The flat is very well located and tastefully decorated, all modern convenience. In a splendid and calm area, close to all amenities.
Literally in front of the sea, the view is amazing. The city is very lively during the whole year.

We spent a fantastic week at Jacqueline’s apartment. The property manager greeted us upon checkin, and explained the workings of the apartment. She was kind, thoughtful, professional, and an absolute pleasure.
The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, including a Nespresso machine and full size refrigerator/freezer. The shower is great, the bed comfortable, and the view to the ocean is fantastic! We love the picture windows, and happily spent hours enjoying the view. This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed, and would love to return.

The four of us had a great stay at this apartment for two weeks. It was a nice location, very clean, nicely renovated apartment.
We were able to cook in the kitchen and walk and ride bikes to many sites. The sea views from the large double windows were priceless. Many thanks, Rachel

We loved staying at this apartment in St. Malo. Across the street was the beach and a great view of the National Fort. It was less than a ten minute walk to the old walled city with its shops and restaurants. The whole place was renovated and modern. We had two full bathrooms with nice showers. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. We rented a car so the designated parking spot was a plus. Laurance who manages the place was friendly and helpful. We paid a reasonable fee for linens to be provided. The cleaning fee and that had to be paid in cash, so bear in mind you’ll need euros in hand. Like all European washer/dryer combos we’ve encountered, the washer is great and the dryer not so much. Just use the drying rack provided to air dry. We had heard the water was cold for swimming. Being from Massachusetts, we found the water warm! It was great. Very much the same temperature as beaches in Rhode Island or the warm side of Cape Cod and certainly warmer than the North Shore or Maine beaches. All in all, we loved it. Beautiful place and very comfortable for 4 people. I’d rent it again even as just a couple.

The location at the promenade is very good, just 10 mins by foot to Intra Muros. The view from the kitchen and living room to the sea is great.
The basement garage is very good.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Super Aussicht aufs Meer, alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber und on top ein Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage um die Ecke.
Besser geht nicht. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in St. Malo Intra muros und findet da Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars etc.
Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass das untere Zimmer keine Tür hat, uns hat das nicht gestört aber es ist dann schon laut.

Magnifique séjour
L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très confortable. Il est idéalement situé proche des ramparts et des commerces et surtout face à la mer, ce qui ajoute forcément à son charme et permet de belles promenades sans forcément utiliser la voiture (qui peut rester au parking et c'est vraiment un avantage).
Nous avons pu visiter la côte depuis le cap Frehel jusqu'à Cancale, il nous faudra encore revenir pour poursuivre nos visites car il y a encore beaucoup à découvrir.
Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour !

Rundum zufrieden
Stielvolles Gebäude mit altem Scharm und eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Bei der die Ausstattung kaum Wünsche übrig lässt. Entgegen der Einrichtung von Ketten-Ferienwohnungen, ist die Küche umfangreich eingerichtet. Es gibt umfangreiche Staumöglichkeiten auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bad und die Toilette sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und für eine Ferienwohnung hochwertig ausgestattet.

Traum-Ausblick!
Super Wohnung. Direkte Lage am Meer mit wunderschönem Blick auf Ebbe und Flut. Saint-Malo inta muros fussläufig (5-10min). Wohnung auch für vier Personen passend. Das 2.Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten allerdings im Souterrain - sehr dunkel. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des remparts sur le front de mer, agréable avec vue sur la mer, à quelques minutes seulement du coeur historique de la cité intra-muros (5 mn à pied). Accueil agréable et bonne communication. A recommander sans hésiter.

