We really enjoyed our stay. Since we spent all the time away hiking and visiting orther cities, we were looking just for a nice, quite place to stay and relax, and we absolutely loved Preka Maria. Excellent location, very nice pool, large room, quite street with lots of restaurans and shops nearby.
Warm thanks to a girl at the reception, such a nice person, and made our stay even more nicer.

The breakfast was lovely. It was well situated in Kamali near the amneties we needed. They managed to move us off the ground floor though on the second day it had a better view and the kids loved it more. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. They let us stay a bit longer past our check out! Would definately go back.
I wasn't too happy with the first apartment but they moved us to a better one the next day other than that l was a satisfied customer.

The property is very close to Kamari beach and with close proximity to restaurants, shops and bus stop. The staff are very friendly and make you comfortable and assist you in every possible way
Very very bad internet/wifi. Also, the air-conditioning wasn't working well. There was also sound of water/machinery in intervals which was quite annoying especially at night. The bathroom was also really small

Staff were amazing, all of the girls at the reception desk, and Mihalis looking after the rooms. Pool was beautiful, breakfast was gorgeous and the room was spacious. We had everything we needed and more. All of our questions and needs were answered in a friendly manner and met.
View from the balcony was nothing special, we couldn't really see the sea. Beds are hard and the shower is cute but has no curtain so water splashes all over the bathroom.

The staff is so warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms seem to have been refurbished since we last stayed here with nice big showers. We had a big family room with kitchen facilities and a private balcony. The hotel pool is nice and well kept and never very busy. The location is fantastic, it's just a road away from the beach with small supermarkets and a mini golf place right around the corner, in easy reach of pleanty of bars and restaurants :)

Very clean and comfortable. Superfriendly and helpful personnel, especially our cleaning lady and Michael. Good location too...close to the beach and restaurants but far enough so that you could not hear any noise. Nice pool area too. Fantastic breakfast!! Cozy small hotel that I can recommend.

Located in a quiet side-street, but very close to a frequented main street with a strategic bus stop, shops, restaurants and very close to the Kamari beach (< 200 m). Spacious comfortable room, AC with open-door detection, private terace. At the property is a nice swimming pool. The breakfast bar had a wide choice and suits many diet styles. Garden with flowering trees and citruses. Had a short stay only, but would be happy to stay much longer.
It's a pitty that the nice swimming pool cannot be used after the sunset (due to the cleaning-time closure), it would be quite romantic.

From the welcoming service, to the best location in Santorini! The pool, the large room, the quiet and calming vibe…
Internet was a bit slow and not very protected… but besides that- everything was great!

Absolutely loved our time at Preka Maria! Beautiful accomodation, wonderful helpful & friendly staff, and excellent location for beach, restaurants, and bus access to Fira & Oia. Would definitely come back again!

The staff is like a big family always opened to answer questions and help. We really loved our stay at this hotel :D
There were some issues with the wifi when other travelers were there too because we had too many connections on the same router (one for many rooms for the studios). If you can, create a hotspot with your computer from the wifi of the hotel to connect all your devices, it resolved the problems.

Pool and house keeping
To couple they give us 2 single beds which was extremely inconvenient and receptionist was not cooperative at all.

Good value for money, lovely pool, own little terrace, 30 seconds from beach, airport shuttle 20 euro, aircon, friendly helpful staff, well kept and cared for.
Bathroom could do with an update and a shower curtain.

Very nice accomodation with beautiful terrace and pool. Excellent hosts. They really took time to provide us every information we asked. We felt at home and had a very pleasant stay.
