Not sure how this hotel managed to get 5* rating

Location to the beach along with local seafood restaurants and shops.

Undergoing refurbishment or major maintenance which meant that the spa and one of the restaurants were not operating. The breakfast was very poor, actually the worst we experienced during our trip to Vietnam. Could hear every movement/sound from the room next door and the room above - Definitely not soundproof

Nice place, has everything you need for a lovely vacation, it’s a 4* not a *5 star which it states, but it’s good value

The staff, hotel cleanliness in general, the pools, and the breakfast. Great Breakfast service from NGA….

The noise throughout the night from a nearby Karaoke bar ( I was on 5th floor ) could hear every song, and believe me there was some poor singers lol

Wonderful stay in Da Nang

Everything. This place is a gem. The staff, each and everyone, is the nicest ever. 5 stars fully deserved. Wonderful location, view, room, facilities... I could not ask for more. And I never asked for anything twice. For once I do not agree with the reviews on Booking, this place is a full rounded 10!

Nice hotel, good location with nice food

Hotel location was great, at the beach. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, food was very nice and lots of variety to Choose from. View from the infinity pool was also good. The rooms were clean, furniture still in good condition. Very beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it.

Every time I took a shower the water would leak to the toilet floor. I did report it but the guy who came to check the room just wiped the floor and didn't switch on the tap to see what was really causing the problem. That was very uncomfortable as I had to pick spots of where to stand after taking a shower as the floor was wet. Shower leak was the only problem other than that everything else was great

Excellent at a very good price hotel!!!

Everything. Room is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great with lots of dishes, also for vegetarian people. Our room was upgraded all the time we stayed here, much of appreciation 🥰🥰

Location

Air Conditioner stopped working in the midnight.Staff should be more fluent with English Speaking skills .House keeping tidy up my room and left the toiled seat filthy.

Wet lobby floors and lifts which are slippery when hotel guests walk over from the ground floor swimming pool to get back to their hotel rooms after their swim.

Super nice breakfast! And really convenient location with the beach just across the street and a lot of restaurants in the area.

The shower was a bit old dated and the temperature didn't work well, but all good for 1 night.

Good hotel for beach access and relaxation. Price was reasonable

Location is fantastic - opposite to the beach - just cross the main road. Pool was okay.

Breakfast was not very good especially Pho or Bun offered on the day. Plenty of other choices though

Great stay!

The location! You're right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The pool is very clean and relaxing. The hotel is far enough back from the street that you don't hear all the noise. The AC worked great. The beds were the best we'd had in our tour of Vietnam. Great views of the beach and ocean. I'd definitely stay there again.

The breakfast buffet is standard but did have some traditional Vietnamese foods that I had not seen at other hotels.

value for money . very good hotel and facilities .

very good location and good size of rooms . comfortable beds ,pillows , awesome sea view and bright sunny rooms . bathroom also good size .. very clean bedsheets towels . carpeted room but clean . good space for bags . 2 big swimming pools . beach is across the road . lots of restaurants and spas salons shopping below the hotel . hotel has a small store which sells clothes etc at reasonable prices . spa is also reasonable enough . inroom dining can be a bit of problem for choosy eaters . breakfast is amazing with infinite choices .

inroom dining can be better for western world . it’s more Asian .

Beautiful hotel and next to the beach

The staff were very friendly. Both of the pools were clean and pool towels available, even to take to the beach. View from the room was stunning. The location was good with lots of places in walking distance, with the beach over the road.

5 star hotel with affordable price

The location is great, at the beach center with many shops and restaurants around. Our rooms were upgraded for free. Very clean, comfortable, and amazing view. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is served with plenty of choices. Highly recommend for this 5 star hotel with reasonable price.

Great stay in Da Nang!

Good location by the beach of Da Nang, kind and thoughtful staff and amazing breakfast buffet

The rooms pictures posted by Booking.com are very misleading, specifically the Executive suite. It's stated that it's more than 60 sqm with several windows while actually it doesn't represent the reality. I suggest Booking to review its advertising policies.

The best hotel I have stayed

DLG is absolutely a wonderful hotel I really enjoy my stay here location,room, service really nice Especially the staff is lovely Hieu and his team are very kind, smile and greeting and opened mind I will come back next month without hesitation
