Walking distance to ALL the sights. Located on a quiet canal street steps from a wide assortment of restaurants and markets. Owner went out of her way to arrange an early check in and sent essential information my way prior to arriving.
The flat was exactly as described. The bathroom is ‘unique’ but functional
Overall a true gem!

Great base for a couple to explore central Amsterdam neighbourhoods. Comfortable and well equipped for self-catering. Lots of local eateries, bakeries, etc.. washer/dryer is handy for extended stays.

Great communication and wonderful, quiet neighborhood in the Jordaan area of Amsterdam. Convenient to everything.

Great location - close to Metro stops, restaurants, groceries, shops, "tour stops". Good firm bed, hot shower with good pressure, well-equipped galley, washer AND dryer, lots of storage. One large room with partial screen separating bedroom - a sleep mask helps if the rising sun wakes you; earplugs help if you arrive on Kings Day, as we unknowingly did, lol.

The communication with landlord was excellent. Easy check in. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Location near restaurants and amenities made the trip outstanding.

The place is as advertised, small and comfy. Very well located although Saturday night the passerby’s were noisy. The biggest downsize was the tiny bathroom with a shower that was difficult to move around in. The toilet is in a separate adjacent room that is a bit unfinished looking. Having said that, bed was comfy.

Great location.
I’m grateful that the early midday check-in time was adjusted to the arrival flight.

The apartment was a spacious and ambient studio. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet yet very close to the centre of Amsterdam. Our host provided very helpful information for getting to the apartment from the airport and local restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

Quiet part of the neighborhood and right on a canal. Still close enough to easily walk to most tourist spots. Overall a great little apartment. Check in was very easy and I highly recommend

This first floor efficiency flat was perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance to the major museums and Anne Frank House. There were 3 tram stops within a 5 minute walk making other city exploration easy, too. Convenient to eat out or grocery shop. The kitchen was well set up. I was grateful for the washer/dryer as the airline misplaced my bag and I never saw it until I flew out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this Amsterdam apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The caretaker, Janet, was waiting at the apartment when we arrived and was helpful by providing information we needed to get around Amsterdam and places to buy food and go to dinner. The location is close to everything you need and tram stops. The apartment is across the street from a canal and the neighborhood was safe and very pretty. We could not ask for a better stay. We were very happy and satisfied.
I would divinity stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our 10 night stay.
The apartment is quiet, fully equipped and clean. The location provided an easy walk around the Jordaan neighborhood. Also close to public transportation to easily reach other areas.
Prior to our stay Cristina, provided detailed information as how to arrive at the apartment and suggestions for restaurants and groceries in the area.
Cristina quickly responded to all communications. She was very accomodating, e.g. added an extra day to our rental period on short notice.

We loved our visit to Amsterdam. The apartment is in the perfect location, everything that we wanted to visit was very walkable. We were fortunate enough to have early check in and late check out which made our travel days much easier. The apartment was very clean and came with everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting the city!

This unit was a perfect fit for us. We were greeted by a friend of the owner who walked us through everything. The owner maintained good communication. Centrally located on a canal and within walking distance of everything we needed: grocery, liquor, restaurants, ex-pat doctor :-(, entertainment, public transit, etc. The bed was comfy and the fan was welcome for those warm nights. Lots of storage and overall a well-appointed apartment. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom in a little tight space but manageable. The shower had great water pressure. It is difficult to take advantage of the cooler evening air without opening the front door, but it was nice to have a cool beer on the sidewalk and watch the world go by while cooling down the suite. Washer/dryer worked great. The area is very safe and friendly. We look forward to staying again.

We spent several nights in this lovely, quiet apartment right on a canal in Amsterdam. Convenience store and tram routes just two blocks away. The apartment was sparkling clean, communication with the host was awesome and the flair and convenience of the place was lovely. Definitely recommending it and would stay there again.

