We loved our stay in this spacious home in beautiful Ronda. The home is located in a great neighbourhood and walking distance to restaurants, the Old Town & supermarkets. We were here in winter & were very comfortable re: temperature. It would be a lovely place to stay in warmer months as well.

This was an excellent stay in an amazing town. Isabel was a gracious host; we had excellent communication and she had many local helpers in town who came promptly to assist us with various tasks around the house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. The beds are excellent, with cozy down comforters. We were very pleased!

We were a party of four in our early 60’s who travel often together. it was our first trip to Spain. We enjoyed our stay in Ronda. The house was in an easy location to walk to the old and new city areas. it was centrally located to the excursions we had planned in the area.

We had a great week in Ronda. Being within a short walk of old and new parts of Ronda and also having a pool to cool down in the July heat made this the ideal base to be with our daughters (17 and 20). Lots of space and air conditioning were a bonus.

My family of four (two teenage daughters) visited Ronda and stayed in 28 Calle Penas. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was really good, the only challenge was the steep hill on the way to town! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. It was a great base camp for our day trips to Marbella, Sevilla, Cadiz, and Zahara de la Sierra.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this very nice house in Ronda. The house was very clean and well-equipped with a small swimming pool. It is in a great location with wonderful views from two of the bedrooms and the living room. The house itself is somewhat dark but has a lovely patio by the pool. The location is in a less touristy part of town with good access to grocery stores and restaurants. The main part of town is within easy walking distance. Ronda is hilly so be prepared to walk up and down to access different parts of the town. The parking is tight with limited space for getting in and out of the garage. Our only disappointment was the limited number of towels for our party of five and no bath gel or shampoo. But on the whole this was a very nice place to stay and would be a very good home base for any family or group wanting to explore Ronda and the surrounding hill towns.

Great location
Positive: location, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet, very responsive owner, spacious
Not so positive: damp and moldy garage, overall home interior, a reoccurring smell of sewage/septic system outside near pool

Lovely Home in Lovely Ronda
This home in Ronda was perfect for out family group. From the get-go, Julio met us exactly on time, and took us on a thorough tour of the property, and he also gave us some very helpful information about the town, recommendations for restaurants, grocery store etc. The 2-car garage was a real boon, as it can be so hard to park in these hill towns. Some vacation rentals can be so neutral and IKEA in feel, but this home is super comfortable and very Spanish in decor and feel, and really added to our pleasure and ability to have a real authentic stay in Ronda. A+++!

Beautiful Rhonda House
The house is good the town is good the location to town is excellent. The beds were comfortable the water was hot and showers were strong. The house was overall pretty dark inside. The pool was leaking generously into the garage and there was a mold smell in the garage. Sauna in garage unusable from mold. Isabel very responsive when we needed things. Wish there was more of a front deck to view the incredible old city but there’s always something. Overall I recommend the house for two couples as we were. Plenty of privacy.

House is very lovely, with a great patio area for relaxing. Isabel is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. House has everything you need - great washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to store, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time during our four days in Ronda.

Wonderful home in Ronda!
Very accommodating! Easy to find with GPS. All of the bedrooms were air conditioned, as well as the living room downstairs.. The swimming pool was a great bonus. A charming and spacious place to stay for our group of five adults. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Ronda!

Love Ronda house
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! As it was cool, the in floor heating and fireplace were amazing! Bedding, beds and towels and other amenities were so nice. The outside area was also great, protected from the wind. Location great, as we could readily walk into town. And the views from the house were beautiful. Ronda itself was amazing, with friendly people. Thanks for having us!!

Really beautiful, very comfy and great location! We loved it.
We stayed here with our 2 teenage sons. It was just a short hike to 'town' yet really quiet. I loved the heated floors, outdoor patio w/afternoon sun (too cold to swim), beds and kitchen. We had some issues (all totally my fault - got lost on way there, broke something and locked ourselves out). The property manager Claire was very patient and accommodating. This is just a great city to visit - lots of great places to eat, the bull ring, the gorge, hiking, etc... Make sure to go to the Pietra caves just 15 miles outside of town. We had issues getting tickets (you have to call the day before), so Claire kindly made the call for us. We traveled to several cities in Spain over holiday, but this was by far our favorite town!

Perfect! Great location!
House was lovely and felt like we were truly living in Ronda. Very convient to sights but very quiet at night (except for the rooster!😂)
A little trouble with keys and door locks plus changing gas bottles for water heating but called and got help. The advance information about the house, restaurants and towns near by to visit was great. Would have liked more time with the person who greeted us but she was a bit of a hurry as she was going on holiday too! All in all we were very pleased and enjoyed Ronda to the fullest!

Ideal location with traditional charm and refreshing pool
Good location within walking distance to all Ronda has to offer. House is charming with all we needed for a two week stay. The pool is bigger than it looks and photos don't quite do it justice. Bedrooms are comfortable with the master room ensuite with effective air con. The other bedrooms all had large fans which worked well. Garage parking is great but access is a little cosy. BMW 5GT got in and out no worries. We hope to return again when next planning a trip to Ronda.

Fantastic accomodation and location
This property is beautiful and in a central location. Ronda is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Pool was a little too cold at times. Highly recommend.

Great location when you find it!
We loved the house and the hosts who greeted us were charming. It was tough following driving directions to find, but once we did, the location proved to be convenient, scenic and gave us a feeling of being local. Plenty of room in the house, though a bit dark inside (we couldn’t get the hang of the window blinds so they stayed mostly down). Too cool for the pool, but we loved sitting out on the terrace as much as we could. And having a garage for the car was brilliant. We’d return if we come back to Ronda.

Within easy walking distance of the old town and main shopping streets. Clean and comfortable house with plenty of character. Highly recommended.

Very good location and nice facility.
We are a 3 generation family. The property suited us very well. 4 nice bedrooms, a very good leaving room and a large kitchen and dining area. We love to prepare our dinners, but missed out some cooking equipment such as good pans and a regular coffee maker.
The property is very closed to the town center but very quiet. We could hear cocks call every morning, which was nice. Ronda is a very nice city. Very good for hiking, old history and good views.

Beautiful Property
An absolutely beautiful home to stay in. So close to everything in Ronda. Beautiful rooms throughout tastefully decorated. The pool area is starting to decline with broken tiles, but I want to assume this is the next project for the owners! Once updated it will most likely reflect the style and good taste of the owners touch on the inside!

The pool made it perfect for us
The house is in a good position with lovely views from the rooms at the front. All of Ronda is within a ten minute walk but beware the hill for the first fifty feet.
We were two families with teenage children. There was plenty of room and the teenagers were able to get into town easily. Lots of shopping, eating and admiring the historical sights.

Beautiful house in excellent location
Beautiful and well kept house. Clean with an excellent private pool! Brilliant for mid-day heat! Garage available - bit of a tight squeeze! We managed fine but not for the faint-hearted! Very accessible to entire town. Walking distance to everywhere. Supermarkets walking distance up the road. Lovely shopping streets and beautiful views of gorge. Would recommend walk down into gorge early in the morning! Best restaurant we found was Casa Maria - set menu but every dish was fantastic. Plenty of options for food throughout Ronda. Seek out Daver for delicious but cheap cakes and coffee. Short drive to see other towns for a day out.

Perfect Location, Great House
This house was perfectly located on a hill with a beautiful view of fields and meadows. There was a small well stocked market within a 10 walk and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit outside and cool off and relax.
