About this apartment rental

Hello,

This is a two bedroom suite on the top floor of a two story house with private entrance. It's set in a lovely treed (third of an acre lot) with beautiful tall Douglas fir trees surrounding our quiet, clean and comfortable home.
We are in the west shore, just 20 minutes out of Victoria, convenient to stores, restaurants, big box stores and every convenience one would need.
We are a five minute walk to two lovely lakes, bus stops to town or up Island and the Galloping Goose trail for walking or bike riding to town and many places in the area.
There is an awesome bowling alley minutes away and bike rentals.
There is the best YM/YWCA five minutes from here with a beautiful weight room with the latest equipment and three pools, as well as hot tub, sauna & steam room.
The house is fully furnished with a large sun room and a second living room. A lovely kitchen with new appliances and everything one might need for cooking and storing food.
We have wireless internet and TV along with an Apple computer.
Come and enjoy a relaxing stay and I will do everything it takes to help make your visit a happy time.

This not so little spot was perfect in every way! We walked in and it felt like home! Everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, Paul the owner introduced himself, very nice guy! The shower had so many knobs, looked kinda complicated, but it wasn’t!! We loved this place👍it was close to the mall and I better quit gushing about it or the rent might go up 😂 thanks for a great stay Paul 👏👏

Paul is a very friendly and great host. (Ask about his music studio in the back of the house). It is always great to have a full kitchen when traveling and we used it to full advantage. The property is located in Langford about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. The property is conveniently located with everything you need nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the city,

Very spacious and comfortable. Pretty much every thing you'd want for a long or short stay. It's on a quiet street but near many stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Was a little hesitant when first drove up, the stairs and balcony need a little work. However, the interior of the apartment is great and the hospitality of the host was great. Really enjoyed coming back to the apartment at the end of the day to relax. It would be good to have an instruction sheet for the running of the place. Ie what to do with garbage, wifi info, how to operate the magnificent shower, lights for the stairs as it was hard to see when getting back after dark. However, these are minor things, our stay was great!

This place will be our go to place whenever we are visiting Victoria from here on out! The inside is so relaxing and has everything you need. The beds are wonderful! The two living rooms are perfect for space when needed for quiet time. Paul is an amazing host!! So friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home like setting! Spacious one level suite with all the comforts of home. Kitchen well equipped with numerous restaurants very close by for those not wanting to cook. Despite being in the "big city" you will get a restful sleep as the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Paul was attentive and the suite was very clean and in a great location for shopping and restaurants. 30 minutes to downtown and convenient for those mid island visits. Traffic is heavy in the am going into Victoria so avoid traveling early or late in the day. Great stay

Cute, well set up upstairs suite. Property owner was excellent at responding and communicating and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Suite is located in a quieter neighborhood that is also very close to everything you might need. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. WiFi and TV setup worked great. Very comfortable, relaxing stay.

Well-appointed, very clean, and super comfortable home with lots of room to spread out. Having the two sitting room areas greatly helps to give everyone some space where required. Excellent kitchen set up with really nice appliances and everything you'll need to prepare all of your meals. The shower is amazing! The house is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood conveniently located within walking distancing of a variety of grocery stores and places to eat and shop. It's a very short drive for anything else you might want. Paul is a wonderful host — genial, helpful, and hospitable. He will make sure you have everything you need. Welcomed us with a bowl of fresh-cut watermelon! Overall, this was an excellent experience! Fantastic home and host! Highly recommend!

The Suite Spot is clean and quiet yet ideally situated in Westshore. Great restaurants 5 minutes away but the kitchen in the suite is well prepared. I highly recommend this suite if your travels take you to the area.

Paul, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, accommodations were comfortable and had everything one might need. Great WiFi, kitchen has anything you could need, bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great getaway

When you first pull into to the property, you are skeptical. It looks old and appears to be on a busy street. But then you enter, and everything is fine. The street noise is minimal, and the place is immaculate. There is a spa shower and comfortable beds. There is fresh seafood at the three walkable grocery stores, and a grill on the deck. You are at the end of a ten-day BC tour, and you just want a place where your family can spread out and each member can have some private space for a while. You have found that spot. Did I mention that Paul, the owner, has put a carton of milk in the fridge for your morning cereal, and coffee in the cabinet for your fix? Did I mention the vibrating reclining chairs? Or the amazing liquor store a block away? Or the butcher at the end of the street? You can spend your time and money in downtown Victoria, or you can have a peaceful vacation right here, never using your vehicle once.
