Super miejsce dla rodzin i grup

Lokalizacja dla mnie świetna.super plaża z restauracją i leżakami niedaleko sklep i dwie restauracje.Do Ayia napa 5 minut samochodem.Cisza spokój basenik.Przemily właściciel zawsze pomocny i bezproblemowy.

Had higher expectations but had a pleasant stay

Helpful owner, nice swimming pool.3 bathrooms so very convenient for a large group of people

Old furniture (some broken), full of cockroaches and ants.Property needs to better cleaned.For a 9.5 property it should definitely not be like this

Great villa with an even better owner 👍

Fantastic villa with everything a family could need to enjoy their holiday. The pool was never cold like some villas and gets the sun most of the day. Rooms are kitted out with extra bedding if required. Air con was a much needed bonus for the nights. Quieter location than the hustle of Ayia Napa but situated close enough to the bus stop to get in and out easily, also taxis are only ever a minute from passing by. The owner of the villa is a lovely chap, very hospitable and generous. He could not have made us more welcome and is on hand if any problems arise. Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. 10/10

Perfect stay in a great location!

The location was great and the house was clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. He cleaned the pool in the mornings and we really enjoyed our stay!

Would have preferred more than one pillow per person but this is just a preference and might not apply to other guests.

Exceptional

The villa was well equipped with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean and we could swim everyday. It is on a walking distance from the nearest beach and if you wish to go to the Nissi Beach it is about 3kms away. The host Nicolas is very attentive, hospitable and kind man. We enjoyed and loved every single moment spent in this house. I highly recommend this villa if you want to stay in a calm place!

Exceptional

Very good owner Nicolas. Very kind person. Villa is big enough for the family. Location is quiet, but it is not in the city center, so you need to take a bus or rent a car. Near the beach. We were in November, so season was closed, but the sea and the sun was perfect. For sure will come back.

Quite far from strip but we didnt mind as we got quadbikes for whole journey Only 1 shower

Exceptional

Close to the beautiful Ayia Teckla beach. Close to other objects like Cape Greco, Nissi Beach or Ayia Napa. The owner is very friendly and gave us all the info we needed.

Lovely stay! Nice villa. Great pool. Nice little restaurant next to the supermarket 5 mins walk away

Nice pool. Good size. Plenty of loungers. Loved the Lime tree in the garden!! Perfect for G & T’s! Owner was very friendly, Knowledgeable and even bought us fresh figs for my daughter a few times. 😀

The building site so close by :( Was a bit of a shock, a huge hotel is being built. wasnt too noisy but really off putting on first view. We soon got use to it though. This Villa is so hard to find!! No proper road name to tell taxis or delivery drivers. We basically had to explain we were near the new hotel being built! It became a bit of a joke!
