The resort from the outside looks really beautiful and the location is very nice.
The food was just horrible. I paid for full board but it was pretty much impossible to eat there. The quality of the food is not acceptable. I had to go everyday out to a nearby restaurant everyday.
The staff is careless and unhelpful.
The entertainment staff is composed by young people with pretty much no experience. The same people were also serving at tables in the restaurant and taking care of the pre-checking. By the way we had zero help with luggages. We had to unload the luggages in the middle of street, they said that only owners were allowed to park in front of the resort.
The rooms are really basic and poorly cleaned.
The car park was a bit far from the resort and no control whatsoever over the cars.
Also the booking process wasn't that great, it's impossible to get in touch with the resort, you can only speak with a client service based in Rome that don't know anything about the resort itself.
The sunbeds needs to be booked in advance and paid separately.
In addition, when you check in you are asked to pay additional 70 eur per person for a compulsory subscription. Just a way to ask more money. Very unfair!!!!
Such a pity that a nice resort is so badly managed.
