We recently rented this property for two families, expecting a relaxing getaway. One of the bedrooms where we stayed had no working fans, lights, or power outlets. When we contacted the owner for help, we were shocked by his narcissistic and rude response, given how he was talking to one of the female members in our family who was on the phone with him. The owner’s response to our concerns was shockingly rude and dismissive, claiming he “wasn’t God” to fix things in a timely manner, and showing scant willingness to help. It took constant urging to get someone sent out, making the experience unnecessarily stressful. While the property is average like most rentals, don't expect assistance unless you're prepared to beg or argue for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful customer service.

Overall we had a pleasant time staying at this location. The host was friendly in exchanges and was very responsive. The location worked for our itinerary and the home was large enough to accommodate everyone. The only complaint was that some rooms smelled strongly of dog, the comforters could have benefitted from a wash.
I would still recommend others to stay at this location.
Thx. H.S.A

This property was perfect for our family getaway! Nestled on 100 acres, it offered a serene and quiet escape, complete with ample outdoor seating to enjoy nature with a cup of coffee. The fire pit was a fantastic spot for evening gatherings. Inside, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with enough bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our group of 4 kids and 5 adults. The owner was very responsive with any questions and there was a caretaker for the farm that came a few days and was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up well.
While the Internet was a bit slow and there’s a 10GB daily download limit before extra charges apply, this wasn’t a problem for us since we used our phone hotspots. Just something to keep in mind if you’re planning to work remotely during your stay.
We took day trips to Niagara Falls and Toronto, which were a blast. The Toronto airport is conveniently close, making it easy for friends to fly in and join us. If you venture into Toronto, I highly recommend visiting the Toronto Islands on Lake Ontario. On a rainy day we went to a place called the slim lab and it was a great way for the kids to have fun on a rainy day. We also went to a nearby farm and did raspberry picking which was a big hit with the kids. We had a ton of fun and created wonderful memories on this trip! Would highly recommend and would book again!

Nice location near Georgetown. Very quiet and serene location with plenty of space for the whole family. Home is on a large farm and pet friendly. Our small dogs loved running around. Toronto is an hour away and Niagara Falls about an hour 30. Highly recommend as it’s a central location! Also if you’re a Schitts Creek fan, the Rosebud motel is 50 minutes from here!

Well stocked kitchen. Good bathrooms with jetted tubs. Paddle boat in pond and on property walking paths were great. Good sleeping conditions for eight people. Any others sleep on fold down couches. Very clean. It worked well for our sized group.

The outside and exterrior buidling of this property was beauitful and breathtaking. Only thing is the shower in master room squeeled when i turned on hot shower and the door had a random hole in it lol. Didnt rlly bother me though. This place isnt meant for indoor staying though, its not furnished to be an indoor stay. This place i think is better for
People wanting to be outdoors like
Me and my
Friend and to just sleep eat and shower in . So dont expect to much when you go in. If ur coming out here u have to make sureyou are an outdoorsi type of person. Cuz leme tell u the outside part was AMAZINGG

Pros:
Spacious house. Lots of rooms for sitting. Kitchen was newly renovated, albeit very cheaply. Lots of outdoor seating and grass space.
Cons:
Air-conditioning was in the main areas only, bedrooms were still warm. There were fans in every room to compensate for the lack of AC.
Needs a lot of maintenance and repairs to bring it up to standard. Everything is old and worn down. Needs new faucets, has missing sink stoppers, shower heads are poorly functioning. Wallpaper is ancient, baseboards are falling apart. Bathrooms are very old. To compensate for no drain plugs, a towel had to be placed in the sink to not loose anything down the drain. There were large bedrooms, but they have nothing but a bed and side tables. Rooms are pretty bare and sparsely filled. Lots of empty room that could use some tables or furniture. Due to this, suitcases had to be placed on the floor. A few earwigs were found in a suitcase since it wasn’t on a raised surface. The front gate locks with a chain and padlock. Very inconvenient to unlock and relock every time you exit. Lock was covered in grease, which was left on your hands after each entry and exit. The grease was very difficult to get off.
Wifi was provided with 1 GB free per day, then 3 dollars per GB thereafter. Well water is in at the house, was not mentioned in the advertisement. People might choose differently if they knew they couldn't drink the tap water. Did not provide dishwasher soap. The home needs a very good deep cleaning.

The weekend we spent here was relaxing and was a great time to explore. We had no idea that so many ‘farms’ existed nearby, and that was neat to discover. Communication was easy with the property manager and access to the home was successful. We were grateful to only have to worry about meals as everything else was taken care of for our stay.

