Wonderful experience in a beautiful, modern apartment with perfect location and great facilities. Marion, the host, was super helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful, modern apartment. Everything was perfect! The location could not have been any better. Thank you!

Very good. Will visit again

We previously stayed in the apartment in October ’22 and very much enjoyed our return visit in a sunny February. We were greeted with another warm welcome by Marion. The apartment had just undergone a lovely refurbishment throughout (not currently shown in the photos on the website) and we were even able to have some lunches outside on the balcony making the most of the February sun and the views of the sea and coast.
We’re sure we’ll be returning again before long.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Very generous proportions, wrap around balcony, lots of natural light, view out to the sea, nice balcony furniture to lounge on. We like this side of Antibes, nestled between the Cap and the old town/Bd Albert 1er. Would recommend

The apartament has everything needed to make stay in Antibes enjoable- it’s large, well equipped , has a wonderful frontal see view, it’s located 2-3 minute walk distance to the beach and 10-15 minute walk distance to the old city. There are a boulangerie and a grocery very close to the apartament . Marion, our host was super- great in addressing our needs, she is a very pleasant person, I have enjoyed a lot to chat with her.

Great apartment with fantastic location! It looked just as great as in the pictures. I was very pleasantly surprised by the good facilities. Deidre's tips on restaurants and excursions were very helpful. We enjoyed the bakery around the corner, the beach just a few minutes walk away, the beautiful old town as well as the sea view from the balcony and even from the living room. Marion, who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. We were absolutely satisfied with our choice of this apartment!

A lovely spacious one bedroom apartment, that is very well equipped and has wide spacious balconies. Some handy shops including a boulangerie below the apartment. In August the crowds were intense. The beaches crowded and the streets as well. Still sitting above the noise and hub Bub below we could watch and enjoy from a distance and when things quietened down venture out for a walk and swim.
Thanks to friendly Marion, the manager, who fitted in with our preferred arrival and departure times and sorted out any minor issues.
This apartment is one of the best in Antibes.

The situation of this spacious flat is hard to beat - ticks all the boxes! The wraparound balcony catches the sun all day round in early August and is ideal for relaxing. The property managers (Marion and Cyril) were exceptionally helpful with our transfers which were at slightly awkward times.
Already planning a potential return next year!

The apartment is very spacious. Truly a simple walk across the street to a clean sandy beach. Everything you need for your stay in the same block. Italian bakery, French bakery, delicious Italian restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy. Super simple. Quiet top floor apartment and building. Marion the property manager is fantastic. The trade off we learned to this relaxing beach centric location is the access to the train and Provençal market b/c it is a 15-20 min walk. It's closer to the train if you stay in old down but you don't wake up to an open sky and water front access.

The apartment was an excellent choice for our week in Antibes. It was spacious and well equipped, and with a little attention to some sealant, decoration and minor furniture issues it would rate as superb. The external terrace with its view down to the beach was fantastic and we made good use of the electric barbecue provided. The beach is such a short walk away that we just took towels down for a swim and then returned to all the benefits of the apartment. The boulangerie and small supermarket below the apartment were so handy too, and it was a pleasant walk into town along the sea front and through the alleyways of old quarter. It was unfortunate that Marion who checked us in had clearly overstretched herself on our arrival day, and could not manage the timings she had agreed with us only a day earlier. She then blamed us for wanting to check in early, not true as it was after the 3pm time specified in the booking terms and conditions, and she kept saying “it’s not all about you, you know”. Actually for the 10 minutes she spent with us, representing the owner, surely it should have all been about us, it is part of what we were paying for. Anyway the poor start did not spoil our stay and we would happily use the apartment again if we return to Antibes.

This is a very spacious, light-filled, clean, well-equipped and well-located apartment. Easy walking to Old Town Antibes, beaches, food, etc. Availability of a parking space was a bonus. It was too windy to really enjoy the large balconies, but the view is great. This was our last stay before returning home, so it was a wonderful base to enjoy our end-of-trip days.
Two minor issues -- we never could get the wi-fi to connect; better instructions would have been helpful. Likewise, the AC unit in the bedroom was complex and we never did get the full relief needed on a humid muggy evening. Possibly, instructions would have helped. AC in the rest of the apartment worked great when needed.

We were fortunate to get to spend a week in this comfortable and well equipped home. The location was perfect, the apartment was very spacious and the communication with our host was excellent. A small fee for very secure parking was a plus! Highly recommend!

An idyllic appartment well positioned with great views of the beach and Cap dAntibes. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Plenty of opportunities to catch the sun on the wrap-round terrace, and only two minutes from the beach. Local amenities, including a very well provisioned local supermarket whichmade life easy. We look forward to repeating the experience next year.

