This house was a perfect fit for our 3 families with attendees from ages 3 to 75. It was well equipped both inside and out. Matt was quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

This house was perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. We had ten people and it never once felt crowded. The multiple spaces for gathering were perfect! The house was spotless, linens were good, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and wifi was excellent.
Matthew was very responsive as we had a few issues with appliances not working. After immediately sending out a repair person for the freezer we realized the next morning that the temporary 'fix' didn't hold. Within just a few hours, Matthew had a temporary fridge delivered to the garage so we didn't lose all the food we had just purchased for the week. Due to the storms, the outdoor fridge was not working, however they did attempt to repair during our stay.
The only downside to this property was the noise. After reading the reviews and the specifications under rental, we were under the impression it was a very quiet neighborhood. In fact, we were told we couldn't even play music by the pool. So that's what we planned for and prepared our teens for. However, we were likely the only house in the immediate area NOT playing music during the day. It didn't become an issue until later in the evenings, when surrounding neighbors kept the parties going well into the night. There were four of our seven nights where we were kept awake by parties at other rentals until 1am or later.

This is our 2nd stay at this house in the last 2 years. We have gone with our family with 2 kids along with another family. Matthew is so responsive with anything you need before, during and after your stay. So many small touches …well stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils, plenty of towels in and out and comfortable rooms/ beds. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Fabulous home in Indio with many amenities!
Family of eight adults vacationed together at this fabulous VRBO home over the Christmas holidays. The host Matthew was wonderful and super responsive to all requests and questions. The house was clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and every linen that we needed. The pool was warm and luxurious, and the spa was a great place to relax after hiking at Joshua Tree NP, Anzo Barrero SP, and the Indian Canyons. Mountain views, citrus fruit trees, and the outdoor fireplace made the backyard a wonderful retreat. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and playing billiards. We felt super comfortable and would love to return in the future!

Awesome Thanksgiving Pad for the Family
The house, the yard and the overall layout of the property was ideal for nine family members to relax, cook, visit, and enjoy the outdoors. The pool and spa were fantastic (warm and luxurious) and Matthew responded within minutes (usually seconds) whenever we needed anything. Not only was Matthew super kind and accommodating, he also graciously mailed several clothing items that I'd left in a drawer. I would highly recommend Matthew's home for any occasion.

Weekend Getaway
The house and back yard look just like the photos - beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and playing billiards and had a great time over all. Matthew our host was amazing and was available any time to answer questions about where to go to dinner, how to heat the jacuzzi and anything else that came up. Check in and out was a breeze and he even left us a small gift! We definitely want to go back!

Family Getaway
This house was the perfect spot for our family's long getaway weekend! We all enjoyed the spacious layout and were comfortable hanging out together in the large kitchen/dining/living room area. The game room was a definite bonus! We spent a lot of time swimming in the beautiful pool and relaxing in the serene backyard! Matthew is a great host! He was very prompt in answering our questions and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and golf in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing time away from home.

The property was exactly what we expected and more!! I took my whole family ages 8-65 for a vacation and everyone had a great time with plenty of space to move about! The owners were very easy to communicate with and all questions answered very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, Clean with Amazing Pool/Yard!
My family rented this beautiful home for 1 week and had an amazing time. The house is pristine and gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, AC was perfect, well equipped kitchen and large table for family meals. The backyard is a slice of paradise. The expansive backyard offers different areas for lounging and playing. The pool was greatly enjoyed by our family ranging in age from 4 to 81! Very easy and safe access into the pool for the Grandparents in the group. The host, Matthew was so incredibly prompt. He responded quickly to any questions we had. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in the desert and Matthew was a star host! We enjoyed this 5 star experience and plan to book again.

Mini Family Getaway
My family and I enjoyed our time at Mathew’s property. The house is very spacious with a spectacular backyard. We all enjoyed the pool and the sitting area. The house was also very clean and organized. Mathew was very responsive and available to answer all our questions. He made us feel very welcome!!!! It has been a while since my family and I have stayed at a place where we felt free and enjoyed it to the fullest. I highly recommend this house to everyone. I will be back with my family for sure.

Felt like a resort stay
We loved this home. We all said it really made us feel like we were on vacation at a resort. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The pool was perfect especially because it had a wonderful wading area for our little one to use. Communication with Matthew was amazing. He always got back to us immediately. Excellent property! 10/10 Cleanliness, communication and amenities
Honestly, there was a lot of trepidation in traveling during this time of COVID, but I'm so glad we did. Prior to booking the property, I emailed a long list of questions to a few different properties we were considering, and Matthew gave the quickest and most thorough responses. Based on that alone, I selected this property. Everything that came after was a bonus! He emailed explicit instructions, outlined the amenities, and the place was so clean I swear you could've eaten off the ground. The family really enjoyed the pool and pool table. I want to reiterate again how amazing Matthew's service was. He even emailed me mid-stay to ensure we were comfortable, and if we needed any restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay again!!! Thanks for everything Matthew!!

