Much noisier than expected, music playing below through the night. Living area was nice. Well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Parking directions couldn’t have been more spot on! Hallway in building had a horrific smell so you had to hold your breathe. The showers in the bathrooms have a three feet opening, very very tiny. If you’re claustrophobic you’re not showering. Mattresses are well used and lumpy. Living area and view were beautiful. Would I stay here again, Yes! I managed the tiny bathroom and lumpy bed because of location and view.

This apartment worked out perfectly for our stay in Auburn. Right downtown, close to everything, turf park just outside the door where I took my coffee in the mornings.

I came in town to watch my daughter perform in Greek Sing and loved staying right in the middle of all the action! I loved being able to walk right down the stairs into the heart of downtown Auburn and all the boutiques! The bedroom on the left is much quieter than the bedroom on the right that faces Target. (Kids gather on the green space below the bedroom window and it can get a little loud). The white noise machine helped block out the sounds of the street and train. Adorable apartment and so easy to park and just leave your car. I just walked everywhere and was able to meet my daughter and son easily after and between classes!

We were in town visiting our daughter who goes to Auburn. The location of this apartment is great -- very walkable to restaurants, shopping, campus, stadium, for exercise, etc. The beds and furniture are comfortable, and there are plenty of throw blankets and extra pillows. We liked how open the living room and kitchen/dining area are. Additionally, the property management company is extremely responsive and helpful (e.g., early check-in, help with wifi, etc.).
I would tell those considering this rental to be aware that you'll be in a very noisy environment since you're in middle of the lively downtown area as well as near the train. The train goes by, honking its horn extensively, every morning right around 6 AM, and it sounds as if it's in the apartment with you. Also, though you're not able to see this in the listing's photos, the two showers appear to be original to the building (charming tile), and they are approximately 4.5'x4.5' with openings going into them that are about 2' wide. They worked fine for the two of us, but I can imagine that they'd be quite challenging for some people to use.
If you like milkshakes, the apartment is located above a fun milkshake shop called The Yard. Additionally, you're right next door to Target, which is helpful if you've forgotten anything you need for your stay. If you're looking for the full "college vibes" experience, this apartment gives you the opportunity to be in the center of all that makes Auburn so much fun.

The location is wonderful, we were close to campus and restaurants. However the noise from the train, street, and even the green space next to the apartment was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The apartment has an older charm and is well stocked and a great space. However we would not stay here again do to the noise level.

It was a good location despite the traffic at night since we did choose a college town. The place was nice and spacious but the walls needed painting (especially in the halls) and some blinds were broken (chew toy for someone's dog evidently) and could use a few simple upgrade like bedside lights and full length mirror.

The apartment was perfect for my weeklong stay! I worked remotely during the day and spent time with my daughter when she was available after classes. Since it was two bedrooms my daughter stayed with me. She could still walk to class. And, I had my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with me, Beau, and we walked twice a day around campus!! The Target is right next door, so easy groceries and Dunkin Coffee is also right by!!

We loved our stay! This apartment is in the absolute best location. We parked our car upon arrival and did not have to drive the entire few days of our visit. Close to campus, great restaurants, coffee shops and stores.

Cannot beat the location and space. Overall would stay here again. Nice to have a kitchen. Listing mentioned smaller showers, which is true, however the water pressure and temperature was great. There are some minor repairs on appliances and paint but that did not dampen the stay and will surely be addressed with routine maintenance.

We were visiting our son at AU. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Living area had great light from the many windows. The parking was convenient with easy access. The location was very convenient to everything we needed. There Target next door was very handy. There is a great green space (artificial turf) at the bottom of the steps for exercising pets and running around. Will definitely plan to return!

Yup, the title says it all. This is a nice charming old apartment located in a free standing brick building (1930ish) above a few retail stores. It's very clean and spacious. Since it is an older building and located right on the strip to AU's campus, noise from the entertainment strip and railroad is pretty prevalent. Knowing this may be an issue, both bedrooms came with white noise machines which were definitely used to drown out the fun festivities happening around us throughout the night. Unfortunately, there's no white noise machine that will help with the 5am-6am train horn that will be the rooster for the morning. But no worries, there's a wonderful beignet and coffee shop (Mo'Bay Beignet Co) just below to perk you up to start the day again. Outside of the uncontrollable environment, the apartment is a pleasant stay with providing all the amenities necessary for the visit. Also, the property manager was outstanding and prompt to my text with my additional requests.

Had a wonderful stay here! You can’t beat location! Right by campus and downstairs from so many great shops and restaurants. Was a little nervous about outside noise at night since we came on a rodeo weekend, however inside the bedrooms it was very quite! Beds were also comfortable too. Apartment had pretty much all amenities, and it was really nice to have a Target right across the way if we had forgot anything. Very clear directions for check in, would definitely come back and stay again! Thank you for hosting :)

We absolutely loved this unit. It was in the upstairs part of a really cute, old downtown building and had original wood and tile floors, which gave it so much character. The furnishings were a mix of modern and antiques. It was super cute! It was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect! Super walkable - right in the heart of downtown and just several hundred feet to campus. The host was very easy to communicate with. We couldn't have had a better experience.