Just what we hoped for -- and then some! Deirdre's place has everything a couple needs for a great getaway - perfect location, plenty of space, top-notch amenities and a great view. Marion was delightful and very helpful. We are already planning to go back! Thanks Deirdre!

Communication was attentive and check in a breeze especially when you get greeted right at the train station! The apartment is nice, the location is great. Views to the ocean, a store and restaurant (which was really good) below. The apartment could use a little TLC otherwise its big for a one bedroom. The balcony is wonderful to sit on. Thanks again for letting us stay.

No negative comments whatsoever - excellent location and even watching French driving techniques on the busy road below the flat provided entertainment !

Marion the manager was very sweet and picked us up from train station. This was so wonderful because we were very tired and were not familiar with the city. The apartment was gorgeous, very clean, great view. The kitchen had great clean equipment. We loved the beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Thank you so much for unforgettable experience:)

Antibes
Everything was perfect about the apartment. We especially loved buying coffee, croissants, etc. at Maison Keyser each morning and eating out on the apartment terrace. Nearby beaches are very good and jazz festival at nearby Juan-Les-Pins has a laid back vibe and top notch music.

Really terrific stay with a family of four including two teenagers. Check in was easy; and Marion was lovely to deal with. The wraparound balcony is very nice and made the stay, especially for outdoor dining and hanging out. Parking spot was key. Close walk to old Antibes, beaches, shopping. We would like to come back some day!

This apartment is exactly what you see online and a perfect place to stay in Antibes. I used it for work during quarantine and the wifi was excellent. Great location. Everything worked perfectly. Very prompt and helpful communication and a great property manager.

Globalement excellent

A truly fantastic beach front apartment
I have to be honest, I thought about not leaving a review in the hopes of keeping this place a hidden gem—-just for me! But then that would not be fair to the wonderful family and group that takes care of this fantastic beachfront condominium.
This place is truly in the middle of it all. You have a wonderful Boulanger right below you for morning breakfast and fresh coffee, a wine shop next to it for an evening drink or take home bottle, and A beautiful pristine sandy beach right across the street from you. The view of the beach From your outdoor private balcony on third floor (great spacious elevator) makes any simple bottle of wine taste like a French masterpiece as you sit down to enjoy the evening with the cool breeze Rolling in.
The air-conditioning is pristine and the electric roll down metallic shutters can make the entire apartment feel like 2 AM instead of 2 PM with the press of a button when you need to take that necessary afternoon nap! My family and I loved this place and I am sure that you will too.

An excellent stay in Antibes
The apartment is very well presented with a large terrace that allows its use all a day as it has both sunny and shady areas, and a well as an excellent view of the beach.
The rooms are large and well equipped, clean light and airy, and the air conditioning is quiet and effective.
The kitchen is a well equipped and the electric BBQ is a most welcome extra. Because the main bedroom is at the back of the property it is quiet, and sleeping is not disturbed, while the walk-in wardrobe and comfortable bed, plus the ensuite bathroom, all add to its luxury feel.
We had an excellent holiday in the apartment which is close to one of the best boulangerie/partisseries in Antibes, if not the Cote d'Azur. With a small but well-stocked local mini-supermarket and a newsagents under the apartment block, it is easy to get all you need without having to venture into Antibes, which is only a short walk away.
We have visited Antibes on numerous occasions over the past 15 years, but this was definitely our best holiday there yet, thanks mainly to the great facilities at the apartment and its ideal position.

We have immensely enjoyed our stays at this apartment for up to 2 months for each of the last 5 years. The huge terrace that wraps around the apartment is terrific for sea viewing with the patio furniture providing comfortable lounging as well as an ideal place for al fresco dining. The spacious apartment is well equipped with everything you need from an assortment of dishes to utensils to pots and pans; ample linen, beach towels; dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor clothes drier. A market 100 feet from the apartment makes it very convenient to purchase whatever is needed. Plage Ponteil, the white sand beach across the street, with breakwaters that ensure calm waters is ideal for swimming. Dierdre, the owner, is very accommodating and is a pleasure to deal with. Marion who is also a delight and her assistants ensure that the apartment is clean and ready for use upon arrival and subsequently. Royal Med View with its 10 minute walk to the center of Antibes is a perfect base for immersion into life in this charming town and for accessing others in the Cote D'Azur.

Brilliant stay
My wife and I spent a week in this fabulous, spacious apartment. It has everything you need (although there was no iPod docking station or DVD player as advertised) but that didn't bother us as there was an abundance of English channels on the tv, (not that we watched much tv either!).
The apartment was well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There is a nice little supermarket at the bottom of the building and a great patisserie a couple of doors along which did exquisite croissants, breads and sandwiches.
There is lots of restaurants locally and we highly reccomend the Italian opposite the apartment block.
We don't usually go back to the same place more than once, but are hoping to return to this apartment next year.
