Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the rooftop terrace, equipped with a relaxing jacuzzi, dining area, barbecue, and sun loungers. Swim in the pool, exercise in the gym, and enjoy local cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen.

The exterior, covering 630 m², features elegant wood-look flooring in a modern grey tone, creating a chic ambiance. The saltwater pool (9m x 3m) is easily accessible via steps and has a "sun deck" with shallow water, perfect for sunbathing. Enjoy comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with two large dining tables.

Stay active in the transformed underground garage, now a fitness room with various training units, including table tennis, TRX, treadmill, and satellite TV. The integrated lighting and music system on the terrace and rooftop terrace is conveniently controlled via iPad.

On the ground floor, the open-style living area features a central dining table in elegant white. There is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, XXL satellite TV, and minimalist decor, and another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) to entertain the kids.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen island, microwave, oven, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Behind the kitchen is a practical area with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor bathroom is also a plus.

The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, USB ports, built-in wardrobes, and are furnished in a modern and high-quality style. The views from the rooms are either of the sea or the pretty coastal village. The bathrooms offer comfort and elegance.

Baby cots and high chairs for our little guests are also available.

From the moment we arrived Bernat and his family made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Their welcome pack and recommendations were very helpful. There was plenty in the house to suit all ages; the teenage kids especially enjoyed table tennis, play station, and loved the surprise offering of lego sets and chess. The pool and hot tub were great. Hot tub instructions to fill and heat were clear. The ensuite bedrooms all had tvs with netflix as a bonus and some had amazing views of the sea-though even if you stay in a room without this view, the view from the rooftop made up for it. The rooftop was fantastic for bbqs ,and the provision of a fridge and plate/glasses etc .was super helpful. Eating out locally was also easy with several options within a 5 min walk. The more bustling area of Can Picafort is easily accessible by car/bus/taxi and where we would recommend the beach. The villa was well equipped and had the choice of plenty of seating to eat upstairs or down. Don't miss out on stargazing from the rooftop at night ,this was one of our favourite family memories!

We had a great time with family. We were all very comfortable with so many places that everyone could hang out without bothering anyone else. Kimberley and Bernat were extremely helpful and giving of their time so that we did not have to worry about anything except having fun. Would do it again for sure.

Fantastic house, with everything you can possible need. We were 5 couples, everything was great, both inside and outside the house, including the follow up through the week. Quiet area, and not much restaurants etc. But that was perfect for us.

There was plenty of room for our party of 5 couple. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were some excellent restaurant five minute walk from the house. It is a very quiet area. The beach close by has some rocks. We didn't find the beautiful beach which was a 20minute walk from the house until the last day. We had a wonderful time.

The building worked for everyone, with the exception of drinking water which needed to bought daily. After spending so much money on renting this was a real black mark. That aside everyone enjoyed the building and its facilities and it made an 80th birthday celebration wonderful.

We wanted a spacious villa in a location where a big group of us could “ebb and flow” throughout the week - and this place was perfect! Lots of corners and different areas for quiet reading, long conversations etc and big communal areas too for eating together. Comfortable beds, good showers, excellent pool and poolside area, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful roof terrace - we couldn’t have asked for more! And the introduction was great too. Thank you!

Bernat was a great host who has a great property. From the large downstairs area that can seat 14 people at a single table with additional seating outside with a view of a pool. To the 6 ensuite bedrooms and the rooftop deck with bar and hot tub. This was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Die Villa ist sehr schön alles vorhanden direkt am Meer. Der Ort Son Serra de Marina sehr ruhig ab vom Tourismus. Es gibt tolle Restaurants mit gutem Essen. Die Villa könnte sauberer sein. Wenn man unten in die Villa kommt schmeckt es immer so komisch den Geruch brachten wir auch nach einer Woche lüften nicht raus.

Fantastic location and an owner who tried his best. Fix your organization: Start by reading your mail inbox. After that you can start a dialog with your customer so that the value of renting your house would be something positive. I also think that you have to consider some kind of compensation when things doesn’t work out as they should. In our case it was terrible smelling in one bathroom and one aircondition out of order. We didn’t get the 5 stars we payed for…

Die Finca ist in einem Top Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Erdgeschoss bietet sehr viel Platz zum verweilen. Küche mit Kochinsel und ausreichend Platz für alle. So wurde das gemeinsame Frühstück zu einem tollen Einstieg in den Tag. Pool für Mai aufgrund des tollen Wetters voll nutzbar. Whirlpool auf der großen Dachterasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wer möchte kann den Gasgrill benutzen. Überall ist ausreichend Platz zum chillen. Musikanlage sowohl auf der Dachterasse als auch am Pool vorhanden. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung . Der Strand ist direkt am Haus. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen guten Überblick über das Meer und SonSerra. Dank an Andreea von 5StrasHome für den tollen Support am Tag der Ankunft. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus sehr neuwertig. Man könnte im Erdgeschoss, in Poolnähe durch Pflanzkübel oder Palmen noch etwas mehr Atmosphäre schaffen. Ein Sonnensegel oder Sonnenschirm würde am Morgen helfen, um für etwas Schatten zu sorgen. Der Keller ist mit Fitnessgeräten und Tischtennisplatte ausgestattet. Die Tischtennisplatte könnte man besser auf der Terasse nutzen, Es fehlte eine Themoskanne um Kaffee warm zu halten.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo una semana en Son Serra con la familia y amigos. Los niños han disfrutado un montón. Era una semana memorable. Volveremos seguro. Las bicis tienen que comprar nuevas. Sería necesaria 6. 4 para adultos y 2 para niños. Y con cerradura. Invertir en 2 tablas de SUP.

Wir waren nach dem Lockdown mit 9 Personen in der wunderschönen Villa. Die schöne Blick den man jeden Tag aufs Meer und den Sonnen auf und Sonnenuntergang hat, ist unbezahlbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir durften am Anreisetag früher hinein. Durch die Größe der Villa hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war für Mai noch zu kalt, aber im Hochsommer sicherlich eine willkommene Erfrischung. In dem Ort gibt es zwei schöne Restaurants und ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe in Son Serra de Marina genossen. Auch wenn wir oben auf der Dachterrasse mal schön Musik gehört haben. Fanden wir es fern ab des Trubels hier doch am schönsten. Mehr als drei Fahrräder wären toll . Ein paar Blumen am Pool u Terrasse würden es gemütlicher machen .

The house was spacious, breezy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We arrived in early June for a week and were disappointed that the pool was way too cold to use. You might consider a solar heater for the pool as you have plenty of space and sun for one.

Had a wonderful week at this villa. Everything about the property is first class. The villa is truly amazing, with a spacious roof terrace that has comfortable seating and whirlpool. There were 12 of us in 6 separate rooms. All the spaces were very comfortable. The villa is spotless and well equipped. We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful villa. Lovely in every way!

Great villa!

Just got back from lovely holiday at Villa Paradise. Lovely location with great views. Very impressed with the quality of the villa and amenities. Perfect size for 3 families. Children especially enjoyed the pool (although unheated but still didn't deter!) and the hot tub! Nothing was too much trouble for 5Stars Homes - even when the bbq ran out of gas on a Sunday - it was replaced within the hour!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this Villa in Son Serra De Marina. Wonderful sea views, nice pool, table tennis, bikes, wi-if, music, play station, Netflix. Something for everybody. Only 30 meters from the beach. Six or seven bars/restaurants within easy walking distance and Ca’n Picafort only a 10 minute drive. The owner was very nice and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
