Het waren een paar fijne , comfortabele dagen in keulen. Alles was op loopafstand, veel parkeergelegenheid kort bij.

Het was schoon, comfortabel bed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Extra drankjes in het koelkastje en koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker op de kamer. Dat was zeker een luxe die we niet overal aantreffen.

the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

the location was good, that’s the only good thing about that hotel.

the receptionist was very rude and the Turkish lady was screaming at me for leaving my room to smoke outside because I woke her up from her sleep going down, and they told me when I checked in that the reception is open 24/7. also the water kettle for making coffee or tea was unclean, and I think it hasn’t been used in months. I also booked a room with a balcony and was shocked when I saw what they meant by balcony

Basic but OK hotel

Its a small hotel. Simple but fine. Its very close to the station and the cathedral. Receptionists are nice but they dont speak English. Breakfast was good with no hot food, but fine selection of various cold things.

For me it wasnt a problem, but you might consider that floors are high and there is no elevator.

The room was very cosy. Staff was amazing and very helpful

Downside to the hotel is there is no parking. We did find parking in the multi storey car park at a cost of €20 for 24 hrs.

Friendly staff and super clean hotel

Really friendly staff and everything was more than clean. Also the breakfast in a cosy room was given with a big variety of products. Overall great experience and this not far from the central station/Dome.

Superb

Great location, super close to the train station but on the quiet side. Walkable distance to everything. Comfy bed, very nice breakfast, good wifi too. Would stay again.

The only issue is that their page informs they speak a series of languages, but both receptionists we met only spoke German. Face-to-face we managed, but when we called we couldn't get much assistance. They also didn't accept keeping our luggage in their storage area for later pick-up, which is a common practice at hotels.

Would recommend this Cologne hotel to anyone.

Excellent breakfast and very comfortable room. Staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Location was on a quiet street and walking distance from the Dom Cathedral and train station.

Friendly Staff, Close to Bahnhof, Clean Room

There are bars on the street where the hotel is located, and the yelling and roaring of drunk people on weekends can keep you from sleeping comfortably if you are sensitive to noise. But the hotel can not do anything in this situation. The street itself is noisy, esp. on WE.

You probably won't be disappointed

The room was as described. Nice employees. Great desk. Efficient water distribution. Fridge in the room. Good quality furniture and bed clothes. Various and heavy breakfast. Good location. Many spaces in which you can put your personal things.

I honestly didn't meet any problem for my one-night-stay here. Nevertheless the area is quite noisy so I guess it can be problematic for someone with a fragile sleep.
