Spacious apartment with cool vibe in a charming coastal town

Large spacious apartment with a cool vibe! The jar of homemade cookies left for us were delicious! Ericeira is a charming coastal town.

Not really a sea view. There was a little view of the sea from the patio. We stayed on the 2nd floor and I believe only the 2nd floor apartments have a patio with outdoor furniture. The patio is enormous! Only thing is the apartments on the 3rd and 4th floor can look down on you. A couple well place triangle sail shades would make the patio an A+ spot by offering some shaded and private spots. Maybe add a few plants as well.

Overpaid.

Nothing is like pictures. Small pools, The garden is noisy all day/night long ( facing the main street) rooms are clean, the rest, not really.

Awesome!

We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The people on were reception were helpful and we checked in very quickly; if there was an issue in the room we could message reception on Whatsapp - very efficient.

Great modern hotel.

A nice funky modern hotel with heated large pool. Also had a nice dinner and lovely breakfast . A bit of a walk to centre.

Just a perfect stay, great memories made!

Fabulous facilities, everything you need for rain or shine and 2 smallies under 4! Spacious apartments, indoor and outdoor pool options, playground, playroom and general outdoor space also! Great good too!

A little but further outside Ericeira than we would have liked but don’t be put off - this is only a small bother if pushing a buggy back to apartment after day at beach! It’s a short stroll otherwise!

Wonderful staff, excellent facilities, lovely location

Just had a fantastic week stay at You and the Sea. We had a 3 bed apartment which was perfect. The rooms are all generous sized with a big living/dining area and a huge terrace. You could open all the rooms onto the terrace so the breeze kept it fresh and cool. The kitchen is really well equipped with all we needed. The rooms are really nicely decorated so the apartment has character, with good quality furniture, wooden floors etc. The hotel staff really made the holiday. They are so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they have a really positive approach. The hotel is great for active families. We hired the hotel bikes to get into town and visit other beaches and their surf boards to surf on the Praia do sul beach which had great waves when we were there and is an easy walk down the hill. We loved both the indoor pool and outdoor pool area and my teenage kids enjoyed the gym. We really liked the location of the hotel which is just out of town at the south end of Praia do sul but an easy 10-15 min walk into town (we preferred walking along the beach in the evening on the way into dinner as was great people watching!). Or else 5 mins bike ride into town. The hotel has a great view of the sea and it's own private gardens just below the road which is peaceful and a lovely walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the parties that take place in the gardens on Wednesday and Friday. You can't hear anything from the hotel but there is a fun and friendly atmosphere and very international crowd. Our older teen kids enjoyed them too. We will definitely return and have recommended it already to friends.

They have a nice spa …rooms are big and clean

Not as advertised on booking … I have booked a sea view room when I entered the room it was back view . There is no clarity on the sea view option it is very misleading… they have said the sea view option has to be superior and this was never mentioned by booking . If I knew this was the case I would not have booked in this hotel as the view are from my top priority

Beautiful stay, planning on a return soon!

Fantastic spacious apartment, clean. Loved the pool and restaurant and overall vibe.

Shame the bar across the road wasn't open, but we were there a bit off season. Terrace for our apartment felt a bit stark, but we enjoyed the balcony with sea view out the front.

Brilliant property in a great little spot

The apartment was really spacious, well equipped & super clean. Lovely touches with the beach towels & bag to use for your stay. Breakfast was okay. Staff at reception helpful & my son enjoyed his birthday cake that was left for him

The restaurant staff needed a manager. The service was slow & disorganised.

Great location, super friendly staff, clean and nice apartment.

It's a new, superclean building with very friendly staff. I stayed in a studio and it was a great size. It's also perfect that you can park your car in the parking.

The way the pool is located is really awkward. The restaurant, where there are also people working or for business lunches, is situated right next to the pool (which is an indoor pool). Then when you go outside you have a few sunbeds, but this makes it feel really invasive or awkward to have a swim. Also when you do lie on the sunbeds and need to use the toilet for instance, you have to use the toilet inside the restaurant where there are literally business meetings going on and conferences. Also, for now the price/quality was really good but I tried to look it up for 2024 and saw that the price for about 10 days (off season) is around 3K - in my opinion, def not worth it.

The finest place we ever stayed, bar none!

The spacious rooms The comfortable beds The excellent bathrooms with toiletries supplied. The excellent and helpfull staff. The bar and restaurant within the complex which served delicious food and drinks. The infinity pool with towels supplied and wonderful views.

Nothing it was exceptional in every aspect.
