Excelent value for money. Good breakfast and excellent location
TV was small for such a big room and a bit noisy

WiFi was very weak in the room but good downstairs

Very accommodating. Most staff was pleasant. Rooms were comfortable
The lady working the breakfast was speaking to me in Portuguese but I didn’t understand her (my son did). She was telling me I was not allowed to put water in my water bottle from the dining room. I have some big medical issues and I carry around a water bottle all day for medication. Just thought it was a little rude for her to come at me. I eat barely anything since most of my stomach has been removed. All I wanted was water to take my medicine and keep me hydrated

Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a good variety for breakfast

Nearby the pool, super friendly staff!

Clean and comfortable and not too far to walk to the centre. We were there for Bejaromana which was a lot of fun. Coincided with Benfica winning the league and the club cafe was close by. Fireworks and car horns blaring. Well worth visiting the Beja museum too.
Nothing really. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. As my husband says it does what it says on the tin. Many thanks.

Very helpful staff. I had to leave 2 days earlier for a meeting in Lisbon and the lady at the reception told me she would check whether I could get a refund for the 2 nights not spending at the hotel.
Everything was OK, so nothing to put here :)

Good location five minutes walk from town, good sized rooms, value for money.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good size, clean and comfortable room. Several good bars and restaurants nearby.
From a tourist point of view the location is some distance from the historic quarter. Room rather bland - not a single picture on the walls.

Leaving!
The breakfast was very good. The daytime desk staff were wonderful, evening staff not so much. Close to historic section and good restaurant nearby.
The room thermostat was broken and would not control the room heating/cooling system. When room temp reached 26 degC at 03:15 I had to dress and go to front desk to see if they could do something about it. They could not but said they would pass word along to day staff (they didn’t). The room phone was broken. The lone reading lamp near the twin beds had a broken switch and did not work. It was a long night!

high quality hotel, if a little faded and dated. easy walking distance of a few eateries.
we were a little put off by the facade on arrival, as the adjacent building (or perhaps part of this building) was covered in scaffolding for extensive works.

First room was beautiful and large with a massive terrace. Big bathroom and fridge. Very clean, staff superb and very quiet area of Beja
After an electric problem we were moved to a much smaller room with a small balcony and bathroom. Room was ok but a bit of a come down after our first room.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate for a buffet breakfast. The room was of a large size and the bed enormous. The reserved street parking right outside the entrance was great to get luggage from the car. The room was light and airy.
The bed was rather too firm and hard for our liking. The shower could do with a grab rail for older people.

very close to shops Restaurants, if we had been told about them by staff members it would have been nice, instead of a large walk.
The breakfast included was very good
our beds were good, but very Hard. no extra facilities that I know of,. The room was good but not exceptional. Some English tv channels would be good.

Huge room for two people! No kidding, you could probably do circuit training in the room 😁 plenty of storage in the room. Room was clean and well maintained.. Nice variety at breakfast. Lovely staff.
I slept fine with ear plugs. But if you have a balcony that opens to the plaza, know that there are two cafes that open till late and you can hear people if you leave the windows open. Otherwise you don't hear others in the hotel. The plus side of the cafes is that they made for a nice nighttime walk to get a cold drink on a warm night.

Amazing breakfast
The hotel is located outside the centre