Check in was great. Location is beautiful and great for the tourist looking to see the city. Tram system is very good and there are stops a short walk from the apartment. Quite for sleeping. Well equipped and for those used to european Vrbo's this one represents good value

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super cute and very clean. Just to be aware bring all your own shampoo, soaps, cotton pad etc. There is nothing extra to use. My luggage never arrived so i had nothing. This is not a negative just a heads-up. Anne Frank's is about a 10 minute walk and the Red Light District and Central Station is about a 30 minute walk. The museum area is about 30 minute walk as well. It was lovely to walk and see all the sights. Thank you very much for a wonderful home to stay. The decorating is awesome!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is small but perfect for a couple. My only complaint is the bathroom. It gets very wet from the shower and doesn't dry up. Covering up the boiler in the toilet would be a good idea also

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to everything you'd like to see in Amsterdam yet far enough away to enjoy a more neighbourhood vibe. Great restaurants and stores nearby.

We stayed here for a few nights and it was a beautiful place to call home. Super clean, quiet, comfy beds (we used the pull-out futon/sofa as well), stocked with some necessary essentials (not much in terms of cooking, but toilet paper, etc), and right next to a canal. I also had to work a couple of days while I was there, and it was quiet during the day and the flat was equipped with super-speed wifi, if that's something that matters to you. The location couldn't be more ideal--walking distance to everything (5 min to Anne Frank house--an absolute must-visit while in town, by the way--Vondelpark is about 20 min away, just to give you an idea) and near all the major museums, etc. Communication with Cristina was excellent, which is always important to me, and she was quick to reply to any request or question. It's beautifully furnished and nice to feel at home while exploring a new city. Highly recommend if you're lucky enough to find this available for your dates!

Little disappointed that we could not access outside area and that scaffolding was in place at both the front and the rear of the building.

Cristina's flat is perfect: quiet, on a small canal, and walking distance to Rijksmuseum and many wonderful parts of Amsterdam. We liked being out of the main tourist area and appreciated all Cristina's help and flexibility. We highly recommend Cristina and her flat and would be very happy to stay there again.

The apartment was cozy, and the location was great. Janet was kind and helpful. Also got nice tips from Chritina beforehand. The only minus was upstairs renovation work, which is why we were not able to use the yard (due that unable to open the back door). In our weekend the weather was bit rainy, so the inconvenience was not so bad….

Loved this neighborhood. Truly the best in Amsterdam. It’s on the street so very noisy, especially since it was Kings Day. And no real daylight. Janet who checked me in was very nice and right on time.

The place was great. We had a hard time navigating in Amsterdam... the manager tried to meet us for key pick up a few times.
There was now remote access key code. You must physically receive a key.
The place was awesome.

Unit was accurately described; Janet was on hand to meet us (thanks for the late evening check-in!); all of the sites were within walking distance.
Special shout-out to the nearby NU coffee shop for great black coffee and fresh-baked muffins & croissants each morning.

This apartment is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. Neighborhood is great, Nicole was very helpful and fun at check in, and the apartment was cozy and supplied with everything I needed. Once I rented a bike, everything in the city was within a quick ride. A couple of very minor suggestions: consider installing an electronic door lock to remove the dependency of having (or losing) the physical key, and consider connecting some of the lights to a single power strip or switch (there are a lot of lamps to turn on/off individually).

Amazing location- close to everything we wanted, but on a quiet street. The check in process was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. The place was also very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful experience. I felt warmly welcomed, right from the start, when I first made the booking online. Cristina was quick to respond to messages, professional and thoughtful with a personal touch . And professional and thoughtful with a personal touch also describes her cozy Amsterdam apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided, just make the booking and you'll see what I mean. Nicola wasn't available that day, but Leo was there to hand over the keys and he patiently and professionally presented the apartment. And the location was perfect, in front of a classic canal, in Amsterdam's classiest neighborhood the Jordaan. You'll feel like a local, because of the apartment's intimate location, but when you want to go do touristy things, it's just a short walk away. Crsitina and Nicola thoughfully sent a warm message at the conclusion of my stay, which perfectly wrapped up my Amsterdam vacation. Highly recommend!
