Lovely place and defo be back! :-D

Lovely location and the room is well equipped too. Very neat deco with a small balcony. Comfy bed and I was able to watch the super tennis, yay!

The bathroom lacks of water so need to use both bath mat and one of the towel to dry it off everytime.

Fantastisch appartement op een zeer goede plek in Ostuni. Alles aanwezig. Prijs/kwaliteit is top! Dikke aanrader voor een kort verblijf.

Great location and value for money

Perfect location, short walk from car parking on via Giosue Pinto. Right on edge of old town, easy walk to centre and restaurants. Lovely outside verandah area to relax.

Cute place

Very cute place, super close to the center. You do have to walk up quite a few stairs, but restaurants and shops are within a minute or two walking distance. Nice that the place had a fridge, kitchen sink, water was hot, AC and decent wifi.

There were a few spiders in the room (two on the bed on different days). On the second date, I noticed many ants coming in through the bottom of the door. I killed about 50 but they kept coming. Messaged the property owner and was told “you could look under the sink and see if there’s anything”- there wasn’t, so I made a mixture of water/soap/salt and poured it all along the door to keep them out overnight. Would have been nice to have shower gel too, but the main problem was the insects.

Przyjemny apartament w samym centrum

Bardzo przyjemny apartament na skraju starówki Ostuni. Czysto, miło, wygodnie. Niczego nie brakowało. Idealny by odwiedzić to urokliwe miasteczko i spędzić noc po miłym wieczorze w jednej z lokalnych tawern...

Jedyny minus to brak możliwości dojazdu blisko apartamentu (strefa ograniczonego ruchu i remont). Ale auto można zostawić na parkingu przy młyńskim kole, a bliskość zabytkowego centrum wszystko wynagradza!!

Mitten in der Altstadt der Cità Bianca

Tatsächlich habe ich zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft mit Hilfe einer Schlüsselbox öffnen müssen, aber Dank des sehr netten Kontaktes lief das Finden des kleinen Apartments und das Aufschließen völlig unkompliziert ab. Das Apartment ist toll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Mille grazie für einen tollen Ausflug nach Ostuni.

Super petit appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Bon contact avec l'hôte. Rosé offert et boissons. Possibilité de se faire des cafés grâce à la machine. C'était parfait.

Pas de possibilité de se rapprocher avec la voiture pour décharger les bagages. Heureusement nous avons trouvé une place pas trop loin.

Shower floor leaked every time. Ostuni train station to the centre is quite a hike to the accomodation without a car.

despite the Propery being very small, it has everything it needs. great location

the only problem was to find it. the directions of the owner were not precise. there are many similar streets and we spent > half an hour looking for the right place walking with our suitcases

Little hideaway in the old part of town. Would stay again.

Located right at the top of the old town of Ostuni but only a ten minute walk into the main square. Very compact apartment in a rustic/industrial style. Had everything I needed. Clean. Pleasant little courtyard balcony. No complaints. Good value for money.

Could have been a little bit bigger.

Lovely property but very hard to find

This property is small but very well designed so it works very well. It has a lovely historic feel and all the facilities work well. It was a most attractive place to stay.

The bathroom is small and overall the space is very limited. There was no hairdryer despite the website saying it was provided. There was no breakfast, not even the usual cards for a local cafe, but we were prepared for this. Finding the property was a complete nightmare. The hosts tried their best replying to my messages (they did not answer the phone) with Google maps etc but simple instructions on where to turn off the road, where to take some steps etc would have made things so much easier. We had to find the property ourselves and a WhatsApp message then gave us the key box code.

Cave style stay in old town

perfect location in the historical part of old town. very cool and stylish design. apartment is small but has everything you can possibly need. We liked gratitude coffee and wine.

Wonderful communication especially for lost Americans driving in Italy for the first time. Place was absolutely adorable and comfortable. The location is PERFECT!!!!!

Ostuni is lovely - Casa Flami very comfortable - no tea bags/ no spare toilet roll - otherwise enjoyed our two days

Nice comfortable bed/ balcony lovely in the evenings/ bathroom and kitchen good

Difficulty finding the property in the Centro storico - host unable to help us much - only spoke Italian so had difficulty communicating - spent two hours using Google maps / and help from lovely residents - only found Casa Flami in the end by accident! Exhausting- and we are seasoned travellers - the maze was too hard to negotiate - she needed to meet us and take us to the property !

Very nice if small room located close to free parking & old town. Too bad we had arrival issues.

The value for this place is quite good. Though small, the room has most everything a traveller would need.

Our check in was not a positive experience. The manager's lack of/poor communication was a major frustration. The manager needs to develop a property information package that can be sent to the traveller as a pdf, in advance, via email or similar so a better arrival experience is possible. This was the most frustrating property access process we've experienced using Booking. The shower has a large overhead "falling-rain type" head that requires sufficient flow of water. Unfortunately, the "on-demand" hot water heater is unable to supply adequate water flow and pressure. Thus, using water anywhere else simultaeously renders the shower almost useless.

Perfect location to explore Ostuni

The Casa has a great location for exploring the lovely town of Ostuni and it is very well presented. The little terrace is lovely for breakfast. We appreciated the local wine left for us and the coffee machine was great.