Had a family trip with 16 total guests and overall this place did its job in terms of being fairly clean and adequate space (but only 4 beds, half of us slept on futons…). I’ve stayed at many listings before and the rules here are excessive and unnecessary in my opinion. Full page front and back of rules & policies with 32 points: WiFi is not free; no access to the basement; needs make/model/color of cars even though it’s a private property (locked and gated); needs age & relationship of all guests; etc…this property is also filled with mosquitoes so nobody wanted to be outside. The rooms are have no furniture except for the bed and nightstand. It served its purpose but not a “vacation rental” experience for my family.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location far away from the traffic, but close enough to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom and spent most of our time there when we got back from our day trips. The house was well stocked with all the necessities. Rakesh did an outstanding job with keeping us well informed. Thanks for your hospitality we appreciate everything. We highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful place to stay in the country and take day trips to Toronto. My kids loved playing outside - basketball, volleyball, fishing and peddle boating in the pond. It was a relaxing place to return to after enjoying Toronto. The property owner is responsive and nice to communicate with. We had a lovely visit!

We spent five days on Choudary Farms and had a wonderful time. Our kids loved the pond and paddle boat. The house is very spacious. And it's close enough to Toronto and Niagara for day trips.

This was a very nice property and home to stay in with two families. There are multiple ponds to fish on with a very nice farm surrounding it. The home is a bit far from other towns and from Toronto but this meant it was nice and quiet. While the home is nice inside and seems to have a newly updated kitchen there are several items in the home that were broken or needed some updating. Additionally, there was only one TV in the whole house. With multiple families and kids, this made it difficult to have separate areas for everyone to relax and watch a movie or something. While this isn't a major issue it wasn't really mentioned and we assumed there would be multiple Smart TVs as most homes have now.

As soon as we stepped on the property, we knew it was going to be a good time. The property is massive and has a private road leading up to the house with ample parking space. We stepped inside and appreciated how clean and organized it was inside. Everyone felt so at home. We had everything we needed and more! Rakesh left us a fruit bowl and drinks in the fridge which was super thoughtful.
Our group of 12 had an amazing time and we can’t wait to be back next year. If you’re looking for a laidback staycation with lots of greenery, this is the place! Thank you Rakesh for your warm hospitality.

Renting this properly for our family staycation was perfect. Communication with the property owner was very easy if we needed something or had questions. The place was spacious and we were provided with amenities that were useful to us as a large group. Definitely recommend this place and will be booking it again in the near future!

Amazing stay
Beautiful property with ponds, wildlife and lots of acres to explore. Lots of activities for young adults in our party including soccer, basketball, and badminton. Home was spacious and clean. Perfect for our family of 7. Great location. Easy to find and easy checkin. Responsive communication from the owner who stocked the fridge with drinks and had a fruit bowl for us on arrival which was convenient in our late arrival. Highly recommend and plan to visit again!

Fabulous STAY….HOME WAS COMFORTABLE
My trip to Canada was fabulous. The house was great. It was very spacious and comfortable; accommodated us. The home had all of the amenities needed for us to comfortably cook and relax during our stay. The kitchen was up to date with a huge sensor monitoring refrigerator. Abundantly large cabinet space. Keurig coffee machine and dishwasher machine. The grounds was amazing. The first day the grounds was blanket with snow everyone even the adults was making snow angels on the ground. The kids even built a snowman ⛄️.
As a special treat as we were traveling during the Christmas holiday the decorated a tree for us and had lights outside the home. At night the home looked liked a castle all lite up it was magical.

Beautiful, Majestic Setting!
We enjoyed our stay at Choudray Farm and felt fortunate to be in such a stunning location. There are paths leading through the acres of land that were great to explore. Rakesh and the caretaker, Eugene, were very helpful in addressing some of the needs we had. They even bought us a projector screen for the projector we brought to watch Netflix, etc! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The setting feels safe in that there is a gate and ample outside lighting in the front. I did not realize the house uses well water until we arrived. It took a while to get the loud fridge noise addressed, but it is better now.

Great relaxing stay. Recommend!
My family and I stayed for 5 days at the Choudhary Farm. The place was exactly as described on the listing. We chose this place specifically because it was secluded and surrounded by nature and we wanted a quiet getaway. There were lots of things for my 2 young kids to do. The owner was very responsive and made check in and check out process very efficient.
The house was very spacious. The kitchen included basic essentials for us to cook and clean up and the host was kind enough to include pops and water in the fridge. All the rooms were clean.
The outside had a nice big fire pit with some firewood and a BBQ. Lots of seating outside, in full sun or shade. The hammock was nice though is worn. There were several apple trees and new pear trees planted. Nice paths to bike around the property. 2 ponds: one with a paddle boat (adults life jackets were provided) and the other had more fish for fishing. We played several sports activities - football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and frisbee.
A few things to make the place even better:
- more towels
- aluminum foil and baking pan for the oven
- Netflix since Bell satellite is unreliable and did not have good selection
- flashlights and candles for emergencies
- some card and board games
All in all, a great place for a quick trip out of the city. I recommend it to anyone!

