Expedia and/or Vrbo provided the wrong address on the Vrbo app. The address on the app gave the wrong apartment unit causing us to spend time trying to get into the wrong unit. The support team was able to rectify this by telling us the correct apartment unit.

We enjoyed our stay here. Zilker park was an easy walk from here and the apartment met our expectations and needs.

I was in town for work and needed a location near my office. The added bonus was how close it was to the trail system, so I easily was able to get a morning run in too!

Peaceful spot in a quiet apartment building, good for 1-2 people. Bike share station steps away, just check the route because some parts of the area are very hilly!

We had a nice stay. The apartment was easily accessible in the building and parking was convenient. We had plans to attend the Trail of Lights at Zilker and appreciated the walking distance to entry. The closet in the bedroom was very spacious and provided a perfect space for our daughter's pack n play that was out of the way, but safe and close. The cleaning brushes provided under the sink (we needed to clean sippy cups/toddler plates we brought) were brown and disgusting so we went and bought our own. The couch is super low to the ground, but comfortable overall. The parking pass does not match the image provided in the arrival instructions, but overall convenience of the location was why we stayed and that was achieved.

Problem swiftly handled.
AC was broken on a very hot day, but they had a temporary until brought in and had the main unit repaired the next day. I appreciated they effort and promptness if dealing with it.
Satisfied with the unit in general. It was affordable and my expectations were lower, but it was better than expected.

It’s the little tbings
A few things with the place:
The fold out sofa bed was super worn out. It’s not really a place to sleep currently. You may want to invest in a new mattress for it.
The TV remote controls were not functional. This is a must when kiddos are staying there.
The door does not shut, unless it’s actually locked. This is tough if you’re coming in with groceries, or if you’re needing to just shut the door and leave it unlocked.
Last, the soap dispenser in restroom was broken.
On the positive, the place was exceptionally clean and it was also well stocked with kitchen essentials. We much appreciated that.
Thanks!

Fantastic management with rapid responses and kind flexibility
Adorable, modern apartment in seriously the best spot in town if you love parks and biking. This was one of the cheapest options in the entire city on the days that we stayed, so it was an incredibly value. Check-in and check-out were painless and done at our convenience. Nice decorative pillows (and a nice variety of bed pillows) plus a lot of comfortable seating. Cute decor, fantastic water pressure in the sinks and shower/tub (EXTREMELY great water pressure, turn the taps on slowly). Great management team, we had a small issue and two questions/requests, and they were incredibly quick to respond and wonderfully accommodating with our needs. Everything was spotless. The walk-in closet in the bedroom has two doors! The wooden bedframe creaks with any tiny movement, but if you’re not moving, this was one of the quietest sleeps I’ve ever had; the bedroom door blocks out the sound of the fridge compressor, and the neighborhood is peacefully quiet. The apartment is about a ten minute walk to Barton Springs. It’s a one minute walk to a MetroBike station, so we were able to take electric-assisted bikes through Zilker Park (three minutes on bike to Barton Springs), and a ten or twenty minute ride to dozens of places to eat and shop, (we biked to Congress Avenue and back a dozen times in two days). I highly recommend this place, my partner and I were extremely pleased with it the entire time we were there, and we had a fantastic time in Austin thanks to having such a cozy and beautifully-located home base.

Great location, marvelous host, well stocked essentials
This comfortable apartment "checks all of the boxes". The location is wonderful -within walking distance of Zilker Park and short car ride to everything. The host was not only easy to access but also thoughtful - essentials like paper towels, soap, etc. were abundant. Thanks for a great vacation.

Simple stay
I arrived and the place was very nice and simple. The place was clean and comfortable just a few scuff Mark's on the wall. I had my nephew come to stay with me for a day he enjoyed the field and trails that were nearby, when he went to show me something on the smart TV there was porno that popped up most likely from the previous stay, my nephew is underage and I was furious he was exposed to such explicit content.. note for future stays, please clear your internet tabs, history, and content from the tv before checking out the air bnb because there could be children involved in the stay... .

Great apartment in a great location!
I really enjoyed my stay, even if it was shorter than I’d like. The house was clean and in a great location. All the appliances I used worked well and overall it was very comfortable. My only two minor complaints are that there wasn’t a floor fan (I like the background noise) and the stopper for the tub didn’t seem to work. Hardly a dealbreaker in my mind, and I’d be happy to come back anytime.

Clean spacious apartment but walls are paper thin
The apartment has all of the amenities you could need and its location is fantastic. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the neighbors' units. We were woken up both nights by barking dogs and one night had to listen to a neighbor do some minor construction. The apartment could also go for a round of roach spray as we were visited by a pair of cockroaches on the second day.

Great Apartment & Location
Quiet, funky place to stay in Austin. Great access to Zilker Park and only a short drive to Lamar Street and downtown Austin. Great to-do suggestions from the hosts. Laundry on-site is nice for a longer visit. We would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting Austin.

Clean, cute apartment in a quiet complex. Location was close to many Austin favorites. Would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone heading there.

basically good but some things could be improved
First, the good: the unit was very, very clean, and the location was excellent.
Things that need work: the shower continuously dripped, no vent fan in bathroom, shower water temperature tepid at best, heater extremely loud, noisy complex, not enough parking

Apartment is decent for the price. The location is awesome, super close to Barton springs and trail around Town Lake.

Great one bedroom!
Overall, we loved staying here. The apartment is on the ground floor and easy to access. Parking was convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and the little courtyard outside was cute. The only concern is one of the neighbor's dogs was a bit noisy but, overall, a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at our Airbnb, everything was more than we had expected. We loved the Zen garden in the courtyard, totally reminded us of when we in Cali, where we grew up. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Wasn't everything I hoped for
This place in pictures and in person at first glance looks awesome but I would say this place needs work. I came away with mixed feelings. This was my first airbnb expirence. The information the tenants provided was very useful. This place is very close to the downtown and other attractions. However, I planned a getaway with four people only come to find out this place only provided 3 towels. The shower head was not only short but also loose so it isn't comfortable for anyone over 5'7. I was unable to find pillows for the pull out couch. The final straw was the cockaroaches coming from the locked bedroom closest. We left in the middle of the night to a hotel. All of these issues could easily be addressed with minimal effort. We paid 171 a night and we're only refunded 50 dollars from the tenant. I was able to contact Airbnb to solve the issue. For the price of this place and to avoid Issues while on vacation I would not recommend this place until the issues were resolved.
