay!

Beautiful view. Comfortable accommodation a short drive away from lovely beaches. Helpful staff available via Whatsapp. Mosquito screens on windows and door were great.

The kitchen equipment was pretty basic. No tea towel or chopping knife, but supplied when we asked for them.

Enjoyable stay, great view, can't beat the cost, but not a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Can't beat the balcony & view: truly breathtaking. Overall proximity to activities we had planned was very convenient. Overall felt safe & secure, private, and comfortable. Very cute rooms, working AC, resort feel - high ceilings a plus. Safe & fridge also essential. Beds were arranged as requested, balcony furniture was comfy.

The hot tub did not work, unfortunately. Major bummer, one of the reasons we'd booked. Room number/location was never specified so we were left waiting to enter after a long travel day (not greeted upon arrival, and nobody was answering the phone). There was sand/grit on the floors, which isn't the worst in a beach culture/island town. Otherwise very clean, seemed covid-safe, staff were friendly. however the room was very bare-bones: we ended up having to buy glasses and a corkscrew to enjoy a bottle of local wine, as well as extra toilet paper, paper towel, soaps & shampoos. No additional towels or clothes hangers. No shower curtain or door, so took some getting used to. Couch in common space does not convert to bed. Checkout felt rushed.

Very spacious room with big comfortable beds, all necessary equipment, air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony to the mountains. Amazing Agia Eleni beach nearby.

Beautiful location to stay with family/kids and explore island, however you definitely need a car.

Location - it's close to Petani beach and few other blue flag beaches. 15 m from Lixouri where you can dine and walk, do shopping. One of the best Greek restaurant Ladokolla is located 2 km away. Barbeque, nice territory ad surroundings. Free lemons on the ground.

Cleaning once per week. It is too little, once per 4 days would be perfect. Maybe better support from host with activities, but we told that we're not first time on Cephalonia and don't need much guidance

Beautiful View in Nature

It was very nice to stay. The apartment had everything you need. In the evening it is beautiful on the balcony. The owner is very nice and cares directly. Thanks for the nice time. If I should come back soon, please keep an apartment free for me;) Thank you very much!!!

The apartment has a great view and the inside spaces are fit for a family with 3 kids. The bathroom is big and the kitchen has almost everything you need.

The surroundings were not what we expected, there were renovations taking place right next to us. The jaccuzzi was not working due to Covid

Ok to stay in if just using as a base .. not a place to spend any time and beware of building work

Great view from the balcony , close to Petani beach ... rooms were spacious, air con was efficient

We were not told there was a substantial construction site next door with people working 9-8 .. the garden/ hot tub etc all closed up as a result .. there 2 days and never saw or heard from the host unless we wrote to them. Pillows / bed very uncomfortable..

Very good

Amazing view from the balcony, very big apartment, kitchen full furnished. The position is also perfect for visiting this area of the island. In 3 mins there is one of the best taverna of the island.

WiFi was not working properly. Very slow. Check-in without enough information. They have a jacuzzi (that's great) but I'd like to know how is work without ask and waiting for that. Anyway I'll come back for sure.