Great stay, beautiful place!
Highly recommend, we'd love to return!
Highlights of the stay:
-boating on the pond
-very well maintained/manicured property (although beware of goose droppings around the property, but that's the fun of nature!)
-prompt communication/responses with host/staff (thank you for your kindness!)
-quiet/secluded nature of property (although facing road was busy at times)
-amenities/foods provided (e.g. champagne, water bottles, pop/soda, ketchup, oil, vegetables, etc)
-close enough to, but yet far enough out of, the city!
Areas for improvement:
-interior renovation needed (e.g. drawings on & holes in the walls, broken shower handle, carpet stains, loose towel bars, etc)

This property is incredible! The very front and very back both have paths between rows of trees so it’s fun to bike/stroll in for a forest feel. The front of the house has a really big patch of flat grass for soccer, baseball, or frisbee. There are 2 ponds. The one in front of the house has a dock and a great paddle boat. Just make sure it’s tied to the dock when you arrive because we had to climb through the bull rushes to get to it...spidery and gross. The other pond is where we saw most of the wildlife....fish, frogs, and a crane. The back yard is also really nice. There are several small apple trees growing which really adds to the quaint country feel. The whole property has huge sections of soybeans growing that are just awesome to see. There’s also a great fire pit in the back. There is plenty of wood available but I would recommend bringing some extra for kindling. The wood provided is mostly large planks that used to be part of a fence. The mosquito situation was shockingly minor.....almost only in the evening, and very few....with the exception of the very front path between the trees. There’s also a small paved “parking lot” where our youngest son practiced his skateboarding and rollerblading tricks. The house is spacious and has all your basic necessities. The water dispenser on the fridge was a huge perk! The rooms are all spacious (Except the one with 2 beds) and the beds are fantastic! I don’t know the last time we all sleep so well! The 2 en-suite bathrooms are very nice. The other bathroom on the upper level is...hmm..much less appealing. It clearly hasn’t been renovated. It also doesn’t have a shower, only a tub, which is a bit strange. The couch in the den was a perfect fit for the 5 of us as we watched a nightly hockey game.Overall, it was a really fantastic stay! There were a couple of “opportunities for improvement” worth sharing.#1 - Towels! Definitely not enough towels!#2 - Food storage. The kitchen has the bare minimum. There weren’t any Tupperware, ziploc bags, plastic wrap.#3 - Privacy - When we arrived Sunday night we were informed that Eugene (maintenance guy) would be coming on Tuesday to fix something. We figured, ok, one day....He came EVERY DAY! We left Friday morning and he was still there. He’s a nice person but his presence really detracted from our experience.Overall we had a fantastic time though and would definitely come again!

Picture perfect heavenly beauty
Easy transaction. Hospitable and thoughtful host who went out of his way to facilitate our requests for extra coffee cups. The owner saw in my request to rent that the trip was a Mother’s Day present to my mom and he visit one day and treated mom to the most delicious mother’s day cake. We stayed two weeks and were so sad to leave. The place is very spacious, clean and thoughtful appointed. Beautiful kitchen with all modern appliances made cooking fun. The grounds however was the real prize. There are many walking trails and during our walks we saw beautiful wild flowers, turtle, wild turkeys and a baby deer (Bambi :-) my niece got beautiful photographs of gorgeous birds. There are two ponds with fish and we went out in the boats and saw lotus flowers. There is a family of geese and it’s such a sight to see them go into the water. So graceful. There are fields of corn and Eugene takes great care of the grounds and grass. Everything was pristine and picture perfect and we definitely recommend this gorgeous home modern conveniences with a flair of country. My family loved it! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was better than we expected.
This house is better than what the pictures show. The overall experiance that we had with our family will remain in pur memories forever. I can't say enough about the couritsy of the care taker Eugine and the owner Rashik. I asked if they had Christmas decorations and was told there was a light outside but when we arrived Eugine had put a Christmas tree up for us to have with our children, grandchildren and great grandchild. The kitchen was absolutely one of the best we have stayed at on a Vbro rental. We were able to sit 21 for dinner in the adjoining dinning room. Fantastic!
The view of the property from every window a made you feel your in the country but you are 15min. drive to either Acton or Milton. We Will be renting tjis again!
