Two car garage and large driveway for 4 cars.
Early check in and late check out must be approved by owner.

I was really impressed by how clean this home was, and there are instructions for everything, which made it very stress-free and easy. The owner is very responsive and was flexible with check in/out times, which was very appreciated. The game room was the highlight. We will definitely be back!

It was an excellent location and a nice and spacious house. We enjoyed a lot in this house during our stay. A couple of things were checked out. We found out just before we left that we had to do bed sheets to load, start the washing machine, and bring thrash to the dumpster, which was 3 miles away.

Clean, comfortable - has everything you need. Game room was fun! Family stayed for a JMU graduation. Very close to Harrisonburg. Would definitely come back to swim in pool or ski on mountain. Property manager easy to contact and they left plenty of info in home to make you understand the layout of the place

The house was amazing and super spacious. The home has any game you can think off from board games, to video games, to pool, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, etc. It was just such an awesome house. Paula also goes above and beyond with her communication about the house and makes it an amazing stay. We actually left something and she mailed it back to us the very next day. Such an amazing place and host. This place will absolutely exceed your expectations.

Beautiful home, seasoning, toiletries, dishes, additional blankets use of the garage. Dropping off the trash away from the home was a little challenging in the snow. The owner was very responsive to address each of my concerns.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving get away with our whole family here. We are a family of gamers so it was perfect! The design of the house fit us as well. My daughter's family with small children took 1 floor and the grandparents had the lower floor so there was a bit of privacy for everyone. The property is convenient to a decent grocery store, a lovely winery, and a very cool Children's museum! All in all a great vacation!!!

This is not our first time staying in this home, and there is a reason for that— the open space living is great, the rooms are a great size and plenty of them for friends/family trips, and the game room is the best part! We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It's open concept, spacious living space is ideal for family gatherings. Everyone could be in the same place quite comfortably for gatherings, but when you wanted some alone time, there was plenty of room for solitude in other cozy rooms in the home. We have found our "home away from homes" in this haven.

This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this house, attending JMU football games. The house is always immaculate, there are helpful signs throughout the house to keep everything in its place and organized, and Paula makes the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this house and will come back again and again.

We stayed here for a wedding. The home is beautiful. There's lots of things to do within the home and in the surrounding area. The hosts were very clear about rules and fines if said rules were broken which was nice to see. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. A huge bonus were the tempurpedic pillows. Our boys loved playing here. If we find our way back to this area we will definitely book again.

This trip was a small family reunion which everyone enjoyed. Having a game area, screened in porch for socialization was a plus and used most of Saturday afternoon. It was a great venue to catch up!

Our family of two adult children, their spouses, and five grandkids ages 18-3 gathered for the first time in nine years. The cousins had never met each other. The house was perfect for our family gathering! Plenty of roomy bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, video games, table games, and puzzles for the varied interests of the kids so everyone had something they enjoyed. The home is absolutely spotless and fully equipped with everything that we needed. Home is close to Shenandoah National Park, historical sites, caverns, and horseback riding. I don't know when/if we will be able to do this again, but it was the perfect place to create a lot of wonderful memories, and we will definitely return to this home if we are able to.

Beautiful property that was perfect get away for our family. Everything was very clean and house was well equipped with anything you may need. Game room was tons of fun for the kids. Check in and check out were seamless. Instructions on wall were not obtrusive. They spelled things out clearly so procedures were clear. Trash removal somewhat cumbersome but manageable. Owner was very responsive. Location is tucked away but close enough to easily enjoy many activities. Upper and lower decks give great opportunity to enjoy the nature around you. We’d definitely stay again.

The house was very nicely situated close to the water park. So many fun things to do in the house for children and adults alike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before/during our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you have children as they will be easily entertained for hours on end.

We stayed a week in this great home. The host was very helpful in explaining the house layout and was accommodating a few issues we had with the for the mobility issues of one of our family. The screened porch was wonderful for dinners and game nights. Everyone enjoyed the game tables, either as a spectator or player. The highway noise was louder than expected, but VDOT was doing tree trimming the week we were there, it did not detract from our stay. King and Queen Beds were very comfortable and having access to the resort was great for tennis. Thank you for a lovely vacation spot!

When we first walked in, we noticed the cleanliness of the place. It is very well kept & beautiful! They have everything you could need there aside from towels & washcloths (which it tells you that in the listing).we enjoyed our stay there & would love to come back when we can actually spend some time enjoying the house & all its amenities. We were in town for my son’s wedding so we didn’t get a lot of time hanging around the house, but the time spent there was comfortable & enjoyable! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for our vacation. For the first two days while we were there, we encountered
rain, hail, and thunderstorms, but we were still able to enjoy staying in doors. We played the games we carried as well as played pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis which was located on the lower floor. We were also able to do some activities at the resort. Staying here gave us quality time with each other and when we needed our own space, it was there.

The house is very clean and spacious. The basement is nice if you have older children, pool table and shuffle boards and video game systems. The screened in porch in the basement is a nice place to sit and get some fresh air while being protected from the elements.
That’s about where the niceties end. There are so many rules that it takes away from the family time and enjoyment. If you have small kids under 7 it’s a lot to make sure you don’t accidentally overstep one of the the rules.
There are rule postings all over the house for things you can and cannot do with penalties of fines l over the house. It would be nice if we had one large checklist so that you can make sure you’ve accomplished all the tasks before departure.
Icing on the cake is that you have to take your trash and load it into your personal vehicle and drive it almost 3 miles away to the communal dumpsters to avoid another fine.
Bring you’re own toilet paper and trash bags because they only provide starter ones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-beautiful home, great location, host very friendly & quick to respond…no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable, plenty of kitchen supplies & great downstairs for entertainment! All of us enjoyed the downstairs-between the fireplace, enclosed screened in porch with comfy seating, to pool table, air hockey table, ping pong & fussball table-we were grateful for the rainy day to enjoy all the indoor entertainment! My daughter is a student at JMU…house was not too far of a drive & away from the busyness. We prepared breakfast & dinners @ house & the house was perfectly stocked with all the kitchen accessories we needed! Highly recommend this place!!

We had 4 couples staying at the house. There was plenty of room! The game room was wonderful as was the screened in porch. The noise from the road can get a bit loud when you are out on the decks but you can’t hear it when inside. Paula was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a great stay in Massanutten! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Paula.
