Overall, good experience and functional apartment but could've gone the extra mile

منظر البحر كان مباشر للبلكونة وجميل جدا ، والتكييفات قوية، والنت جميل، والنظافة

ادوات المطبخ رديئة، الغسالة عطلانه ولم يتم اخطارنا قبلها عشان نعمل حسابنا، التاخر عن معاد التسلميم المذكور بالموقع وتم الاتفاق على الساعه الواحده لكن لم تكن الشقة جاهزة حينها، وايضا في معاد التسليم لم يأتي احد للاستلام بالوقت المحدد

I like only the view

The apartment was old and the elevator was terrible and not safety, and the electric was off for tow hours a day, it means u have to wait downstairs until the electric back to use the elevator, or to use the stairs which is also bad cuz if day light it's very dark also,I don't recommend it at all

No honesty in what have been said and it is expensive for low cost place

- Location is close to the beach and utilities - Reimbursement for tax amount as per no receipt provided ( thanks to Ahmed)

- No Air conditioning in the living room - Balcony is not safe for kids - one toilet paper per night ( for 4 persons) - Only Egyptian channels ( not convenient for unegyptian tourists) - No dish or clothes washing machines as mentioned in the announce

I am not sure if this apartment should be within Booking.com umbrella. Should be reevaluated, surely not a ' very good ' marking !!!?

A comfortable 13th floor home from home with an excellent sea view - strongly recommended.

This apartment is on the 13th floor of a tall narrow block iIn a side street just off the main corniche coastal road. It has excellent views over the sea and harbour, but is above the traffic noise so it’s quiet. Internally there’s a spacious open plan living area with two comfy sofas, a dinning table and kitchen, and there’s a good size bathroom and two separate bedrooms each with twin beds. The place is in good condition and quite well equipped. (though there’s no washing machine). There’s a large rather rough and ready parking lot across the road.

No towels provided initially - very inconvenient for international travellers, though this was quickly put right. There was also some confusion about the cost of parking, which we initially thought was free but ended up costing LE50 per day. But these are really very minor quibbles.

equal 4 stars hotel, good for short stays i recommend it

very very helpful owner ,clean , good appliances and facilities (fridge, cloth iron, air conditioner, microwave, oven, tv , wifi , heater, boiler ) , safety , typical as pics

elevator somehow small and not fast ,but no problem with us however not appropriate for handicapped. rooms and bathroom not ventilated but air conditioning is good option.

the place is clean and neat with an absolutely stunning view

It was such a great experience. the place is clean and neat with an absolutely stunning view that captures the true feeling of Alexandria just like the pictures, 13 floors in front of the sea. The supermarkets, restaurants and banks are nearby. The area is safe, calm and relaxing. The building tower with 2 elevators, there is no possibility that an elevator will not be available. The apartment also had a good Wifi & parking slots. All the family had a good time. The owner is such a professional and helpful guy, Thanks Mohammed for the great time and hospitality :) I highly recommend this place!

Handy and tidy

Location, view, good reception, instant response for requests, availability of parking lot at this area

The elevator and stairs were so narrow thus safety concerns are available in case of emergency, (electricity cut off, fire, extra)