Bel appartement avec vue mer
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour car nous avons bénéficié de deux paramètres essentiels :
Une météo favorable et un appartement très agréable bénéficiant d’une belle déco et d’une vue mer côté séjour - aménagement intérieur moderne, complet et fonctionnel- bonne isolation phonique
Bonne localisation à proximité de la vieille ville
Enfin, usage d’un parking à proximité de l’appartement

Sans doute le meilleur spot de Saint Malo
Le titre est sans équivoque car la maison / appartement est située à 400m de l’intra-muros et 10 m de la mer, avec un parking souterrain pour se garer. Une vue permanente sur la mer, une maison parfaitement rénovée, fonctionnelle et entièrement équipée. Le lieu est idéal pour flâner sur la plage ou dans la ville et aller chercher ses crustacés tous les jours au coin de la rue chez Tombelaine. Très belle location aux prestations et au prix parfaitement en phase.Merci beaucoup

Vue mer, bel appartement, très bon emplacement, plage, parking.
Appartement sur deux niveaux avec au premier surélevé un appartement comprenant grand salon avec canapé-lit 2 places et fauteuils, cuisine aménagée toute équipée (ustensiles / couverts / thé / épices...), un WC indépendant, une Sdd avec sèche serviettes, plusieurs penderies, une chambre avec double lit 2x1 place. Un côté sur Est (vue sur courette commune pour chambre) et un côté Ouest (vue pleine sur mer deux fenêtres / chaussée du Sillon).
En dessous en sous sol aménagé un lit deux places identique au premier étage. Deux petites fenêtres donnant sur la courette commune. Un placard spacieux. Une Sdd avec WC non-indépendant.
Et vous disposerez librement d'un parking souterrain fermé avec porte automatique situé à proximité immédiate sous l'hôtel des armateurs (sauf véhicules surbaissés).
Excellent accueil par une agence de conciergerie et services.
Tout était parfait et la vue exceptionnelle.

Appartement spacieux, propre, équipé de toutes les commodités, et surtout idéalement situé ! On ne pouvait pas être mieux placé... Nous n'avons pris la voiture qu'une seule fois pour aller visiter le mont St Michel... Intra muros avec tous ses commerces et restaurants à 5 min à pied... Accès à la plage en traversant la route... Traversé en taxi de mer pour la visite de Dinard... Bref un vrai bonheur de ne pas perdre la moitié des vacances dans les bouchons et recherche d'emplacement de parking ! La vue sur l'océan de l'appartement est formidable... Rien de mieux pour profiter à 100% du spectacle des grandes marées !
L'accueil est très bien organisé (nous avions réservé 24h avant le départ). Merci pour cet acceuil et ces vacances magiques !

Très bon séjour
Appartement parfaitement situé sur le Sillon. Très certainement une des meilleures vues sur la plage. De plus il y a une place de parking en sous-terrain ce qui est très appréciable et indispensable à cet endroit de Saint-Malo.
Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute et Madame Chevalier s'est rendu très disponible pour organiser notre venue très rapidement.

Le duplex inversé est en réalité un sousplex, ce n'est pas une critique. Cette appartement est splendide, la décor est sobre bien agencé, très lumineux de très bon gout. Il manque peu être une porte pour le couchage inférieur. Très bien situé et effectivement une très belle vue sur la mer. Un excellent souvenir

L'apartment est situé à peux de pas du casino (donc à peu de minutes de la zone "intra muros").
La cuisine et la salle à manger offrent une vue qui valorise l'apartement. Les chambres à coucher se trouvent à l'arrière et offrent ainsi la paix necessaire. Une d'elles, ainsi que la machine à laver se trouvent au sous-sol. Ceci permet d'utiliser la surface au mieu.
La place au garage et un atout supplementaire et dans l'apartement il ne manque rien.

The apartment is located few steps from the casino (meaning very close to the intra muros).
The kitchen and dining room with a splendid view are an asset for the apartment. The bedrooms are located in the back, giving a possibility to get the needed rest. One bedroom and the washing machine are in the lower floor, giving the possibility to use the surface of the apartment at its best.
The parking lot in the garage is a bonus and anything you are looking for is in the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich wenige Schritte vom Casino entfernt (d.h. sehr nah an die "Intra Muros" Gegend).
Von der Küche und Speisezimmer ist die Sicht einmalig. Die Schlafgelegenheiten befinden sich auf der Rückseite und geben die Möglichkeit, die Ruhe zu geniessen. Das eine Schlafzimmer sowie die Waschmaschine befinden sich in der unteren etage. Jedes Quadratmeter wurde bestens genutzt und alles is vorhanden.
Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist ein Pluspunkt.
