Beachfront location. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Nice room Great view Excellent location for a drive holiday
Meals menu was disappointing in that the range was small. There was no buffet breakfast as we had expected. The breakfast included was one selection from the small set menu.

Clean and tidy modern unit
Room 301 - a toilet-like smell all the time. Wasn't too pleasant to smell all the time. Had to use the ceiling fan to break up the smell.

I would not have changed anything and I have travelled a lot for work. Highly recommend.

The location was good
The bottle I ran over in the car park. The building didn’t have stairs and the wait for the lifts was painful. The aircon didn’t work and when we were given another room the aircon kept creeping up in temperature. The food and drinks were way over priced. Overall the mood was brought down after the first hour there. For $300 a night, I would expect a great stay and feel comfortable.

This hotel deserves 5 stars on one count alone - it's totally smoke free including the balconies. Great sea view, nice room, well equipped with bonus kitchenette which makes things so much easier. Perfect location with restaurants and shops an easy walk.
Bar/restaurant is directly below the sea facing rooms so it can get a bit noisy as the bar is popular, rightly so (it is a separate business to the hotel). However, it wasn't a problem for us as it was only people having a good time. Rooms at the side have partial sea views so these would be ok. Only 1 lift made for congestion particularly when the staff are moving trolleys about - but they always let guest have first go. Car park is a bit tight but street parking appeared plentiful and safe.

I loved the location and the decor very clean and fresh. The bad thing for me was all the noise, Could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and hallway. Dont know if the hotel has noise insulation but didnt seem to.
