Bayview, Saundersfoot, is a large Luxury self catering house with fantastic sea views. Sleeps up to 8 (4 Bedrooms). 1 kingsize, 2 double and 1 twin, the kingsize bedroom has modern en-suite with built in TV, 1 luxury family bathroom and separate cloakroom with w/c.
Bayview is situated on a large private plot within a 10 minute downhill stroll to the beach in the lovely Welsh village of Saundersfoot. This popular Pembrokeshire fishing village and seaside resort boasts an award winning blue flag beach, traditional shops, pubs and restaurants and only a few miles away from the larger town of Tenby. It is an ideal base for taking in Pembrokeshire’s stunning beaches, costal paths and the wonderful countryside within the Pembrokeshire National Park.
Bayview has been fully renovated, and lovingly transformed into a modern self catering house with stunning bathroom and en-suite facilities not to mention a brand new modern kitchen. Enclosed garden to the side of the property, also with sea views and is a proven sun trap for the sun worshippers. The balcony and glass to the living room means you can always enjoy the breath taking sea views.
Bed linen and towels are provided. With Free WiFi. Ample off-road parking for up to 4 cars.

Great property, clean and spacious with a nice view from the family room. Well equipped and functional kitchen. A short downhill walk from Saundersfoot, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, however prepare yourself for the uphill return journey.

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful sea views. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible. Just a short 5/10 minute walk in to Saundersfoot and the beach. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we wouldn’t think twice about rebooking it again!

Perfect in every way. Beautiful house, loved sitting on the balcony in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee. Property well maintained and has everything you would need, quiet location but within easy access to the village and beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend.

Our second visit, this time in a heatwave. Lots of space and a great view. Glad of the sea breeze in the evenings, although the house keeps reasonably cool.

A great family home
The house exceeded our expectations in particular regarding space and functionality. With 3 adult couples and young children, the house offered plenty of space for everyone including outdoor. The house is very well equipped, with a lovely decor and beautiful view of the sea. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach although getting back up the hill took somewhat longer with a pushchair! Saundersfoot itself had a good selection of small supermarkets and little shops including a good butcher and ice cream shop.
We would definitely recommend the house for families. It would equally offer plenty of luxury and comfort for adult groups.

Photos don't do it's justice - this is an absolutely beautiful house. The living areas are huge, there are 4 good sized bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The outside area is a sun trap all day long. The views from the living room are straight out to the sea. Plenty of parking. Only downside is a little bit of a steep hill when you're walking back from the town.

Excellent property!
We had a fantastic stay at Sian’s property, very spacious with an amazing view from the lounge. The property had everything required to make for a great holiday, the pictures do not do it justice! Will definitely be looking to stay again.

only a couple of observations -
1. sink and shower drains are very slow to drain, upstairs shower was prone to spill over onto bathroom floor.
2. We struggled with getting oven to work properly, even with the instructions.
Overall impressions, very clean and comfortable property in a quiet location.

Family holiday
We had such a good time we've booked for next year. Spacious house. Used the lounge downstairs as a children's playroom. Could not fault anything. Would recommend.

So good you first think “is this ours?”
Loads of space, comfortable and with a great view. If you have a wet day staying in is no hardship. The location is great, as long as you can walk up the hill from the beach/town, although you can always use the car. We had the grandkids with us who are great, but having the room for a bit of peace now and again was useful. All the fittings are top quality and not like so many self catering places where it is all the owners old stuff! There is lots to do in the area, and my granddaughter summed it up by insisting we hadn’t been there a whole week when it was time to leave.

Pembrokeshire Castle Break
Lovely house in a commanding position. Easy walk into town where there are lots of good restaurants. Steep climb back but helps walk off dinner. House very comfortable and well equipped.

So relaxing
This house in Saundersfoot was ideal for our group of 6 adult family members. Very modern, with superb sea views from the picture living room windows. The living, dining and kitchen space made for a superb communal area for the whole family, where we enjoyed cooking together after long walks around the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast. I would recommend this to anyone!

Wonderful, well equipped and luxury family holiday home
We loved our time with our extended family at this home. The place was really well equipped and felt like we were in luxury show home. The view from the lounge is to die for and we could probably have spent our time just enjoying that alone. However the property is perfectly located for so many wonderful place in beautiful Pembrokeshire. I have no doubt we will be back. Our grand daughters loved the twin room which kept them busy with games and toys, not sure how two little boys would cope though. 😉� I would highly recommend a stay here to any family or large group.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, fantastic views
Very comfortable, well positioned, fantastic views, easy parking for 3 cars, great bedrooms apart from the shelf in the blue room which made navigation difficult in the night. Great kitchen (couple of banged heads on the cooker hood!), well stocked. Very steep walk back from the beach, not easy for elderly or disabled, needed to take a car down. We were party of 6 adults and 2 teenagers and loved the house - we didn't use the bottom sitting room at all, it might be an idea to put a bed settee in there to create more sleeping space? thank you for a lovely week :)