Excellent Property
This property is perfect for a group trip to the desert. Spacious house, spectacular backyard / pool, and all the necessary amenities. It even has a private casita with separate bedroom / bathroom. Owners was extremely communicative and responsive.

Excellent little getaway!
We loved our little getaway from the city. The home was every clean and even larger than we imagined. Kids and adults alike loved the pool table and the swimming pool/spa. Matthew is an excellent host, responded to all our requests within minutes and always made sure that we were having a great time. My only suggestion would be getting updated cookware for the kitchen (we cooked the entire time we were there). Thanks for a perfect little trip!

Beautiful Home and Great Host
Stayed here in early August. The home is beautiful and spacious. It's very clean and has all the amenities one could ask for. We cooked all our meals during our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool water was warm but that is to be expected in August weather. We enjoyed most of the evenings by the pool and lounging in the patio area. The BBQ bar has a convenient small fridge. One thing that is not noted in the description is that bedroom closest to the living room does not have a door but has large curtains instead. As far as the customer service, Matthew was super attentive. Our airbed went flat the first night and Matthew delivered one within the hour of notifying him. We also had a package delivered to the central mailbox and Matthew retrieved it for us right away. This has been our best vacation rental experience.

Beautiful house!!
Stayed here with 4 other couples and it was perfect. The house was beyond clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The backyard was the central hangout everyday and we had plenty of space.

Desert Vacay Paradise with Phenomenal Property Manager in Matt
What a phenomenal vacation! I communicated to Matt that I wish I could give both he and the property a 10 star rating. This is the first time I've used VRBO so I really didn't know what I didn't know and Matt was so patient with all my questions before I arrived so that I could understand the process, payment, etc. And then once we got there, we were absolutely floored. The pictures really are a good representation of the actual experience. The property is spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. From the minute we walked in, we were met with an overwhelming serenity and peace and we knew it was going to be a great vacation. We had 9 of us and so the rooms, bathrooms and casita (little back house) were perfect. Matt made awesome recommendations for restaurants, which did not disappoint and we were able to dine in with the awesome barbecue grill and kitchen for a few family meal nights. The house had all we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and towels, linens, beach towels, etc. AC was awesome and easy to control. TVs were totally accessible for family move nights. The pool and spa were unbelievable and the outdoor living spaces were just as amazing. Everyone was able to curate their own experience, from my little 11 year old nephew to my 77 year old mother and everyone in between. And Matt was one of the most gracious, and responsive hosts. He really made us feel taken care of and he responded immediately to all my messages that I left on the app. We really look forward to a return visit to this desert paradise. I unequivocally recommend it. Again, just a phenomenal time. Thank you for taking such great care of us Matt!

Amazing host and stay!
Matthew is by far one of the best hosts I've experienced with VRBO and Airbnb stays. He was so communicative and easy to reach if we ever had any questions or issues.
The house is incredible, and the backyard is even better. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for the 4th of July. We will definitely be back in the future!

Unbelievable property. Spacious clean everything you could possibly hope for for a vacation. Pool is superb and there are inflatables in the garage. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. It was just perfect. Matthew for some attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too! You won’t want to leave. Highly recommended!!

Really beautiful property!
Our family recently spent the weekend in this lovely home for our daughter’s 30th birthday. Everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The birthday girl and her husband loved staying in the poolside casita! The landscaping is also delightful and well maintained. Great Palm Springs Experience
We had a great stay. Matt was a wonderful and attentive host.
The house was well equipped w/ everything you could need - kitchenware, linens, towels, etc... The pool was a really good size, big enough to not get too hot in the summer heat. We will be back!

An amazing weekend away
This was the perfect home for our Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked for all of our needs. The pool was the perfect way to relax and Matthew was always available for anything we needed. When we come back we will stay for a longer weekend because two nights at this home wasn't enough.

Perfect for our Family Reunion
Our best VRBO experience yet! Matthew was exceptional in responding to any questions about the house or the area, literally responding within minutes. He also came over soon after arrival to walk us through the house and answer any questions.
The house is gorgeous and spotless. It was perfect for our family reunion as there are multiple sitting areas inside and out, making entertaining a breeze. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and dining table inside, as well as the BBQ and dining tables outside. There was plenty of seating for the older generation and the pool and hot tube provided fun times for the kids.
The house is perfectly placed close to many grocery stores (including Costco)and restaurants just minutes away.
We had a lovely time and plan to going back next year. I highly recommend this house.

Great property with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and organized. The pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area were great. Finally, Matthew made the entire process easy and enjoyable. always responded to any question I had very quickly. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Palm Springs area.
